House keeping was knocking loudly on the door at 10:30 am despite a do not disturb sign and would not stop until we answered the door.
We get that enough at home with the kids. I did not expect it from hotel staff. Room could have been cleaner and closet was missing a door.

Less than perfect rating was due to no hot water while we’re trying to get ready for the wedding we were in town for. Not sure how long it was out for as when we got back it was late.
Staff at the hotel was very nice.

Beautiful rooms with essentials for long stays. I like having separate living space when I travel. The only issue I had was the water wouldn’t stay a consistent temperature. It would go from ice cold to scalding to like warm in a matter of seconds. The gym wasn’t much but it was good enough to get a workout in. Overall good stay and I booked another week long stay.

Very affordable, clean and spacious rooms. Loved that there was a full kitchen and ability to get some groceries. Location is great as it is walking distance to all the shops, bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Room 225 the sick leak on stop. Came back to the room only to find that the leak spilled over the counter on to the floor. One of my other children’s rooms had no hot water for two days. They had children. They spoke with someone who said it would be taken care of. The evening that we checked in, the front desk man didn’t know what he was doing. Even though I had all reservations printed out for them. Took at least 45 minutes. Also was told from him that he would call me back once he figured all my rooms and location of each room. I even called Marriott reservation services and spoke with a lady who was sending all kinds of notes to the Hotel.

Great location in proximity to all the Easton activities, restaurants, etc. Breakfast was better than the typical free hotel offering.

Overall a nice good stay. Bed wasn’t what I prefer. There is a hollow hole like feel. Obvious where guests sleeps. Carpet was sort of yucky, but I’d give it a high 8 in cleanliness! The staff couldn’t had been any nicer!

Everything with my entire stay was perfect. The rooms are amazing with beautiful home-like design. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Everything in the rooms were super clean and bed was really comfortable.
Really convent location with tons of food options and shopping. This is my new favorite place to stay in Columbus. Can’t wait to visit this hotel again.

Great price for being in Easton. Great are for shopping and dining. However the front desk seems a bit confused and just blew off my question by saying I don’t know. Never got an answer why my wake up call never came trough

Was expecting an amazing breakfast. It was… ok. They didn’t have their waffle maker out for the weekend which was a huge disappointment for the kids. The rest of the food was ok. Light out in the main room and a little smaller overall than expected.

You have everything you need. It feels like home as soon as you walk into your room. We booked 1 bedroom suite and it was absolutely amazing. Will definitely book this place again. Kudos to ones that built it and thoughtfully put everything together to perfection

Everything was clean, the staff were great. Only issue we had was that there were repeatedly multiple baby spiders in the bathroom and in the bed. I brought this up to the staff at the front desk and they were eager so solve the problem and get the room sprayed. Overall the stay was great for a nice weekend away.

two big negatives. first they used to provide free shuttle service from the airport. This time I had to take a taxi which cost $25. Secondly, the city worked on paving the street just outside my room and the noise went on until about four o'clock in the morning on sunday night. I wasn't able to sleep.And a small negative. As I was checking out another couple was checking in. They were given a welcome bag of goodies. I wasn't given one when I checked in.

We had a great stay here. The room was clean and very nice. The location was super convenient for visiting legoland. The staff were all incredibly friendly.

Excellent location. Front desk lady (Sabrina) was very professional and pleasant. I was extremely disappointed that the manager or assistant manager bumped me from a double room to a one bedroom despite have reserved such and I found out upon checkin. A discount was offered but will see if I was credited for such but I have never encountered this in 30 years of personal and professional travel. The pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

We only had a few issues but we’re promptly handled by the extremely wonderful staff!! Over all was a fantastic stay and is surrounded by all the shopping and dining you can ask for!! We will be back!

Located in a great location next to shopping centers and restaurants. Ceiling tiles in hallways need to be replaced and carpets need a deep cleaning or need to be replaced. They offer a good continental breakfast.

Any time we come to Columbus this is our go to spot (mainly for the location/surrounding area) but each time its a problem. This time the room was FILTHY!! Bed was half made, dishes in the dishwasher (not clean) & the trash bins in both the kitchen and bathroom were never emptied.
