The staff was fine but the entire environment was not so good. I am familiar with that neighborhood and it's always been suburban and nice. It was definitely apparent that this Econolodge is the neighborhood eyesore. Part of the back looks like they started construction, maybe ran out of money then stopped but kept the motel open. Either way, it made the logistics of even accessing my room a pain in the butt. My room linens were fine but I could sense that someone took all their anger out on that room. The floor was cracked, the top of the toilet tank cracked and someone made a sorry attempt to glue it back together. The curtains had cigarette burns all over and I could hear the patrons upstairs stomping across in their room and even heard them yelling from my bathroom. This was a sorry and sad stay to say the least. Econolodge corporate please renovate this place and soon!

The first room i was checked in had absolutely no furniture with the exception of a bed a tv. The aecond room they put me in had furniture but was duct taped together to keep it from collapsing and completely falling apart. Both rooms amelled so bad that i was forced to run to Walgreens, buy some cleaning supplies and attempt to mask the ratchet stench.

Horrible! Located direct to the Interstate! Noisy all the night. Booked with breakfast. What we get was a dioggyybag with an Apple and granola bar. Never ever!

The room was very clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable. I was disappointed in the size of the tv and bed as it wasn’t what we asked for but we decided to stick with the room anyways. The jetted tub was a plus, we used it every night. I would go back again.

1st we had to call for a blanket. There was trash left in the room. They had no wash cloths, had to use a hand towel. Whole in the bathroom door, look like someone punched the door. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and ended up stopping up.

The entry door had been kicked in so it wouldn't lock security. There was a punch hole in the bathroom door and one wall. Their were cigarette burns on the furniture, floor and curtains. The handle to the refrigerator had been melted off. There were no towels in the room. Ceiling tiles were water stained. The chain should cancel their affiliation.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. It was incredibly dirty, there were zero towels in the room upon arrival, the door latch was broken, and the property felt very unsafe overall. I will have nightmares about this place.

I checked in to the room about 9:15pm. I put my things down and left the room. I was running late for an event. I returned at 2:30am to find I had no towels. I called the help desk and they told me they don’t have any towels to call back in the morning. I got up at 8am and called the rest again and again was told they don’t have any. I told them I needed to shower I had a wedding to attend in 3 hours. I was told AGAIN they don’t have any towels except small one. I agreed to take the small ones because I needed to shower. They brought me 2 washcloths!!! 2 little wash clothes.. my hair was dripping wet and I Missed the wedding! Finally at 7pm the NEXT day they brought me 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. I asked for a refund and was told to call the manager the next day. I asked for his name , the woman said mark was his name. When I called the next day I was told there was no one there by that name. At this time i gave up . This morning I am leaving, check out is at 11am. They were banging my door down screaming “ housekeeping” at 10am. Funny how when it’s time to go they are on top of things but when you need something you can’t get any assistance. They knew when I checked on that there were no towels. Had they told me that, I would have just went and bought one and wouldn’t have been mad at all but the way they handled things was so unprofessional. I will NEVER stay at another econo lodge again and I will be passing on the word to all My friends and family about my experience.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Terrible room quality. Bed sheets had holes in them. Only 3 pillows for FOUR people. Terrible never again will I go there.

The room was dirty, no towels. The sheets were not clean and had hair all over. The mattress was very dirty and had cigarette burn all over. The couch in the room was dirty. The remote for the tv was taped in the back to hold the battery together

They have roaches.. as soon as we turn on the light to the bathroom three roaches scattered into the cracks. If you’re going to book here please be sure to ask them about the roach infestation that they have.

I don’t know who rated this hotel a 4 because it’s definitely a 1. All you smelled was urine when going up to the room, no towels no hot water. The fridge was barely cold because the freezer tray was in a block of ice, the AC worked when it wanted to, spiderwebs in the corners, child writing on walls. I’m so happy I bought my own wash rag, towel, and Lysol. The owner of this place should be embarrassed.

Sketchiest place I've ever been , place was falling apart , door was rotted, dresser missing drawers, smelled horrible, stayed 5 minutes and left. Nothing remotely close to the pictures.

We drove almost 9 hours, from Virginia, and were extremely tire but were not allowed to check in early. We were assigned a non smoking room but as soon as we walked in the stench of cigarette was overwhelming. There were cigarette burns on the bedspread. The toilet could be flushed but the tank would not fill unless we removed the lid and jiggle the lever. We reported it but nobody came. Free breakfast was offered but when we asked where to go we were given an apple, honey bun and granola bar in a brown paper bag. Housekeeping never came during our stay, we waited two days for clean towels that we requested. The window curtain was falling off the hooks and had to pinch it with the door so people from outside couldn’t look in.

Place was extremely dirty, staff was uncooperative when we kept asking for a new room when one of us has asthma. Air quality was stinky. Lots of stuff was damaged in the room from before.

It wasn't the greatest. The jetted tub was greasy. And the bathroom ceiling was leaking. Went to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Everything was soaked.

The shower head was broken, no inner shower curtain, no toilet paper holder, coffee but no coffee maker, no towels, beds were made upside down, no coffee in lobby(machine broken), shabby carpet in all hallways.

I looked at three rooms, wasn’t satisfied with either. After not being able to book elsewhere i took the best of the 3 (which were all smoking rooms (I booked non smoking)). After getting into my room i noticed hair in the sink, and my bath floor was sticky by the toilet. The furniture was very old and not together, falling apart. The drawers dont even fit in the dresser, they were just propped up

I felt unsafe in this hotel room. There’s a lot of people doing drugs and making lots of noise. The staff didn’t care at all about our complaints and they spent the whole night until 3am making noise. Do not recommend to anyone at all.
