The room was great, enough space. Had a nice view of the city. Parking was not that bad found a parking garage right next to the hotel. Everything was within walking distance for exploring downtown.

Due to eco friendlyness the housekeeping is every other day in the stay of 3 nights no house keeping had to ask them regard it and only thing got was towels no trash pick up no trash change. Understand eco friendlyness but when informed have nothing done is not good customer service.

We stayed on the 23rd floor and the room was nice and cozy with a nice view. The front desk was helpful and quick with check in and check out. The rooms could use a little bit of updating they are a little bit older and the bathroom was on the smaller side but overall I would stay again! It was a very nice stay with lots of things within walking distance and lots of things that are a quick Uber ride away! Definitely recommend

I recommend this hotel while staying in the downtown Chicago area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable.

They refunded my security deposit and then charged it right back to my account. I still have yet to receive it. We cleaned up our mess and everything. Won’t be staying here again.

I’ve stayed at better Hiltons. This one doesn’t care about the customer, only wants to charge you for extras. They don’t try to make anything convenient for their guests. Also the parking garage is terrible. You can’t find a spot between 3-5pm (which is usually check in time).

Wifi went out for a day. Told office and they told me they would call me back with a solution but never did and it never came back on. Could not get work done while at the hotel. Most TV stations would only work for a short time..not sure if this was related or not. Not very clean. Lamp shade was very dirty.

The hotel itself was alright. What really bugs me about this hotel is the deposit. The deposit itself was $224. Which is ridiculous because I paid $143 for the room itself. But then after my stay, the final charge of the deposit is $137. I called and asked why I didn’t get my full deposit back. They said that because I charged $13 worth of things to my room from the snack shop they had a hold on the rest of the money and that it’ll be returned. I put a contact me request on the website as well and haven’t heard anything. My stay was on 1/20/24. It is now 3/13/24. I want this fixed

"Business" being to attend an annual conference in Chicago. I have been a Hilton Honors member for many years and had a consistent experience with this hotel.
Everything went well and a specific mention of the light fixtures.

The place is very accesable but the water inside the room is only for the members, and the bed & pillow are way too soft hurts our back. You can hear all the sirens outside the hotel. But the good side is the receptionist are nice & friendly.

I booked a city view room as advertised but was not a city view they need to change the room to non city view

The front desk staff was amazing. I had to change my room because my first room was half-cleaned. There were small milk containers behind the curtain. Then in my new room there were no trash bags in the cans and the tub was dirty.

The view was unmatched for the price. The room exceeded expectations, although there was only one trash can that was very small for the entire room. The other factor that lowered our rating was they failed to mention that for one night, parking was $62 extra. My best guess is that this is normal for the area, however not being from this area, we were unaware and that is not a charge you want to have so unexpectedly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and it was perfectly positioned for a lovely sunset walk on the Riverwalk and a short step from a savory breakfast.

I've stayed here several times. The convenience from O'Hare (Blue Line) and the Red Line can't be beat. The Red Line is literally feet from the entrance of the hotel. My mini fridge was icing up - it froze the water and juice I had in there. I was only staying 2 nights, so it wasn't worth making a fuss about. Some of the clientele can be loud/obnoxious, but I just keep to myself and don't make eye contact.

Housekeeping never came to our room the three nights there. I can't remember the gentleman at the front desk name but he really helped us and made sure we got what we needed. Beds were itchy. Overall, nice room, Pool,and gym. Pool and gym were the best part.
