The surroundings are very nice, but the internet hardly ever worked, toilet paper was the cheapest they could find, pillows very hard.

Second time here. Would have liked a mini fridge in the standard rooms, it’s Mexico weather is hot no where to store a cold water in your room. Upgrading was around $400 more all fur a mini fridge. Location is convenient.

Everything was fine JUST the AC fan was too noisy.

Check in was easy, had valet people park my car, tip was given, found out they had a restaurant that closed at 11pm so we had dinner around 1030. The food and service was great. The room was a simple basic room. What one would expect from a hotel. We're I give this a 4 star rating is because when you shower you set your water where you want it and then either it gets really hot or really cold. Not sure if this was due to us being on the 5th floor but still shouldn't expect this to happen. Also, no fridge or microwave in the room so that could suck but not a deal breaker. Check out was easy and I called for room service to have my car ready and sure enough it was. Also, room service was great too. So overall 4/5 stars for me. Would I stay there again, I would.

People are extremely friendly and clean property. Close to all kinds of parks and shopping centers, and great food. The restaurant in the lobby has really good food and excellent service. The only thing i did not like is that only the presidential suite has fridge and microwave. The laundry service is great but can get expensive quick. My favorite part was the workers are not harassing, you for tips lol!

Paid for "parking" but out of the 3 nights that we stayed only was able to use the parking lot once because it was always full. On New Years the hotel held an event for outside guest and prioritized the parking lot to them instead of the hotel guest. Not enough parking space to accommodate their guest.

We booked at the last minute due to problems with toll booths and long waits that made it impossible to get to our destination before dark.
this hotel was good. Quiet, good parking, glad to get a drink at the bar and good receptionist. I would go back again.

We loved the stay, what we didn’t like, were the prices from the buffet. Why two different prices on weekends and weekdays. Also buffet was missing some items and when we asked for them, the answer was go to the grill and ask for it there

I didn’t receive the vip perks it states.
My air conditioner leaked in my room, called down to receptionist and they sent someone up all he did was give me an extra towel to place on the floor. Didn’t receive room service during my stay.

We only had an issue with the AC not working for 2 days but the were making the effort to fix it. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Ok hotel. Quite dated, and very limited amenities - there was no hair conditioner... I can understand not leaving some in the room, but the room attendant told me they don't carry it at all, even by request - so I had to buy a big bottle and then leave it behind because I couldn't bring it in my carry on... Very weird, and not what I expected from a Best Western.

The only inconvenience it was the fair next to the hotel they put some type of fence around and it was no access. My husband have a little problem with his legs to walk

The first impression that I got from this place was excellent. When I arrive at 6:30 am I ask the front desk attendant, if I can do check in early because I arrive before that I aspected an he allow me to do the check in and gave me the room with no extra charge. That’s a great customer service! I will definably recommend and come back to stay at this property.
