The staff is phenomenal. Tabitha at the food counter is awesome!

Ummm the staff is absolutely amazing. From the gentleman who takes out the trash to the cleaning lady to the front desk. Everyone was nice and chatty. It was so sweet. You def need a car while visiting here because not much is super easy walkable. The pool was my favorite. I would go early in the morning with no one in there and listen to music while swimming some laps and then relaxing in the jacuzzi. Only thing that threw me off is I woke up and went to get a mimosa since it was a birthday trip and the lady looked almost confused on why I would ask that. She explained the bar doesn’t open till like 4 or 5. I can buy a beer from the front desk though. Seemed like extra steps not needed but hey here for a drink. Went to get the drink and couldn’t pay cash and the tap pay wasn’t working. They were nice enough to charge it to the room though. Would def come back

Walls are paper thin can hear neighbors. And if you end up towards the 285 side that will be all you hear.

I've never stayed in a hotel that charged for your morning coffee.

The facility had a heated pool and an outstanding customer service. The rooms were had everything I needed, including a fridge and microwave.

The Lady that checked me in was so kind and offered great service every time I saw her, the rest of the staff, not so much. They are renovating and was little loud during day. The Little bar attached to the Starbucks attached to the food was ok and the hours were not accommodating or open as posted at all. The water in my sink would not get warm , my toilet would not flush and the fridge did not work. They did offer to go in room to try and see what was wrong with everything but, I was going to be gone and didn't feel comfortable with that due to so many issues and there would have been lots of in and out and I had personal items in my room. It was clean inside and room was nice and the nice lady who checked me in was very sweet. She would be the reason I went back..

The woman working the front desk was very nice! I came for a state board exam. She made sure to place me in a room that was in a quieter area. There was some construction going on so it made the parking somewhat confusing. The overall stay was great.

Loved the stay! They did have construction going on, but other than that, the hotel was nice! Room was super clean. The staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Good place to shower and sleep

They are remodeling the front door area, but had signs to reroute you for check in. Desk personnel was very accommodating. Room was missing an alarm clock, but one was quickly delivered upon our request. Room was very comfortable, large, very clean, great comfy bed. Hot tub was very much appreciated. Breakfast in the bistro was tasty.

I unfortunately did not like the stay due to how you had to have an extra package on the rooms for complimentary breakfast. Then the houskeeping was terrible, absolutely would have chosen a different hotel but i had reserved for a 3 night stay. The hotel itself was nice and clean, and the customer service at the front dest was terrific and so nice.

Our tv kept shutting off every hour while watching it not sure why. The pool at least for us was super cold. We couldn’t even get in all the way.

The reservation I made was changed without my knowledge. I reserved a king-sized bed and was given a room with 2 queen beds that were extremely uncomfortable. I had stayed here before with a king-sized bed and it was very comfortable.

It was an amazing hotel, friendly staff, great food and clean pool.

The walls were thinner than a motel. 6. You can hear people coughing and throwing up and going to the bathroom. It was terrible. It does not deserve to be a Marriott and I deserve to have my money back. The worst property they ever have had and have

Plusses 1- staff was super nice and helpful Minuses 1- NO WiFi use with VPN. Terrible idea when you have to use work devices that require VPNs. So no WiFi use for me. Why offer free WiFi, if you can’t let guests protect themselves??? 2- no internet to the TV so could only access local channels, no streaming or provided free Showtime access. Took three days to get this fixed and spent time on phone with contracted tech support. 3- fridge didn’t work 4- coffee maker didn’t work for first morning until staff replaced it, but then the cord was too short to reach the outlet 5- had to fix constantly filling toilet on my own as it stuck after midnight. Then found it stuck nearly every time it was flushed. 6- sink barely drained and backup up causing foul smell and disgusting junk to sit in sink. Very unclean 7- patio door permanently unable to to lock unless you put up the safety bar 8- cleaning service opened the drapes to get sunlight but failed to see leaving them open made the room swelter. This I had to put Do Not Disturb sign up everyday after first day Completely Out Of Place problem- 1- I was offered the chance to buy heroin or meth in the parking lot after arriving back at hotel just after 11pm. This was probably the biggest surprise I’d come across and you MUST find a way to mitigate this. I was less that 100 feet from the front door of hotel In-betweeners 1- every Marriott I’ve stayed previously offered continental breakfast but this location only offered pay breakfast

There was a minor issue with a curtain valence, easily correctedz. Also there were some minor electronic issues that did not affect us.

Property had a run down look. Inconvenient. No shopping. Toilets and sinks had slow drainage.

Very small parking area. A bit noisy from the highway. The air conditioner didn't cool. Refrigerator didn't work.
