What a beautiful location. The grounds are stunning and the waterfall is absolutely lovely. The rooms are very large and they are very welcoming to children. We enjoyed the very large bathroom as well. We were welcomed with wine and cookies and the front desk staff even escorted us directly to our room. Great service.

Excellent, comfortable hotel in a superb setting and with really good food in the Falls Restaurant.

Interior was a bit dated, especially the green carpet. Food was decent. Best white noise ever for the sleep was the waterfall.

Money has been invested in restoring this fine hotel to the high standards that we had become accustomed to. The Pool/Jacuzzi areas still need some further investment. The stables restaurant is a great new addition.

Location excellent. Room service 80 mins and forgot 1 dish. Customer service poor. Waiters slow and not attentive. Could not get a dinner reservation bar unsociable hours. Only 1 slot available In spa for 1 treatment option only despite booking 24 hours in advance Checkin not aware & did not apply gold status perk like wine. Early checkin not available

The most beautiful location with excellent services. We had a waterfall view and did not want to leave! Not all the activities offered by the hotel were available probably due to COVID and the off season but what was available was excellent. The Falconry adventure is a Must Try! The afternoon team was also excellent. Would love to visit again in the future.

Really lovely place to go to completely switch off for a few days. Equally lovely town and surroundings if you get good weather to wander around. We were staying there during a storm but were happy to be indoors.

The pool and jacuzzi were excellent. The room was comfortable. Nice staff and a wonderful breakfast.

The breakfast was great as well, and it was far and away the best hotel breakfast fry/grill I've had in Ireland and UK. the walk around the grounds was enjoyable too, despite Storm Atiya bearing down and the cultural site adjoining the hotel brings to bear the area's place in the History of Ireland. Would stay again at any time of the year.

The property was beautiful and the staff was so friendly and accomodating. We highly recommend Sheen Falls Lodge and will be back for a longer stay.

From check in to departure the whole experience was impeccable and the staff were exceptionally attractive

This was one of the best places we’ve ever visited. The scenery was lovely, the service and the food was impeccable, and the place just has that special feel. It was magic. The staff was also very helpful in assisting our group with our travel plans and we all enjoyed our time very much.

The staff at Sheen Falls are extremely helpful, and polite!

The only thing it needs is a Tesla destination charger. The nearest one is Killarney.

The flag stones on the veranda were unstable. The carpets in the dining room were worn, with the joints a particular eyesore. Too many managers visibly standing around and getting in the way of staff. I left a written review with the receptionist on our departure, but did not hear from management. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and poor value for money

Beautiful resort close to the ring of Kerry and ring of Beara. Amenities including pool and sauna are nice after a long tiring trip. Beds are comfortable and rooms are very spacious with great views. Great breakfast varieties. Excellent service. I do not recommend for children

Wonderful facility,excellent service,beautiful tranquil setting. Only con was the lack of variety in food choices,food they served was excellent but more casual choices would have been nice, falconnery was an excursion more than well worth it.

Property is excellently situated. Peaceful & relaxing which is needed especially if you are going to drive around the Ring of Kerry. The service is excellent, the staff are very attentive & the food is delicious.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sheen Falls Lodge. It's quiet, lush with the stunning green hills known to Kerry and the cheery hospitality by the locals. The chateau is situated on a pristine property surrounded by foliage and precise landscaping. The hotel staff are only happy to fulfill any request and ensure your stay exceeds your expectations. It is a luxurious retreat in Ireland to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Food is locally sourced and exquisitely served on fine dinnerware. Dinner was a full three course meal complete with the five star experience one would expect from such an establishment. The only thing we would recommend is a more comfortable mattress like the ones at the Venetian. The bathtub is a death trap as it's really difficult ingressing and egressing out of it without feeling like a yoga session was required. The provided anti-slip mat was our saving grace. A step out would be helpful in this instance. Also, the pillows were too soft and not as supportive for sleep. Otherwise, our experience was exceptional. We can't say enough superlatives about the wonderful staff throughout our stay. Cheers!

The staff are nice but completely fail to provide information about the hotel, amenities, the area etc. There is a lack of atmosphere and no real focal point. The Bar is not somewhere that you would really go for a sit down and a drink as it resembles the side bar in a nightclub or some kind of after thought.
