Room was dated and the furniture in the room was extremely worn out.

The Dining Room was awesome. Good food at good prices.
Very disappointed that the Pool was "Closed"
Chemicals for pool were at high levels.

Not much to like- pool not open, elevator broken on the day we left, room not as advertiser i.e. "wall to wall carpet" was laminate flooring. A run of the mill experience.

On atrival, I had to stand at reception for 10-15 minutes waiting to get chevked in. Because the gentleman was on the phone. After ending his conversation, he did not apologize for the long wait.
I had a lot of issues with accessing my room. On multiple times I had to fo to the front desk to reactivate my keys.
I had a family emergency on the second day and had to leave early. The same gentleman charged me for leaving early.

Overall it was perfectly fine. However the room I had the bed was way past its prime and needed to be replaced. The layout of the room I had was odd with a very small tv very far away. After a long day of travelling these things are actually important to some.

The breakfast was not good. No variation exactly the same food each day and it was very cold. If you wanted it hot you had to microwave yourself.

The front receptionist was not friendly I had requested early check in and ground floor I had called the night before and they said shouldn’t be a problem we arrived just after 11 the woman/girl at the reception desk said no try back in an hour
I can back at 12:15 the sign on the desk said back in 5 minutes then I realized the front desk person was the one I passed on my way in that was standing out front of the main doors leaning on the rail having a cigarette and speaking on her phone. While I was waiting for her to come in the phone rang over 30 times and finally stopped when she finally came in it was like I was bothering her. I realize everyone needs a break but they shouldn’t be standing right out front I don’t think this protests a good image for the hotel t we have stayed here before in August the day and night staff were wonderful not sure if we will be back next year

The pool and fitness room closed. And restaurant closed. Very disappointing. Would of stayed somewhere else if we had of known.

Have stayed a few times, and they are consistent. A warm bed in a clean space with quick access to the highway. I wanted for some frills, but the room was as advertised and the service welcoming.

Greeted by a lovely and friendly woman. Easy check-in. Our room was close to lobby so unfortunately heard every hallway conversation. Had to put a towel along the floor at the door to block the light as the gap is quite large. The sink stopper was broken and the stick to close the blinds was missing. Sheers and curtains were also on the same rod so trying to block light from the road and parking lot with the sheers bunched in the middle had me fold the curtains over the sheers and hold in place with a hair clip.
The pool was enjoyed as well as the sauna. The basketball net shown in the photos was missing and the pool table had no cues or balls. There was an old foosball table that was fun. Beds were very comfortable and we all had a good sleep. Breakfast the next morning was included, plentiful options and delicious. Wouldnt have a problem staying here again.

This was a great location with lots of dining options close by. Facility was clean and quiet, would definitely recommend it to others.

The walls are very thin and I mean very thin. The volume on our TV was maxed out but you could still barely hear it and it did not cover the neighbours extra curricular activities that went on all day all night. Carpets in hallway are dirty. Front desk staff didn’t give us all the info we needed. The free breakfast was very limited and no one was there to clean up after other people so it was very messy. No clean towels in pool area but there were lots of dirty ones. Not a great experience.

We were warned that the rooms were only cleaned every three days - but we had a 5-day stay, and nobody showed up at all during that time. The place was more than half empty during the entire time we stayed there, but when I asked the maid about the room cleaning, she said they're full (a lie) and that she was busy. The pool was locked during a time it was supposed to be open, and the desk clerk kept changing his story on why it was closed and when it was going to reopen.

Very clean, bed comfortable. Love the price for the stay. Staff and friends out front smoking and vaping which was not good.
Bistro not open which was disappointing and restaurant across street was not very good.

We only had one working outlet in the whole room (even though there were about six) and it smelled very highly of mildew. The AC also did not work and it was very hot in the room.

The swimming pool was great. Breakfast had too many carbs and disappointing. King-size bed creaked whenever moved. Bathtub not clean. Lights old. Electric receptacle (plugs) loose and plug fell out (dangerous). Changed rooms 2nd night. Better. Staff did their best to make us happy. Property needs to be refreshed, both inside and out. Sidewalks need repair.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Nice pool and rooms comfortable. Just no extra housekeeping service. (Maybe you have to request it?)

Quiet, very clean hotel. Close to fast food and chain restaurants. Shopping near by. Lots of parking. Nice pool. Excellent free breakfast.
