Stay was wonderful. Slept wonderful. Stay was wonderful and welcoming. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good. Will stay again if I’m ever in town again.

Stay was good. We had to be moved to another room after the first night due to toilet not flushing. They took care of us.

The staff were friendly, the hotel and room were clean and the breakfast was good!!!! I wish the bed was a little softer but overall it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you!!

Customer service was great very clean and great breakfast. Checking out I went to grab some juice not realizing the breakfast area was closed. The sweet attendant working that breakfast unlocked it for me to grab some juice.

Very pleased with the hotel and the staff were very polite and welcoming at all times! The front desk ladies are very nice and offer the best customer service!

There was glass in our room on the floor and my daughter cut herself. When we asked for a broom we were immediately accused of breaking something when we hadn't instead of checking to see what could be done to help us

Staff was friendly and “expecting us” we stopped for a night on the way home from vacation. Room was clean and comfortable we slept well. Breakfast was what’s typical for hot breakfast. We arrived around 11, showered, slept, had breakfast by 7am and headed out!

Easy access from I-10, quick check in and very friendly staff. Nice bedroom, comfy beds and cable tv. Pool and hot tub area small but nice, the outside area with chairs and games a nice touch. Very nice experience.

Quick check in by Stephanie. Room heat was not working but after reporting, Josh showed up pretty soon and in < 10 minutes replaced the entire unit and had warm air. Quite impressive actually. Room was fine, but don’t book near a freeway or else take earplugs!

I forgot an outfit in the closet and called about an hour after leaving. They said they couldn’t find it. So apparently someone stole it. And none bothered to apologize or compensate me for my item.

Everything was great. The only issue we ran into was the room had some ants in them. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Everyone on staff was very friendly and talked to us and made sure we had anything we needed. From check-in, to staff monitoring the halls, to breakfast there were many smiling faces and genuine people who just wanted to make our stay the best. Enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Enjoyed our stay very much! We stayed with our baseball team for our World Series tournament and it was a great experience! Staff was so friendly and accommodating even with 11 loud rambunctious 7 year olds. Will definitely stay again if we have the chance!
