The whole place was dirty. The floors in the halls, stairs, and our room were covered in crumbs, trash, and chunks of food. The hot tub was so filthy with floating chunks and things that we didn’t feel safe sitting in it and the pool was extremely cold. Both nights we were there it was extremely load in the hotel (people running, arguments, families living there). The continental breakfast was ok. (Thank you waffles)

Where to begin - front desk clerk barely spoke English. Room was in shabby condition but at very least appeared bug free. Very run down hotel and dirty. Illegals took over breakfast room loudly playing music. No coffee. Tried to use pool but water was ice cold and so murky I decided it may have been a giant toilet and safer to skip my morning swim. People outside our window partying until after 2 am. People across the hall pounding on doors all night and again this morning. The only saving grace was a Starbucks half a block away I walked to for some coffee in 20° weather out of desperation. We stayed here on our way from Mayo and the online pics were VERY deceiving of what was actually the case upon arrival. Had I not prepaid we would have stayed somewhere better.

First room we were assigned, a picture had fallen off of the wall, broke and there was glass all over. They did not understand English very well and we had to bring them to the room to show them. We were given another room. Overall the hotel is run down and needs lots of updating and repair. Some lights didn't work, baseboard loose from walls, etc. Carpet is very old and dirty. Breakfast was sketchy (we chose to eat elsewhere) and the pool had a greenish tint and was closed for maintenance. Our reservations were for 3 nights, we left after 2.

Not worth the money. No TV, no chairs in room, filthy curtains on windows. Breakfast service and coffee in the morning nonexistent.

Had trouble adjusting heater to a comfortable level.

It was a bit outdated, but the staff was friendly and we actually had 3 queen beds for the 6 of us. That was nice. Price was a little high for the "age" and breakfast quality, but it was overall fine for our needs.

It was close to the hospital

Staff was very unwelcoming. Asked for icy sidewalks to be salted. Told no salt and to stand somewhere else. Spoiled breakfast food and dirty pool area. Staff asleep anytime went to front desk. Unprofessional and unwelcoming

This place was in the middle of a remodel in the whole downstairs which is good but they have a massive amount of black mold around the window to the pool area and you see it when you first walk into the building and it’s RIGHT next to where you eat breakfast. Staff who welcomed (or not) us when we came in was very short and not very professional or kind. The beds had 4 bugs that we found in them. Beds were okay but the room smelled terrible.

Absolutely disgusting place

Signage all wrong. Breakfast times not correct either

Staff was friendly and helpful however the rooms were run down, smelled like either smoke or heavy air freshener, and out of the five rooms we booked 3 were either missing lightbulbs or the lighting didn't work. Breakfast was ok as long as you ate the pre-packaged items as several in our group said the prepared food tasted funny. The neighborhood seemed safe enough with food options within walking distance. We made it work but next time will explore other options.

It was just what we were looking for. The structure is a little run down but the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

I booked last minute, which may have accounted for the price, but for $245/night this hotel was not worth the price. There were stains all over the carpet, which was poorly patched between the room and the hallway. The shower did not drain well. There were stains on the bedding. There was no safe in the room. There was no door hanger to indicate whether or not one wanted service.
Also, it was loud. It is right off a very busy road and the walls are thin. When the person in the room next to me showered it sounded like a waterfall in my room. My room was adjacent to a room full of teens and I could hear every giggle a shriek. I do not fault teens for having fun and luckily I was not trying to sleep, despite it being late enough that I would have been asleep if I could have. Regardless, I would have been I would have been awoken due to the thinness of the walls.
This would be a fine budget hotel -- except the stains on the bedding, but I did not pay a budget price.

I payed for a suite. The room appeared clean until we started to actually look. The floor where the jacuzzi sat was all sticky and the jacuzzi looked sirty. The pull out couch for our kids was broken and woke them up at 3 in the morning when it broke more on them. When my husband tried to tell the front deak they did nothing to try and make it right.

Hotel was dated which is fine, but was dirty. Hallways & stairwells looked like they had not been vacuumed for some time. The floor in our guest room had a sticky feel and a strong smell of cleaning solution to it, but did not appear to have been swept prior to having been mopped. The bathtub had a ring around it and did not appear clean either. We had trouble getting the TV to work initially, and staff was prompt and very apologetic about the issue. Bedding and towels seemed crisp and clean and the mattresses were comfortable. We had somewhere to be very early the next morning and were told that breakfast was from 5 to 9 AM. At 6:15 AM. The breakfast area was still dark and cordoned off. They did get it going by about 630.

We had an interesting room with 3 queen beds (was listed as 2 queens with a sofa sleeper). The room was basic and definitely met the need for a place to sleep on a road trip. Overall looked like a room that had not been well-maintained (or possibly fully cleaned). Breakfast choices were limited and some of the containers did not appear sealed. We chose to walk to the Taco Bell across the street.

To start off, the window wouldn’t latch, there was also a bullet hole in it. The shower curtain looked like someone had been murdered in the bathroom. Globs of hair everywhere. Just completely disgusting!!

Place was dirty. Rooms were cleaner then general area but still dirty. No vent cover in bathroom. Just open wires and exhaust fan blades were open. Door didn't shut right had to slam it shut. Hallways were filthy with most carpet areas torn.

The beds where to hard and the cold and hot water handle was backwards

Their pet friendly room was gross! Carpet was disgusting, I wouldn't walk without socks. Their main clients are road construction workers.

The whole hotel was just a mess. The bedding was dirty. Paint peeling off the walls. The carpeting in the stairs and hallways were stained and the floor felt like it was going to fall out from under you. Not a clean environment.
3.0
Rooms were somewhat noisy as there was a lot of traffic nearby and and above us and the fact that the fire alarm went off at 3:48 am and there was no reassuring or announcement of what set the alarms off.
Also, the breakfast was pretty lame. Coffee and juice was OK, but only two types of cereal, two different fruits, some powdered mini donuts and a waffle maker.

Cheap, there's a reason the prices are so cheap. Dirty, rock hard beds, meh breakfast. Did i mention dirty and run-down?

Hotel is a little dated but room was very clean and check in was fast and staff was friendly

Very basic and unclean for the price. The pictures on the website are not at all what the buiding actually looks like, inside or out. Also, service was bad because the employees don't speak or understand English very well, so communication is difficult. Ended up having to stay in town an extra night, but went to the Ramada by the airport, which was similarly priced but came with a waterpark and much higher quality all the way around.

Reasonably priced. Staff is very friendly. Room was clean. Only complaint was it took forever for the water to get hot in the shower. Not a big deal as it did get hot.

This hotel should not be advertised on your website. My wife and I travel a lot and this hotel is one of the worst we have stayed at. Just driving up to the hotel we could tell it was not our best decision, but after a 10hr drive it would have to do. Photos will show the state of this hotel.

Unfriendly staff. Dirty facility. Floors/carpets stained and disgusting. Breakfast items such as hard boiled eggs and the sausage and gravy in the warmers had been sitting out all night. The night staff was asleep still when we went down for breakfast at 0515. We had to wait for him to “set up”, though he’s the one that told us everything had been out overnight so I’m not sure what he had to set up. The above mentioned items were all room temperature.

This is a pretty sketch place. There appeared to be rent-a-persons in the parking lot.

The carpets were filthy, room smelt like mold/mildew, smelt like smoking and couldnt watch the daily news over breakfast as they couldnt find the remote.
