We needed a place to crash for the night after a long drive. Great Falls Inn was perfect-quiet, comfortable and clean, plus quick check-in and check-out since we had to hit the road early the next day. Continental breakfast worked out. And the quiet lodging was perfect with our dog. Staff were nice and gave our pooch a biscuit. Will stay there next time we have the same drive.

Carpet was wet in our room and the room had a smell to it. After a 14 hour travel day though we just wanted to go to bed.

The staff were friendly. The room is a little bit small (the one with 1 single and 1 full beds) but is very clean with comfortable bed and pillows.

As soon as we entered the hotel we knew it would be a good stay. The hotel lobby was spotless. Our room was excellent. You could tell the staff took pride in there hotel. Will stay there whenever we return to Great Falls

Very nice hotel located near the hospital campus. Friendly staff and nice rooms make for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is included with many choices. The price of this stay is really economical.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was huge. Bed super comfy with the fluffiest comforter I've ever had. Nice big pillows the kind you should have on a king bed but often don't get. The front desk staff came up to fix the lamp that I thought had a burned out bulb but was actually not plugged in.
The hotel is a bit out of the way off 10th Ave and I had problems finding it every time I came back to the hotel. It's hidden behind the hospital. It's a very quiet area which is nice. It's nice they serve coffee all day long.

Hotel rooms were clean, breakfast was minimal, staff at the front desk were either rude when checking in at night or on their phone in the middle of the day not evening saying hi when we walked in. It shows on their website that there is a gym but never found one and walked all 4 floors. Bed was not super comfortable, ac and heater were great

It was clean and quiet. Definitely not a 5 star hotel but it was nice and affordable. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been in.

Really nice little quick stay over in Great Falls. The location is nestled in the medical hub of Great Falls. The staff had our paperwork printed and cards ready before we arrived and greeted us with smiling faces! :) The rooms were clean but the beds could be a little more comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

These rooms appear to be converted rooms for medical patients. They're nice enough. The lamp outlets dont support a lot of power draw. We couldn't run a phone charger and cpap machine from them. The room air control didn’t work well.

We had a great trip to Great Falls. Our check-in was easy and the facility was nice.

When we checked I felt I had put the front desk girl out. She did the basic for checking in and that was all. We went out about half hour after checking in and my husband slipped on ice just outside the door. We were being careful as it was snowing and very cold. I feel that the front desk girl should have put a warning sign out like the girl did the next night. Luckily my husband only ended up with a bruised hip. The front desk lady in the morning was fantastick

The stay was decent. Travelled for business and only stayed one night. The room was clean for the most part. The bathroom towels were either not clean or stained and the shower still had dirt and hair from the previous guest.

Slow elevator! Could use stairs but my husband has a mobility issue which I mentioned during booking. Overall the room was good and the stay was fair for the price

It was a ok stay. Stayed 3 nights and not once did I have house keeping come in and change towels or give us anything we had to go to the front desk and ask for it We stayed for a medical reason it being close up the hospital and the medical discount. Not a good discount at all pretty disappointing. The breakfast was ok not sure when they take it down but when we went down at 8 it was already taken down
