Room was average. Hair dryer didn't work. cable connect for the tv wasn't working. unplugged and re plugged it in and it worked for 50 minutes. unplugged and re plugged and this time got a spark. Breakfast was good. real close to a number of restuarants.

I showed up after an 11 hour drive only to be told that my room was canceled due “overbooking”. Not sure if this was from Hotels.com or the hotel itself. Not only that but the lady wouldn’t let me use bathroom. Never again.

Guy at front desk was not helpful at all. The breakfast was great and room clean. The other issue we had the key never worked for our room. So we had to go to the front desk each time which was crazy and guy not helpful.

While the hotel looked nice and was pretty clean, we were disappointed that the pool was closed most of our five night stay because of a county shut down. It opened up halfway through for two days and then was shut down again. The treadmill in the gym was broken. The door we used to access our car slammed behind us and was not a pleasant way to come or go to the hotel. The staff were friendly and I assume these issues are outside of their control. With a few minor improvements, our stay could have been very good. Instead it was mediocre.

The pool was Ice cold -freezing the pool was enclosed but there was a huge window at the top that was open to the elements so the air was cold in the pool area. Everytime we asked for towels in the pool area they treated us like our requests were unreasonable. We booked a family vacation and they didn't put our rooms together. Instead of queen beds all 3 of our rooms had double beds. My fault for not reading the reviews better.

Not very clean room ,only half of anything even works from fridge to TV to lights . Service was not good at all and daily our room key wouldn't work then I kept finding random charges on my bank account when we did not buy anything . I would not recommend this place to anyone

Not overly impressed considering what I paid. Seems as tho more work was put into the lobby than anywhere else in the hotel. Beds were not comfortable at all and rooms were considerably small and cramped. Service was ok at best. Seemed more of a burden to every employee short of the woman who checked us in. Had to go to front desk to have room cards reactivated literally everytime we left the hotel during our two night stay.

My Room had no hot water I let it run for about ten minutes and still nothing. I waited till the next morning, still no hot water I called down to the front desk and asked them to take a look at it or please give me a different room. He said he would send someone up, never seen anyone. The kid/guy at the front desk acted as if he did not want to be there acted like he was being put out , when I checked in then again when I had to have my key card fixed, then when I asked for hot water or a new room. The blow dryer needs replaced, the noise was awful you could everything that was going on up above in the hallway and the room next door. I travel out there monthly. I need afforable and comfort.

This is a great place to stay for a over night kind of thing. The lady at the front desk was rude to me when I was checking in. She ran my card to many times that it woupdnt let her charge for the security deposit. She had ask about the zip code for the card and found out that they had the wrong address for the card. She was getting short with me because she had ran my card so much it was declining it, she then asked if I just had different card and I only had the on catd and they don't take cash. Luckily the other person I was with had a card that I could send the money to them. The room we got was suppose to be smoke free but when you opened up the door you would get a big smell of smoke trying to be covered up. The internet at this hotel is SUPER SUPER slow I just ended up using my cell phone data. The first night we couldn't find the black out curtains but figured them out for the second night. Top the are kind of hidden behind the regular curtains. The last night we were there we went to the hot tub. The hot tub is a good size but the water was like sitting in a warm bath tub. My shower water was so much hotter so I wouldn't even recommend the hot tub. They also didn't have any towels so I had to hurry to my room.

We normally stay at the holiday inn on the other side of the arena. After staying here that will continue. Went into this with a but of trepidation after reading previois reviews and they are for the most part were dead on. The room. 102 Pros Clean restroom, sheets and towels. Cons Walls are stained bathroom sink was covered with stains spit, and toothpaste down the front. The floors looked like they havent seen a vacuum in weeks The dresser was filthy, and the night stands were sticky. Outlets were scabbed together. Holes in the door. Pool No towels, and no options. When i asked was told by the house maid we saw that everything was used, and to basically get bent. The hottub was very dirty water, almost a tint of green. Staff For starters, very under staffed. Waited at the front to get information and the front desk help stayed in back. When trying to check in the the desk help was more worried about her phone call than helping us out with basically not giving us any information. The people hanging around the lobby(assuming boyfriend) keep attention away from there jobs. Overall The hotel is very aged, halways are very scraped, and worn. I wont say ill never have to stay here again.(you never know due to circumstances) but will be a very last choice. Needs some severe updating, and staff that care.

The first room we originally got was not even cleaned out. They gave us a room and the TV did not have cable connected to it. The 2nd floor stairs smelled like dog poop.

There was no signal to the tv, so couldn't watch anything. Only tepid water in the shower: never got hot water. No Kleenex in the room: had to go to the front desk and ask for some. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The only soda available in the motel was diet Pepsi and Mt Dew: lousy selection.

The first room I was given (212) where do I start, the toilet seat peeling. The bathroom walls are filthy the entire room walls are filthy the middle nightstand had an eyelash stuck on it from the past guest. It was 30 degrees we turned on the heater had a burnt odd smell. Can’t forget to mention the door lock that did not work with the card (room key) which added the icing on the cake to ask for a new room. Room (220) again walls super filthy, sheets stained & curtains stained aswell… Now the lobby.. the rear entrance to building has been jammed doesn’t work hotel doesn’t seem to care at all. Will never book here again. Wouldn’t recommend to nobody

The parking spaces were too small. We could not open our doors wile enough to get in or out comfortably. The cars were each within their parking spaces. Agee less spaces would allow better parking. There could have been another person checking in customers, as the line was long and took longer for customers to be assisted.
