Rooms were musty, popcorn ceilings, allergies were immediately activated. Service was unfriendly.

Comfortable & modern. Close to the airport & has shuttle service. A bit isolated so dining options are limited (unless you have a car). The in-house restaurant had an adequate & tasty selection. Had some trouble accessing the wifi.

I was staying over for one night in transit to the east coast USA. Convenient to the airport, free hotel shuttle was great.

Easy access from the airport after a cabcelled flight. Clean with friendly staff. A solid stay if you need something close for a flight.

Great location, clean, comfortable, and great service. Only con, it is not mentioned in the hotel details that this location is paid parking for anyone who has a vehicle on the premises. Not terrible prices though, I paid $10 for 24hrs.

I was not pleased when I pulled up at 9:30 pm and had to walk around the entire building next to a dark construction site in the dark. Is not well lit. After walking all that distance, I was informed that I had to PAY TO PARK when I was leaving at 5 am the next morning. I was also made to sign for a $20 hold on my card. I bought some medication and the clerk basically forced me to put the charges on my room. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she could not have cared less and was basically like ‘go stay somewhere else then’. I’ve always stayed at this property before early flights but I’ll be looking for another hotel for that now.

Charles picked me up from the airport and was absolutely wonderful! The girl at the front desk was also wonderful, I did not catch her name.

The exterior design was very nice, the restaurant inside was decent and the staff were all very welcoming. However, the building seems to have a bit of an odd arrangement. Our room was on the second floor and it felt like the elevator to go up is a cargo/service elevator. The other part was that it was a lot more isolated from what i had seen on the map. We were very thankful to have the shuttle.

My flight to Detroit was cancelled so I needed a place to stay for the night. I luckily happened across this Courtyard in my hotel search, because all the hotels were booking up quickly.
My stay was comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. My second flight wasn’t until 6:30pm the next day, so the front desk let me stay in my room until 4pm so I didn’t have to wait all day at the airport.

Not really hotels fault but stay on 3rd floor if u can. Floors carry sound. Had hard time getting to sleep. Didnt like paying 10 fee for parking to 3rd party vendor who runs the lot. Otherwise it was ok.

I was not able to get any rest or sleep. The people in tge room above mine were jumping around all night. They finally stopped at 5am and I needed to be up at 6am. When I notified the front desk, all they told me was that they were sorry. Didn't change me rooms or tell the other guest to stop.

Said there’s free shuttle from the airport but called multiple times and no one picked up the phone. Also the air conditioning in room is too loud and the windows are too thin to block road noise
