It is budget, you get a kitchen. The beds are actually comfortable to sleep in. You have to pay for some decent wifi there. No pots and pans to cook with. So if you plan ahead bring your own pan. You’re all set. It’s kind of like camping in a way. No breakfast just coffee and if your late like me, hot water and instant coffee. I’d probably stay somewhere else if you don’t need the stove top.

This was a motel and looked nothing like the little picture in the listing. Most items in the room were broken and my 12 son got stuck in the bathroom because the door was a mess. Luckily we were there only 1 short night.

Brand new employees couldn't get paid reservations in their rooms. Took over 2 hours to get a room. Manager was not on site and did nothing to assist. Room recently painted and not completely put back together. Screws sticking out of the fixtures. Gum on lamp, not enough towls or linnens. Stay elsewhere!

Needs immediate upgrade/update to this property. Very old appliances, and just it’s over all look.

I booked this hotel because I though I would need pet friendly. The bed was clean and made may be the one positive. The rest was average at best. I did not see any coffee out, and the office was locked when we were leaving. I couldn't even ask if they had it out somewhere.

Room was very cold the heat did not work, shower was filthy it had boot prints in it.. there was a crack in the door so cold air was coming in.. cabinets were falling down,also the tv kept shutting off.

Customer service was poor and annoying. I waited 20-30 mins for someone to show up to the lobby for checkout. Unacceptable.

Not what is advertised. The room was empty of all extras no coffee maker no pots or pans for kitchen asked about extra towel was told 1 towel and 1 Wash cloth per person. Extra you must rent not what is on web site. I refuse to pay and went to buy towels. No TV remote had to call office multiple times and no one answered. When 2nd person tried to check in at 245pm office closed she had to call 800 number no help there. Finally got in. Got TV remote didn't work. Called office surprise no answer. Finally on last night there got a remote that worked. The room was not bad but for an efficiency suite total joke. I was in the area for a wedding got this room for fridge and stove to use to fix food for rehearsal dinner did not get to use except to store cake. NEVER AGAIN will be contacting the corporate office to file complaint

Rooms smelled bad,Bad bug in the mattress no one’s there in the front desks when you needed that’s my second time in that hotel I’ll never come back again I thought that they will treat me different this time but was worse than the first time I’m totally disappointed

No coffee or Keurig pot at all! The darkness of the room was greatly appreciated and it wasn’t as loud as it could’ve been seeing that the area was very busy. The staff was ok. No issues other than the people in the parking lot and the lack of a coffee pot or Keurig. Had to sift through cabinets to find the trash cans.

The room was old and outdated. There were bugs crawling in the room. There were some shady people hanging out. I would not recommend anyone to stay here, especially with family

This is one of the worst I've had in a hotel stay. The room's window curtain was damaged and needed a SAFETY PIN to keep it closed or pulled together. There was no IRON in the room and was advised that IRONS HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM ALL ROOMS. There was some sort of white and black debris in the bathtub and above the tub was a small hole. To be sure that it was not a spy camera I gently touched it, and my fingers went inside what was a larger hole. The microwave was rusted although it seemed like some effort was made to give the room a clean appearance. One lampshade had spider web and the chair upholstery/seat had a long tear in it. Finally, I had to go early to Walmart to BUY AN IRON. I also took several pictures of all the problems I found in this room.

Overall was quiet xcept when construction was working on the parking lot and when other workers would mow grass etcm its a 2 level motel type ofnset up so you can hear everything.i smelled the gas from the lawn lower coming through the AC unit and started to feel sick. Its a nice place but i got claustrophobic after a week.has great AC and heat but the rooms om the back side away frol sun and humidity may be best.very clean.there was no AC at the front desk lobby and noone is ever at the front.i yeleld a few times to check out and they still never came

Arrived and the lobby was filthy, staff shirt had stains on it, and there were used clothing on the table in the office. They charged the full stay upfront, which should have been a sign. The stair and hallways were dark and filthy, warns and old floor mats throughout, and garbage cans near the stairs were exposed, not covered, and overflowing. The room was dark, the mattress was thin and uncomfortable, the sheets were clean but warn out and had pilling. Bathroom vinyl flooring was updated but wall were chipped and kitchen was old and dingy. Pictures did not represent the condition of the room.

The room smelled strongly of marijuana, and there was no service staff to help clean it out and no other rooms available here or in the area. Only thanks to other guests were we able to stay. If one needs accessibility, this is not the right hotel at all! There are no elevators to the second floor, so if one must stay there it must be on the first floor. We won't go again!!

This is a former Motel that has been rebranded. You park in-front of the room/door. There is no lobby just a room with a front desk and thick plexiglass for robbery prevention. Use a small hole to pass ID/payment through. The room was old, outdated and dirty. Due to weather our flights were delayed and we arrived at 1AM and there was group of people hanging out in the parking lot watching us enter the room. I did not feel safe or comfortable there and the location did not even remotely reflect the “pictures” on the site.
We immediately started searching for somewhere else to stay.
Do not recommend this location.

Very run down and uncomfortable. Seems to be many transients living there and I felt very unsafe. The curtains didn’t close completely and I had headlights and loud music coming from a car right outside that woke me up in the middle of the night. I had to call the front desk to come and make them be quiet. The kitchenette has absolutely nothing useful such as silverware or glasses etc. I will never stay there again.
