Got the basic room, mattress was terrible, room was old and worn out. There were no bugs in the room, but a giant dead bug in the hallway for the 5 days I was there. Despite housekeeping, nobody picked up this giant dead bug. I saw inside other rooms, they looked better than mine, but still, place needs a complete facelift.

Hotel staff were attentive and took care of us immediately! Our smoke alarm was chirping, so I phoned the front desk. He immediately came to the room and took care of it. Later, I asked for an extra pillow, and within 10 minutes I had an extra pillow. Room was clean and comfortable. Price was great!

I had a friend in from out of town and we had a girls night! After a very late night it was great to come back to a comfy room to gossip and have more girl time. Will absolutely stay here again!!!

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Very kind and helpful staff. Felt safe being a woman traveling alone. The carpets, bedding and artwork very outdated, but this is as not a deal breaker. Appreciate a decent place to stay for the price. Would come again.

The man at the front desk was so nice and welcoming and I was in the hospitality industry for many many years and so I look for and appreciate these small things. Would go back when in the area simply because of his smile and attitude. Thanks for being so upbeat and welcoming!

it was quiet and nice but the continental breakfast needs some work food was cold , the rooms are big and spacious but a nice small couch setting would be more comfortable and make it better.thank you for a wonderful stay.till next year.

I stay at this location often and the staff are friendly, and rooms are always clean.

We at Regency every other weekend, but the last few times we have stayed we like to sleep in till around 9:00 which is not late morning. We can gear people in the hall around 7:00 and can’t sleep any later.we will stay at Regency again but hope this gets fixed.

We stayed here 1 night for a cowboys game and room was great and quiet but the only issue is the towels in the restroom were dirty.

They must have been short staffed because my room never got cleaned and I was gone 2 whole days. Had to go get my own towels because they didn't replace my old ones.

It was very obvious the bedspread AND the blanket below weren't cleaned. There was food stuck to them. Also, a wad of hair came out of an unused towel (not a single hair, a clump that fell out into the bathtub).

It took me 20 minutes and trying three rooms to enter my room because they couldn’t get the door open. Once I entered I couldn’t leave because I would be locked out. Very old and cheap furniture. Air conditioning make loud sound that I can’t sleep. Room should have been $50 not $130 a night.

The owners were very nice and the service outstanding. Everything was clean and serviceable. It was just what we needed for our unexpected layover in Dallas.

Dirty. I was traveling alone and my standards are fairly low, but even I was a little unsettled about it. I wouldn't recommend this place and if you're traveling with your loved ones I definitely wouldn't stay here.

I’ve stayed here multiple times when I’m in the DFW area. It is a great place! Staff is always friendly with me and they very much know me at this point. Always willing to help with any issues I may have with booking. Rooms are always clean and very quiet. Never had any issues here. 10/10 would recommend.

the room and hallway smelled. The towels were cheap and small. check in at 4am still charged for whole night.

Mine was a very last-minute reservation. I had stayed at this property one other time and was reasonably satisfied. They were offering a very competitive nightly rate, so it was a 'no brainer.'
I was pleasantly surprised that the evening desk clerk remembered me from my previous stay.

From the moment we arrived til we left, we had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Especially Devita - her customer service was excellent! We arrived early & she was able to get our room available even though we were early for check in! She also upgraded us! The room was a good size, comfy bed, clean and location was a walking distance to Starbucks. Denny’s and a Mexican restaurant. Will definitely stay there again! They also helped me with a package I had delivered that arrived sooner than we did! Thank You so much Devita for your kindness and hospitality ❤️

Building is clean but outdated. Check- in was good, although I reserved a king bed, they upgraded me to a suite. Continental breakfast very lacking. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, the nighttime attendant asked be what room I was in as if I were trespassing. I will not use this facility again.

Bed was old. Not much support.
No bedside lamp. Weird placement of lighting throughout room.
Wall behind bed covered in mirrors with very bright LED light strips. Would make for good porn setting.

The property is is fair and it's location is great: close to shopping venues and restaurants. It has a nice, cozy swimming pool.
