The Manager refused to even listen to us we came up with an emergency medical problem and had to cut the trip short 2 days, all I wanted was one day refund for that would have been a 36 hour notice and all she keep saying was this is the rule well how am I supposed to know an emergency problem was going to happen will never ever recommend thiis horwl

The only problem was there was only one ice machine on the bottom floor for three floors and the soda machine was empty.

Well my room was taken. I order a king size bed. I got a queen. The room was humid. Eventually cool down.

I felt safe and comfortable while staying at this motel and would consider staying there again when in the area. The place was clean and the staff friendly.

The staff were very friendly like always. This is the hotel that I frequent when visiting my jobsite in Farmington. The staff was flexible with my reservations due to delays in my travel.

Hair in the tub, bed creaked BAD every time I rolled over. Also, I booked the king jacuzzi suite but that's not what I got. Hotel said that wasn't what was booked and I couldn't prove different.

The property was a bit difficult to get to. The property itself was clean, but there was trashy area next to the property and a very noisy business next door. Small breakfast area.

property was great on the outside, the room was decent. the only issue was the tv and the shower. the TV did not work while using the remote control, the front desk gentleman, who was nice came to show us to push a button under the TV and move the icon to "source". we would have never known to do that if it weren't for him so I'm assuming the remote wasn't for that tv. the shower handle was very loose and difficult to move.

It was nice and quiet and they cleaned our room right away that morning.

This hotel was clean and it was decent to stay at. The reason why I gave a 3-star review is because they don't have a pool which is what most people with kids look for in a hotel. When we were booking it did say there was a pool. When we arrived we were extremely disappointed. Will not be staying here again.

The room was not ready for guests. There was no bed spread and the heater cover was broken

Property is excellent. The check in was bad. I wish customer was notified online of the refundable security deposit amount of $50 additional to room rate, or $150 cash I was upset with the surprise service.

Overall decent place, no grass or pet area for a pet friendly hotel. The pillows were the worst lumpy and uncomfortable. The 2 staff members I did work with were okay. The checkout gal seemed to struggle a bit.

It was okay, not great. The rooms reserved for people with pets aren’t the nicest or cleanest rooms, esp for the additional fees. I had hoped for a nicer hotel.

The staff was great!!! Each staff member I encountered was very pleasant, polite, attentive and smiling. Was a decent stay for the cost. I was a little timid about all the beetles though.... They were everywhere outside, and 1 was in my room. (I'm sure they were just whatever native bugs were in the area and not cockroaches, but they were almost as abundant as ants.) OVERALL though, I was not dissatisfied with my stay.

This is a comfortable place to stay. Some of the fixtures are a little worn but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is on a busy highway with no convenient places to eat but I would stay there again.
