Had a 2 night stay with my family and it was great. Hotel was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff was amazing. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

An hotel employee opened my locked hotel room door and stepped in without knocking and permission, intruding my privacy. Horrible experience!!!

No food or complematory breakfast in morning. Cockroches in room. No hot water in morinig on 8/20/23 We are religioue people do not go out without bath. Unfortunately we had to go without bath.

Have to step into shower to turn on water and therefore get wet first, no shelves inside shower for personal toiletries - had to set them on floor. Bed was comfortable. Room needs better lighting.

It’s very noisy. People were playing loud music, the people above us were running and jumping in their room, and you could hear the freeway. On the other side, the staff was nice, rooms were clean, and we got our money’s worth.

Hotel was overbooked so we had to stay in a different room type than what I booked in advance. Luckily there was a sofa bed available and my kids didn't have to sleep on the floor. Other than that, room was fairly clean and comfortable.

I had a really bad experience (and mostly I have good ones)!! I chose a non-smoking room but when I entered the room I realized that somebody smoked (something strong, like a cigar) in the room. When I asked, they said it is a non-smoking hotel. So somebody might have smoked there. It was probably an employee. An employee gets to smoke in a non-smoking room? This is totally un-acceptable. When I asked for a change of room, they said they don't have any one available. Then, whole booking it said there will be free breakfast, but when I went there, they said they don't have breakfast on Sunday mornings (which was when I booked the room for). And they (or hotels.com) didn't bother to update it. Nice!! Plus, we asked for a baby crib. They had one for us, but when we asked them to open it they were unable to do so. Seems it was broken. When we asked for replacement, same story. They didn't have any more. Overall they hotel was filthy and dirty (the carpets and the room). I know there were some upgrades taking place, but that doesn't explain why can't you clean the corridor and the room (carpets/beds) etc. Overall horrible experience. Stay away from this hotel as far as you can!!

First night arrived to a hot room. Change the thermostat and slept and the room got hotter. Asked in the morning to have it fixed. Later that day no fix was done switched us to a different room where AC was working. After moving all our stuff in found out TV and Coffee not working. When I called to get it fixed they wanted to change the room and I said no. Left and when we came back the key did not work. Someone changed our reservation to a different room. Finally got our right key and stayed the next night.

Hotel was not what I thought it should have been, not a upscale hotel for the price. I didn't have a refrigerator nor a microwave, water didn't get hot in the shower. I will not be back

The atmosphere was great and relaxing. The staff were top notch polite. They assisted and explained things to the T. The pool was small abd mediocre. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean and simple. Simple was nice for us. By that i mean a regular fabric shower curtin no fancy design shower either. It was nice. We enjoyed our stay.
