the room was in poor shape. the toilet was loose and wobbled.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very basic but was okay.

Reserved handicapped accessible room, which was not ready when promised. Desk clerk refused to allow service dog in handicapped accessible room, so I was placed in a 3rd floor room (which I could not have escaped from if there had been a fire). Was promised a shower chair which was never provided. One grab bar by the commode, none by bathtub (no shower). Overall, room was nice and the full hot breakfast was nice. But I would never stay here again, and would strongly encourage anyone with physical or emotional disabilities to boycott this particular hotel NOT any other Sleep Inn I have ever stayed at.I will be filing a claim with the ADA.

Good clean hotel with friendly staff.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was nice. Everything worked like it was supposed to - no problems

Would have been better if they would have cleaned the room, made the bed or emptied the trash. Bed was not comfortable.

Old and tired. Worst breakfast ever. Room needs a makeover and new windows to block the noise of the trains and highway.

We were very surprised at the quality of our room. The staff were so nice. And the breakfast is wonderful. Coffee in 3 diff strengths um yes please. And the price was by far the best anywhere. Small rooms hence the name micro. But hey It's worth it.

AVOID at all cost!

The check in process was quick and the front desk clerk was nice. The outside of the building had lots trash in the parking lot and all the parking was blocked off with bricks. The room was very small. The online pictures are deceiving. The shower did not work at all, so we were forced to sink bathe. They did provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash on the wall but it was empty. The only positive I could see is that it was close to our destination and the interstate.

Ok for an overnight stay, room was small and breakfast was very light with regards to variety of food.

Checked into a room around 6:00 PM by 10:00 PM we started getting bit by bedbugs. Talked to the receptionist who moved us to a room down the hall. She did not look surprised when we told her about the bedbugs. This has turned us against staying here again. We gathered our things and left for another hotel. We asked if we could be refunded and she said "No"

We have stayed at alot of hotels and by far this one was the most comfortable. The room was a little small then what we are used to but the beds were great and the have the best pillows. My daughter loved the window nook with the cushion in it to where she could lay. Location is right in the middle of some good restaurants, walmart, and the interstate. Will stay here again.

Very basic hotel. Just looking for a quick and cheap place to stay. The woman at the desk was very friendly. The room was clean. Nothing fancy but clean. Coffee available 24 hours a day plus a free breakfast. Would stay again for an overnight.

Elevator was broken and they couldn't provide us seniors a room on the first or second floor but only on the third. No greetings coming or going and no apology for the inconvenience. Use to be much better in the past and friendly.

Worst stay I can ever remember!! Room, which teamed of mildew smell, was right next to stairwell with paper thin wall. Elevator was broken, no information about when it would be fixed. No way to drown out heavy stair climbers all day and night! Key wouldn’t work very first time tried to use it. After checking, mechanism was broken and needed replacing (day1). Needed to have desk clerk let us in every time. Replaced mechanism 2nd day. Still didn’t work. Was weekend so out of luck! Key NEVER WORKED the entire stay!! No other room available first 2 nights. Roughed it out 3rd night and ran out of there in the morning, never to return!

The property was really dirty, broken elevator and the room smells like smoke. A lot of stains on the carpet in the room, washroom looks like was not cleaned. Unpleasant experience for my family. Will never book on this hotel forever.

The elevator was down and we had a third floor room. This was just so inconvenient and not acceptable. It's one thing if you have no luggage but it's another if you do and you're trying to deal with a healing foot. It would've been nice to know in advance so we could've changed hotels. When we finally got to our room we found that the ice machine was broken and appeared to have been for quite some time. So we had to go down to the first floor to get ice and then back up again. During our stay I became I'll with a stomach virus. I called down to inform the front desk we would be going out for the day and wanted to know if housekeeping would mind to come by at some point and change the sheets and replace the towels. Some hotels do not do a daily cleaning if you are staying multiple nights so I just wanted to be sure. I was met with the front desk staff stating, "She's working as hard as she can. You have to realize that she has 18 rooms to clean. She's probably down the hall now." I said, "Sir, I was only asking for you to pass along that we are going out and would like ONLY these two things done so as to save your staff some time. We do not need the entire room cleaned. I was not sure if anyone would be coming at all." I do not understand why everyone has to be so ugly and defensive all the time. One thing for sure is we will never stay here again. The front desk staff left a lot to be desired and the back door that we went in had been busted and did not even require key entry

This place smelled and was dirty. The beds were okay. Elevator didn't work.

First off, somehow I was listed as having 2 rooms under my name. One with my charge card which I made for one night and a second room for 2 nights with another charge card, not mine. It took time and phone calls to sort it all out and get the second room canceled. Then, after I was in my room, a man entered my room and we realized that we were both assigned the same room. He got that fixed. Then, at 12:45 a.m. the fire alarm went off and we all had to evacuate the hotel in our pajamas and stand in the parking lot until the firemen were finished…not a restful night of sleep as I needed to be up and out early. After all this, I will not be choosing a Microtel again.

Bedding and bathroom dirty, room had an odor, did not stay, checked out and found cleaner, nicer room.

The room was much smaller than expected. The tub didn’t look clean and the shampoo bottle was in the tub. Along with the stopper. Not to mention being the alarms going off at 1 am, for what they called a false alarm.

Great choice for the price

The rooms are much smaller than how they look in the pictures. The room smelled of cigarettes/old damp even though everything was non smoking. Just very much outdated and needing some uplift. Had to go multiple different times to the desk to get keys redone because they would randomly stop working... that being said, we always felts safe and the staff was kind.

Bed was comfortable; room was super small. Breakfast was fine. Not fancy. Great for one person. Only bad part was it was a non smoking place but the second floor hallway was smokey.

Would have liked to have had a full hot breakfast. Dining area was very small. Overcrowded.
After having to leave dining area on morning 1, because overcrowded, we went to Crackerbarrel the rest of our trip.
We were pleased with our room, and house keeping.

Was just ok property. Rolled in at 10 pm and left by 9am, just fair/average room, a little dumpy, breakfast just bare minimum…..

The room I stayed in had one very comfortable queen bed with MyPillow type pillows (fantastic), was tidy and efficient with a desk that actually had a USB charging port (the last 4 hotels I stayed in this year did not). The frig was nice and cold; there was no microwave in the room but I believe the one on the first floor was accessible. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was continental. I really liked the way the room was appointed, the AC was quiet, and the shower had mounted bodywash, shampoo, conditioner containers. Kudos.
