Our first time in Aberdeen for Northern State Baseball games and Graduation. It was a great location to the fields and campus as well as downtown.

I stopped in the middle of the night to see if there was a room available, as we traveled out of state, as my father was taken by ambulance to the hospital very close to the hotel. Not only did they have a room available, but the desk clerk was aware of the situation, and knew of the long day plus travel that transpired, so he by-passed the 3pm check in time, and graciously offered the room to me at that time. In addition to that the lady that was preparing the breakfast (which was so delicious every morning), opened the breakfast room early so I could get a bite to eat before getting some rest. The entire staff was so kind and accommodating, and the rooms and entire hotel was clean and kept up. I would highly recommend the AmericInn. Great location!

The room was not clean at all. There was a large broken chair flipped over in the room. The fridge was disgusting. Definitely had not been dusted or vacuumed in a long time. The check in staff was wonderful. The room was awful.

Everything was clean and nice. They did short our room some hand towels and wash cloths and the cable was messed up but all in all very nice place for the price

Super friendly staff the night I arrived. I believe his name was Josh? Rooms were super clean. Breakfast was the best I've ever seen and super friendly staff there as well. All in all an amazing experience.

Customer service was awesome. The dinning woman really out did herself keeping everything clean and fully stocked. We always ask for a hotel that offers breakfast and this is overall the best one that we've stayed at, and we've been on the road almost 3 months this was the 13th or 14th hotel we stayed on this long trip. The only bad thing was we only booked an overnight stay, we wished we stayed 2 to 3 nights like we did the other hotels...

Our visit with our family of 5, with 3 children age 8 and under, was exceptional. We all loved playing in the clean, heated pool. The breakfast adequately accommodated our needs for gluten and dairy free even though they did not technically have "gluten free or dairy free" foods. We ate things like eggs, fruit and dry Cheerios. Our kids keep asking when they will be able to go back and swim in the pool.

Very clean and easy check-in. Excellent breakfast. Only issue was an extra charge on our credit card. We spoke to the front desk and they said it was a deposit issue between them and hotels.com. They said we would be credited, so hoping that does happen.

We were fortunate to be able to stay in one of their suites… Could have stayed forever. Spacious and comfortable. Service was excellent, especially from The young gentleman, Josh, at the front desk. We were in town for an emergency medical event. Josh was empathetic and worked very hard to try to get us the best rate possible. He was always available to answer questions or help in other ways. Wyndham is very lucky to have him indeed.

Seemed like a truck stop at first, but then was actually much better than expected.

Our check in person was rude. M was temporary front person but responded "I haven't taken a shower here" when asked if there were safety bars in the bathtub.
That was somewhat balanced by kind and friendly conversation with breakfast hostess. Best motel food ever there.

Our stay was excellent. The room and front desk area were very clean. The pool area was nice and clean, except for the pool bathroom. It looked like the stool had over-flowed and their was dried stool on the floor. It was late evening and I did report it to the desk. I'm sure no cleaning staff to clean that late, but when we returned to the pool in the morning it still wasn't cleaned up. Just had to walked kids back to room to use bathroom. That was the only negative and wasn't a big deal breaker. The free breakfast was very nice with a good selection. I would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

The room and pool were not as big as they appeared in you site pictures. Once we got in the pool we did enjoy the warm water and had a relaxing time. We did really enjoy the breakfast in the morning and all the staff were very friendly.

Room....toilet rocked and caused it to run. Spot on bathroom floor that i thought was a stain, came up when a wet towel layed on it. That means the floor was NOT washed before we checked in. And the best one, front desk person dropped the ice scoop on the floor and PUT IT BACK IN THE ICE MACHINE! She did not wash it off at all.
