The Hilton had major upgrades since our previous visit two years ago, the added after hours bar was a very nice touch. The room was clean and more than ample parking. The only thing that was a minus ,they stopped the hot cookies as advertised!

The stay overall was great. It was a quick turnaround. We were in town for an event at William and Mary for my daughter’s New Student admission program. I was not happy about the fact that I paid for a room with 2 queen beds but was given a room with one bed and told that they could not accommodate my 3rd party reservation because I did not book directly with the hotel.The staff didn’t seem to care one bit. It was like booking through this site was not the best idea. It really sucks because otherwise it was a great establishment.

Lovely, clean, attractive property. Centrally located and convenient. Rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious. Plenty of towels and fully stocked personal care products. Many other amenities to point to, like in hotel bar, pool, hot tub and fitness center. Friendly and accommodating staff. Area seems safe and properly grounds are impeccable. Also, a nice dog walking area stocked with waste bags and plenty of light in the parking lot.

Great service, particularly from lobby/restaurant staff. Impeccable customer service from each employee. Special mention to Delphine at breakfast , Karen at the bar, Justin at the front desk, and Senada and Brenda each morning.

Hilton Garden Inn williamsburg, needs to update Expedia on the room selections, because the room that I had selected on the Expedia website wasn't the room that Hilton have gave to me when I had arrived. I had selected a double room king bed. They gave me just a plain standard king room. So whatever you do. Do not book the double room king bed because according to Hilton Garden Inn williamsburg, it doesn't exist.

I aabt to give 4.5 stars. Clean, updated, hot water, fast elevator. Only detractors was that the water pressure was OK, not great and AC/heater was LOUD!

The room was not completely furnished. Large open area with no furniture, lighting was limited, Blinds didn't work. I stayed at this hotel many times in the past, and it was always a 4 star. I was appalled at how it changed. Never again

Bathroom sink did not dain. Gtoos stuff voning up inyo sink. Called desk anout the problem, was offrred free breakfast instea of different room. Later on I cut my hand underneath the sink trying to get sink to drain. Air conditioner in room us super ridiculous loud. Room was rathrr expensive, but needs badkt to be updated. Don't stay here.

The hotel was out dated! Charged for breakfast! Most staff did not speak clear English. It was a dog friendly when I was told it WAS NOT! Would not stay there again!

We checked into the room 225. The Sink in this room was clogged and full of water. We could not wash our hands. When I complained to the reception, they moved us to room 226 which turned out to have the same issue with the clogging of the faucet and the bathtub as well as the heat in the room was not that warm at the beginning. The management in this hotel should do a better maintenance of the plumbing system.

Because we booked through Expedia the staff said there was nothing they could do because we woke up to no hot water to shower

First, I want to assure you that all most all of the people we dealt with were friendly and helpful. However, when we got in to our room, we found there was only decaf and tea there for the coffee make, and the TV remote would not work. A call to house keeping got us some coffee, and batteries for the remote -- both of which you would expect to have been noticed by housekeeping when the room was cleaned before our arrival. .
We left fairly early the next morning, and when we returned after dinner we found that no one had been in the room while we were out. Beds not touched,. towels not replaced, no regular coffee, etc, etc.
Both nights we were there, there were dogs barking in nearby rooms -- annoying.
Now, none of this was "earth shaking", but not what we are used to, and not what we expected from a Hilton property. Next visit to Williamsburg we will stay somewhere else,

I had a room with 2 queens and a double sofa bed. It was VERY spacious, clean, and quiet. Check-in was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is fine and it’s in the middle of a great area for eating. My issue is that our reservation was changed from a two-queen room to one king. No explanation was given and no compensation was offered. We made our reservations 10 weeks ahead of time so it was not last minute. I think we were switched because it was an Expedia reservation and they were making less money on it. I asked for an explanation or a different kind of room but they declined both. Also the room we were given was a handicap room, so the layout was odd. There was no closet or dresser, just some drawers screwed into the wall in an alcove behind the door. I wouldn’t stay here again mainly because of how we were treated.

The property was CLEAN and very well maintained! I checked in a few minutes after 3 pm it was quick and easy, they only have 2 elevators in the same spot and with a full hotel it took a minute for the elevators to come back around (but really not a huge deal). The rooms were decent sized, everything was spotless. Parking is a little confusing because they share a lot with a couple restaurants and in the morning I noticed I parked in the wrong lot but my car was still there in the morning. They offer breakfast but it's for a fee; adults was $14 and kids was $7, I passed but did get the complimentary coffee. All in all it was a really nice property, walking distance to countless restaurants and fast food. My son and I even went to a couple souvenir shops. If I'm in the area again I would 100% stay here.

Staff was so great. Beautiful hotel in lobby and in room. Huge Parking in back for our large RV to maneuver was great. Clean clean clea. Thruout. The room the Linens carpets bathroom, pool, fitness room etc. definitely stay here again if ever in Williamsburg.

The hotel was fine, we loved our room location. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, although there wasn’t a microwave, I liked the room. Check in was easy and quick. We didn’t have any issues with neighbors/noise as we were only there for one night. The only issue was the pool. Although it was open 24 hrs, the whirlpool was out of order and the pool itself didn’t look clean as it seems the filters weren’t running. I was looking forward to getting in both after a busy day, so I was disappointed that I couldn’t. Besides that, I would definitely stay there again.

I usually stay at Hilton Garden Inn hotels and this location was disappointing because they gave my room a double queen suite to someone else right before I got there. The television in the suite area didn't get cable and they apologized but said it happens and there's nothing that they could do. Imagine a child with no television in a hotel.
There wasn't an iron in my room. I called down and they bought me a blow dryer twice.
I was very disappointed this visit.

the staff were pleasant and helpful. The facility was clean and efficient. We asked for glass cups and they provided them with our room number (fine). We enjoyed the BBQ restaurant next door after a long day.

Front desk is professional and welcoming! Breakfast was not good. The guy who makes omelet was grouchy and unhappy to serve. Our room was clean, and had extra towels and toiletries.
