They don’t clean rooms everyday. Garbage can pile up

Very bad experience. Marriott is known for quality but this hotel is very bad. The staff and management don’t care about their guests. The televisions don’t work and they don’t care to check the rooms to make sure everything is functioning properly. The door in the bedroom did not close or lock. the tub doesn’t drain the cook did not show up there were no waffles and breakfast was a mess

We were in TX to visit family and stopped in Ft. Worth also. It was a nice place and we felt safe and comfortable.

Was in town for a wedding service was subpar at best broken floor trim causing a cutting hazzard. Never had towels replaced in room. Had to go to the front desk every time.

It was decent. Clean except a couple bottles left in the freezer. I saw no bugs. Everything worked. I never went to breakfast though. If you bring your game, you're gonna need headphones. You can't adjust the volume on the tv when you switch inputs.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. It is in a convenient location. It isn't luxurious, but it is very nice and well kept and dependably good. We like the value for the money and it's dog friendly. I'm sure we'll be back again.

Stayed for two days to participate in a bodybuilding competition in Arlington. Chose this location for the cost and the full kitchen units. Awesome staff, nice amenities and very clean. Would recommend and will stay here again 😀

These rooms are great! Kitchen with microwave, large fridge, stove, dishwasher, couch and coffee table, dining table. Very happy and comfortable with this hotel!

Human feces on both sides of the bathroom door handle. Was told housekeeping was unavailable and received no help beyond being handed bleach wipes. Was told they did have another, presumably feces-free room, but it was unavailable since I booked through Expedia.

Stay was great nice and quite expect for 2 times maybe more but some had dogs the were just barking away while walking up and down the Halls both days while here other than that great place to stay! Will be back!

Very clean and the property is kept up. Really like the dining area set up, breakfast and the outside seating area which is great if you want to eat outside..

It felt like a piece of home had found us in our travels. The folks working there are so guinuine, friendly and accommodating. The facilities were well kept and very clean. We walked to Pappaduex to have dinner and felt like we were walking in our own neighborhood.
All the guests at breakfast, which was top of the line, appeared to be as comfortable as we were.
We plan to use this location anytime we're traveling through the Dallas area.

Great place. Only thing is website says free parking. If you click show more you find the parking is not free, but $3 a night. Won’t break you but would have been nice to not say one thing and do another.

Breakfast could have had more options. The coffee pot was kind of a daily hassle to get coffee out due to the loose pump mechanism.

The ice machine was out of order but since we had a pitcher in the fridge it was okay. Everything else was just as promised. Would stay there again.

This was a huge disappointment. Definitely not up to Marriott standards. When the power went out for four hours, the emergency lights in the hall, except for one lasted an hour. No maid service, and when we asked for clean towels they left them on the table and didn't take the used ones. Breakfast staff was excellent, but three days there was no waffle batter. Overall, hotel was run down, and the bathroom was much too small. The television required several steps to operate, if not for maintenance staff, we would not have figured it out. Ice maker was unhooked when we arrived. Stovetop burners were very weak. Door keys deactivated after every use. Only one key worked at any one time. Several trips to the front desk until they gave us "newer" cards that did work. This hotel is very poorly managed. Will not stay at Marriott hotels in the future.

Pictures indicate a more updated hotel than it really is. Carpets are worn, plumbing is noisy and you can hear other guests above and below and in the bathroom. Unit layout works well for family and main reason for choosing place. Nice to have operable windows too. Main bed mattress had a tilt to it so had to sleep with head at foot of bed. Edges of things are very worn and chipped. Staff is friendly.
Breakfast is good overall but waffle maker wasn't working one day

I have stayed at all the adjacent hotels around this one within 2-blocks and this is the only one that has its act together. The staff seem genuine. The rooms have great amenities like a stove, refrigerator, soaps and shampoo on the shower wall. They have a real breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, juices, coffee, oatmeal, waffles, bagels sometimes, chocolate milk, an exercise room, and it is overall very quiet. The parking lot seems safer than most others around.

The room was old and falling apart. The toilet almost over flowed with every flush and the bathtub also was clogged. They didn’t service our room during the stay. Seemed nothing was done before we checked in.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Most important room was clean. The only thing they need to put 2 sheets in the rooms with fold out sofa.

The front desk was polite. The hotel is out dated, unkept and worn down. From the dirty carpet to the outdated furniture it was not my expectations of any place with the Marriott name attached.
