This trip was for a baseball tournament and the hotel was a nice, clean place to come back and relax. The outside space was nice as the indoor pool was packed, and the staff was very attentive! It was a plus that there were plenty of places to eat nearby.

THIS WAS A VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY. THE ONLY COMMENT IS THAT THEY NEED RUBBER BATHTUB MATS FOR THE BATHTUB. WHEN GETTING IN TO TAKE A SHOWER, THE BOTTOM FOR THE TUBE WAS SLICK. SOMEONE COULD FALL.

The room was in desperate need of a deep cleaning and repairs. Ripped curtains, a broken phone, dirty appliance and surface, and a shattered lamp shade.

The wrong card was charged for my stay. Now I have to wait to see if that’s fixed. Bed was not very comfortable.

There were lots of noise because of sports teams there in the lobby. You could hear kids running and playing the exercise equipment. Kids running down halls. Spider in our bathroom. Parking is limited

The place was unbelievably loud! The toilet ran on all the time. The safety lock was broken with tape over it. We will not stay here again.
Positive the staff seemed nice but nobody cleaned the room.

Staff was informative and pleasant. The lady that did the morning breakfast and the lady at the desk early in the morning were both very kind. Comfortable bed and small but nice indoor pool. I would stay here again

The room was clean but it smelled very musty from the air vent. The hvac needed to be cleaned.

It was very clean. We slept really well. It was very quiet. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the area was constantly being cleaned by a staff member.

The stay was decent except for getting locked out of our room. The lady at the front desk was so apologetic and the only one working all night, I wish I remembered her name because she deserves the credit. I did try to contact hotels.com because the hotel wanted to give us a refund for our time not being able to get into our room but they were unable to do so considering we paid through a 3rd party.

Close to many restaurants and shopping. Clean, comfortable facilities. Shower was nice. Water gets hot fast and last. Staff friendly and helpful. Quite-slept well. Good breakfast. Lots of options.

The room had a real sour smell to it. I had to spray the room with lysol. The shower head was loose from the wall and moved around. I had to hold the handle down to flush the toilet. When I returned to the hotel around 10PM, there where no parking spaces, people were forced to park off of the property.

Our room was infested with piss ants. We didn’t leave food out but the counters were covered. The breakfast was amazing!

All was good,but we were on the second floor and our window overlooked the pool and it opened at 6 AM and it was very noisy and woke us up,so next stay we will request away from the pool.

The hotel is clean, and the bed is adequate- not the most comfortable, but I've had worse. The decor looks pretty cheap and basic, and there are no black-out curtains for light and privacy. Breakfast was good, but they were out of scrambled eggs. There was no hot water, so none of us got a shower that morning. Called the front desk, and they said to wait a while because they only had 2 hot water heaters for the whole hotel. I told them we didn't have time to wait, we had to go, and we paid for a bed and bathroom. The man at the desk said he would have the general manager call me. The GM never called. I called the main Fairfield line, they said they would make a case and someone would call me. Noone ever called, they just emailed me to telle they added 5,000 points to my Marriott account, which is pretty worthless.

The room television did not work and the evening clerk could not do anything about it. The heat could not be controlled. It was mostly too hot. The the room was 123.

Was at the location for two nights for a wedding. Staff was very friendly and the hotel felt secure

Room seemed like it had not been used in some time and had a stale smell to it. Thermostat on the wall did not work but the air conditioner did get to temperature controlled manually from the unit.

There was no bath tub it was so packed my kids couldnt enjoy the pool everyone was drinking in the lobby no attendent at the front desk for hours
