The hotel was not clean, the staff did the bare minimum for cleaning. The worst of it all is they have roaches, Good location horrible hotel.

The overall condition of the hotel is good. The staff is very nice, however their follow through leaves much to be desired, i.e. Promises of clean towels (shortage) kept me going to the front desk almost daily. Along with their inability to keep your key cards functional for multiple days kept me going back and forth. The bath tub drain was slow. The rooms are kept clean and the beds are comfortable.

Room was uncleanly. 1 washcloth for the 2 of us. No change of towels or washcloth during our 3 day stay.
Bed was comfortable and the only positive thing we have to say about the room. There were no Kleenex to use whatsoever. Room was extremely noisy from people talking and coming and going out the back entrance.
Room had no shower, only a chair to sit in to wash up. Clearly the room was for disabled people which we were not. Bathroom was grubby looking and feeling. Bathroom door was difficult to open/close and noisy. There was nor change of towels/washcloth during our stay. It is difficult for us to understand how a motel open for business displays no care or concern whatsoever for their customers. We were extremely disappointed and happy to get out of there.

The doors were all extremely dirty. The building exterior was dirty. The bath tub was stained and dirty looking. Paint chip walls. Hotel could use a refurbish and power wash

The room was somewhat clean, but the common areas were filthy. The sette outside the elevator was disgusting and needs to be thrown out. Internet didnt work in my room and when i asked about it, i was given an 800 number to call and troubleshoot...not my job. Walls were very thin, can hear conversations easily. Cheap room, but i wont return.

I was unsatisfied with the hotel and rooms. The room smelled like urine, the environment was unsafe and I let the front desk manager know that I didn't feel comfortable staying there. I gave the room keys back and checked out within 10 mins of checking in. The front desk rep. Charles was friendly and made sure my needs were met by offering me another room and apologized for the inconvenience.

While we found the outside of the hotel, looking good THE inside, especially the room needed lots of work. Door would not close tightly so light from outside flooded room . Two lightbulbs were out. Tile floor at entrance and bathroom stuck to your shoes when you walked in. A shirt was left in the closet on the floor. It looked like a long time no Kleenex In bathroom, only a tiny bar of soap for four day stay and only two towels. Elevator was also broken so everyone had to use one at the far end. Breakfast assortment was not too Exciting. Beds and pillows probably need replacing also.

Check in went fine, no issues there. Luckily room was on first floor, as I noticed the elevator was out of order. There were some issues with the doors in the room when we got there. Both the room door and the closet door were hung crookedly, so both tended to stick at times. The bathroom had french doors, rather than a more typical door with a knob, and they had some issues. The pull knob on one had come loose (I was able to tighten it back up) but the other door looked like someone had tried to rip it off at some point. The top hinge was damaged and the screws were pulled most of the way out of the door frame. I reported it to the front desk right away, and again at check out, but not sure what will come of it, as they didn't seem surprised at the report.

Disgusting hotel. By far the worst I've ever experienced. Our room had a sewage issue, dirty rags in bathroom, blood and feces stains on the blankets, broken entry doors, etc. The breakfast area had food all over the floor, all day long and the front office staff did nothing about any of this.

Loads of dogs huge to tiny… the only elevator that was working had terrible urine smell. Lamps in room all had broken or burnt out light bulbs. Door keys had to be redone every day. Lots of rude staff. 2 nice front desk people 2 really nice ladies in cafe at breakfast.we stayed 3 days…..way too long. No blowdryer,no Do Not Disturb sign, Dish TV kept going on and off channel.

Our room was not clean, the floor was sticky, not all electrical outlets worked. We went to a family event and when we got back the elevator didn't work. The next morning we discovered there was only one paper cup and it had been used for coffee by a previous guest or a staff member. The room cards didn't work half of the time. Everything was in very poor condition. There was a thermostat on the wall but it wasn't hooked up to anything. On top of that we were told upon check in there is a $50 service charge applied to every room that would be refunded in about a week. It was never explained why there was this charge. There wasn't room service or anything we could see to charge to the room so we don't know what it was for. The entire property needs an overhaul. The walls and carpet and basically entire facility was dirty.

The outside of the hotel and the lobby area were nice and clean, but once you head towards the rooms the cleanliness of the building went downhill fast. The entire first floor smelled like cigarettes. I was staying on the second floor. There were bags of trash sitting in the hallways and various items of trash (torn rags, food packages, etc) were also sitting in the hallway. The hallways and stairwells smelled bad. In my room, the TV stand was broken, the shower wasn’t working right, and there was mold on the tub and shower curtain. The walls are also paper thin. I could constantly hear movement above me, the TV in the room next to mine, and I could hear every door closing and people in the hallways. I tried the breakfast on Saturday. It was extremely crowded, there weren’t enough tables in the lobby, and the tables weren’t cleaned. By the time I got the hot breakfast items, they were cold. I was very uncomfortable my entire stay. I was barely able to get any sleep due to all the commotion.

The systems were down when I arrived so they let me check in anyways. They came about 11pm beating on the door and even trying to unlock it with there key. We had drive 10 hours straight from Dallas and we were asleep. They next morning we called and asked for housekeeping serv and left out about 10 AM. We came by around 3 and still not serviced so I called and they said they would send someone up. Ok so we cane back in about 2 AM bed was stripped and not made and it took them over an hour.

The room was ok. The A/C wasn’t working which was a major bummer. The hotel overall looks old and beat. Smells of tobacco in the hallways. I took the stairs to the second floor because the elevator took forever and the staircase smells horrible. The whole place smells a pretty bad and old. It needs a serious makeover. I will not return.

This was like a self serve stay.you had to ask for Towels,toilet paper cups,etc.Breakfast very limited same stuff everyday! Cigarettes butts everywhere outside.Garbage all over the place . Hallways garbages unattended for days. We literally watched people through garbage out of there car on to the ground .left a day early! I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone!

Or room was only partially clean when we arrived. The tub was dirty and the face bowl. When I told the desk clerk, they brought up a bottle of bleach and a hand scrubber.
The following day I asked for house keeping to be sent to our room while we were out. When we returned later, no one had cleaned yet again.
The only thing half decent a about or stay was breakfast.

Staff was very friendly the whole stay. It wasn’t bad to where I wouldn’t stay again, but a few things that made it not a very nice stay. First off, check in was at 3 o’clock. We arrived around 4:15 and was told our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait about 20 minutes for our room which was pretty frustrating after a long drive. There were little stains on the sheets and some areas on the floor that was sticky. Other than that the room was clean. Bathroom was nice. There were just some things in the room that was raggedy. Tv didn’t work very well. Breakfast was nice and had a variety. I probably would stay here again if I couldn’t find anywhere else.

We were awaken at five in the morning with someone entering our room. We had put the latch on the door, if not the person could have walked right in. The front desk had made him a key, luckily the latch kept the door from being able to open all the way.

Once upon a time this was likely a very nice property, you can see it was thoughtfully put together. But now it’s a mess. Serious signs of wear, obvious deferred maintenance and updating. It’s dirty and worn out.

The bathroom floor had trash behind the door hadn't been swept. The bathroom sink didn't drain. Other wise it was fine for the price it was a nice.l place.
Bed was a tad to hard hurt my back but for others I am sure it is perfect.

looks way better online than in person. never got lightbulbs put in the burnt out ones like we asked and so had one light bulb that randomly shattered on the second night. never took trash, even when we put bag in hallway. every staff seemed scared of my dog and would hide behind doors and stare at me. had to get four new keys as they didn't work barely ever as the key lock thing on room door was broken so we had to swipe it about 20 times before we maybe could get in. we ended up just leaving the door unlocked and hoped for the best due to no help from the front desk.
one plus would be there is decent area to walk dogs and they had poop bags and trash. granted trashes were overflowing...they were there.

Good: The room decor was very nice The mattress was a perfect height off the floor, no pole vaulting to get into bed. Room was clean. All amenities were functional. Having an iron and ironing board was a step up. I felt safe.
Bad:
Door from parking lot into the hotel nearest my room (120) was only randomly functional. It took several swipes to get the door open which is no fun when you have your hands full of suitcases, etc.
Nitpicks:
Bed was too soft - woke up with a sore back.
Soundproofing could be better. Neighbors had kids, but at least they went to bed at a reasonable hour.
Breakfast ended rather early at 9 AM on the nose. I got the last (overcooked) sausage patty at 8:40 AM.
Overall: You could do way worse, but I expected a bit better for the money.
