I stayed here in July and it was not listed on the website that the hot tub and pool was not in service, I booked again in Dec and to my surprised it still was not in service.

A good environment. My family had a great stay and everything was a comfortable stay.

Newly renovated, very nice rooms.

Very clean and quiet even with every room sold out on a Friday night! Up to date and modern decor. Staff very helpful and professional.

The pool and even the laundry room weren’t available, yet charged a large amount for our stay. We couldn’t even use our patio area because of people working outside our door.

Property was nice but that was all, pool was closed, not service that Marriott is known for, had to ask for wifi password, little information from front desk at check in and out, not worth the money for one night. There was no fan in the restroom, tiny refrigerator, no comp breakfast and had to pay for meals plus adult refreshments.

It was clean and safe. The grounds were clean and quiet. There was plenty parking places and two restaurants close by.

This is a very nice place. I do not usually get this nice a facility at my price point. large rooms, and very comfortable beds and bathrooms for seniors like me.

I booked the hotel for the pool and the pool was closed when we arrived.

This hotel us very run down. It’s under construction, but that is no excuse for its condition. Ice maker on 3rd floor broken. 1 elevator broken. Our sink was clogged, they did fix it quickly. We were there for a wedding and the outdoor patio was completely filthy. Planters were empty, cob webs everywhere, bird droppings on the patio, spilled beverages that had dried had visible stains where people could sit, very dusty. The paint for fencing is very weathered and looks old. The locks were broken (room cards were not able to be used) The air conditioning for the reception area was broken. The working section of the air conditioner was set to 82 degrees. The reception room temperature was 87 degrees. Completely unacceptable for a wedding reception with over 100 guests. The staff was great, they were apologetic and did their best. Conditions were out of there control. All complaints go directly to management. This is a very poorly run hotel. Very disappointed in Marriott. The outside area in front of the hotel and back patio could use a good cleaning.

No one at desk. Bathroom facet leaking

The ladies at the counter had no sense of urgency to get people checked in. The rooms are dated . One of the elevators seemed to struggle. Below average hotel at best.

The laundry was out of order. The air conditioner in fitness room was not working. At check in no key cards to our room was available so we waited for staff to open our room with a master key. Otherwise rooms were comfortable.

Outstanding staff: polite, efficient. BUT the hotel was in terrible shape: No Wi-Fi, broken exercise room, broken pool, broken 1st floor bathroom, no cable streaming. At the price of a room at the hotel, customers deserve basic amenities that are functional.

Currently undergoing renovation (not mentioned on booking site) Pool closed. Front desk did not have any key cards to the rooms. Someone had to let us in our room every time we left and returned. Room was renovated and nice, but this was a little ridiculous.

Staff was rude, especially the morning person. Very unprofessionally dressed. Wouldn’t even stand to wait on me. Guest laundry was out of order. Pool and hot tub was out of order. The wall there was molded and heavy with mildew. (I’m allergic to both). There was no landscaping on the backside on building. We even had a skunk outside our back door.

The reservation did not guaranty that i would get the room that i reserved, which was explained to me when i got there late at night, which left me scrambling to find a place for my family to stay. My teenage daughter was creeped out by the drunk guys starting at her from the adjoing parking lot. I don't understand why the lady at the front desk was so rude when I was asking to make sure I didn't get charged for the room that they reserved for me that I couldn't use.

The room was nice but they really need to work on cleaning. There was dust on most surfaces and on the tv. The front desk also gave my ex girlfriend (stalker) a key to my room without my permission. That wasnt cool but oh well

We booked our room and bought our daughter a new swimming suit at target, an hour later we received an email notification that swimming pool is not open. Then as I checked in we asked the lady checking us in and she was like “yeah it’s closed but you can see if orbitz can book you something else” (not something like I’m sorry we can offer you…….) just a crappy attitude. Then when we asked her for another key for our room, we were told, that “this hotel is in bad shape and only has ONE key per room”

The hotel renovated and a comfortable feeling.

After booking the hotel through expedia, reached out the hotel and found that there is no working elevator or pool or internet. Offered a room at downstairs and it had all sort of bugs - spiders ants moths etc...Room was dusty and smelling bad too. Front desk offered second room and it had again bugs and broken fixtures in bathroom. Went back to front desk and they offered third room. Asked about cancellation and told me to contact expedia. Called expedia and the first person told that she need to call hotel to confirm construction and oce she confirmed i had been transferred again to second agent. I had to explaon the situation to second person and he told he need to confirm with hotel again. By this time,i as with expedia on phone for 90 minutesand it was night 12.45 am. I told the agent that i am ready to even forego the charges and would it be possible to find another hotel room. He denied and told he have to follow procedure and i am tired and ended up staying in third room after about 2 hrs of this ordeal at 1.00 am. Third room was almost similar story and i didnt had energy to change at that time. After the trip, i called back expedia. This time, i had been told that they need to speak to hotel to confirm if they agree to refund. The second conversation was about an hour and the agent told me that she will follow up.Two to three days passed and no response. Called agin and after 1 hr on phone, i was finally told that hotel denied refund. So frustated with expedia .

Street noise, loud trucks running up and down streets till 3am made for a poor night’s rest. The other side of hotel probably better situation.
