Lovely well maintained hotel. Nice breakfast area with a decent selection. Gym only has cardio equipment, no weights, but still a nice area. First time staying at this property and I will be back.

We stayed in the king deluxe suite. The room was nice. Spacious, clean. However, there were only 3 pillows on the bed, I called down for 2 more but they only brought me one. For a king suite I would expect they would provide slippers and housecoats, but there was nothing. Very disappointing. And there was no extra blankets in the room either. We had a nice private balcony. And it would have been really nice if we had some extra blankets to enjoy sitting on the balcony. Fire place was nice and cozy, The bathroom was huge and the jacuzzi tub a plus. That was nice.

We received an upgrade and the front staff were very friendly. They gave us a bottle of wine as we mentioned it was a late anniversary get away. Housekeeping was so friendly and accommodating to our requests.

Pros-Conveniently located, comfortable beds, complimentary breakfast, waterslide and hot tub, good size rooms, great service Cons-Pillows were very uncomfortable, the breakfast area needs to be bigger, not enough parking. Nice hotel in Canmore, great if you have kids for the waterslide and pool. The free breakfast was nice but often crowded, the parking lot fills up fast. Overall a nice hotel for staying near Banff and the rooms and beds were comfortable.

I took my 12 year old grandaughter to Canmore to stay overnight. I chose the Pocaterra because of the water slide. The pool was very crowded and the hot tub had at least 15 people in it during the time we were there. There was no where to sit for breakfast. Very busy! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were pleasant! Overall, it was a good experience.

Booked last minute. Arrived late at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. And it is only a block from a fast charger for my electric car.

It's a great hotel for family. Clean, friendly staff and a nice filling Breakfast! Kids loved the pool and waterslide although chlorine levels were quite high and several kids adults mentioned it bothering them.

I was very pleased with my stay here. Reception was friendly and check-in went smoothly. My room was clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. Nice to have breakfast included. The hot tub and pool area was well maintained. I also very much appreciated the easy access off the highway from Banff.

Not as outstanding as the reviews show. Upon arrival I noticed the bathroom sink was clogged, mini fridge wasn't working properly, shower head pressure very low, bathtub drain also clogged. The location of this hotel is noisy due to a noisy railroad. I asked if there was a quiet room, was told my room was in a quiet location. Breakfast was great as well as the front desk staff. Elevators are a bit old. Parking is very limited. This hotel was packed with children, I never got a chance to enjoy the hot tub. If you don't mind children all over the place, this is a good option.

We've have stayed here many times and keep coming back. We had a beautiful room with a balcony and fireplace. The rooms are clean and cozy. Breakfast included with gluten free options! The pool is always warm and waterslide. The hot tub was super hot. It's always a great stay

Nice pool with slide and got tub. Good hot breakfast with bacon, eggs, yogurt, potatoes, coffee and juice. Beautiful view of the mountains. Friendly staff. A sauna too!

Stayed here for two nights. Plenty of space in the room. My two concerns for this hotel is they need to have the breakfast start time at 6:30 a.m. rather than 7:00 a.m. to assist those who are going to work. At 7 a.m. it was quite busy. In saying that, the breakfast was great. Secondly, the gymnasium needs an update. It could use a bench or a chair for people to sit when recovering. Will come again in the future.

Great free breakfast, loved that the rooms were laminate instead of carpet. Felt very clean. Room was spacious with electric fireplace. We stayed in a double queen with pull out couch. Couch pullout was comfy, but maybe not used much as it was very very squeaky everytime my son moved in his sleep!

Very nice price and clean rooms. Staffs is peasant and helpful. We enjoyed the sauna room, only , the hear in my friend's room wasn't work well, and my room opposite them was too warm evenwith a few adjustments , not sure why. At the end of hall . Smell a bit of gas from some room's fireplaces. But, we loved this hotel over all.
