Mattress was old and uncomfortable.
8.0
Parking facilities are incredibly tight unless you have a very small car.
6.0
Good location but a bit tired. No air con in room. Shower tap dripping. Bed a bit hard.
6.0
Staffs were friendly, but there mold around the room, and windows’ handles were broken.
10.0
Top location for Wellington convenience. Walk to most central Wellington dining and abundance of cafes nearby.
4.0
The front desk staff and cleaners very friendly . The room had no air con and very hot . The bathroom no ventilation. As we had to keep the windows open for ventilation the noise from the street below dry noisy and unsafe to go out in the evening due to the drunks. The cafe should be turned into a coffee shop where you could wait or entertain visitors all day hours

I liked the style and it’s convenient for a short stay. The room is quite small claustrophobic almost. No air conditioning but had a fan and heater however the fan must blow the dust around cause there was allot of dust buildup on the headboard of bed. Also you can hear noises And others through the walls which was quite disruptive at times during sleeping. Very suitable for affordable price. It’s the first and last time we’ll be staying there ever again.

We had a lovely stay. A very central spot to stay at

Fantastic unit with all we needed! Maybe an air con might be good at this time of year as only one window at a height so not enough air flow. Great staff at reception, clean room and bathroom. Perfect location for walking the city.

Having to sleep with the window open due to no air con on a busy street meant a lot of noise, hot and humid sleep.

Our room had No air conditioning - in the heat of summer it was Terrible!!!! We checked in late due to arriving on the ferry. When we got to the room we called the “24/7 front desk” to ask about the AC and spoke to a security guard who initially said he couldn’t really help us after hours with our issues and couldn’t change our room. We advised this was unacceptable and he called back offering to move us. Around 8:30am someone let them selves into our new room without knocking while I was still in bed and my husband was showering. Onside parking was not available it was a car park near by which was difficult to navigate and very tight to drive round …. A terrible experience and would 100% not recommend this place to stay.

Our short stay was OK, our room was a little basic with the bathroom fine in terms of facilities, although the toilet roll holder was hangings out of the wall precariously as if to fall at any moment. In the room the TV was wonky, but the bed comfortable. The room lacked USB points and the single plug socket meant all charging was from one point, and very slow.

The carpark was full "as we were told" so parked next door in public carpark, for same price

Easy access, transport options; room was basic but nice, facilities could benefit from some paint however was clean and well presented; staff were awesome, friendly and helpful; parking availability is good for smaller to medium sized vehicles. Great location for in town events and walking to city

We had a clean comfortable room, staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we did not feel the condition of the property was up to standard.

My room was great, looked recently updated however it had a door joining it to another room. I could hear the neighbours so clearly they may as well have been in my room.
I asked to switch rooms. This was acommodated quickly and easily. The new room was officially a downgrade from what i had booked , but was fine, and I was given a refund of the difference in price.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
As they say "its the putting it right that counts".

No microwave in the room.
Room service online available during weekdays but not weekends.
No pen or paper in the room.
Only freeview channels on TV. No sky channels.

When I pointed out that the view of the room wasn't the type of view on the photos when I booked. They immediately came up with a better room

Nice size room an handy for my stay

We Booked 2 rooms and the expectation would be that we were on the same floor, there were 3 floors between. The rooms did not measure up to the photos as advertised. Minimal facilities in the room ie no cutlery, no toilet brush, the fridge froze our food and drinks we put in it. The room itself was dusty and cobwebs from the ceiling. Overall it was a very tired atmosphere.
The restaurant was not open for evening meals in the weekend. We could not recommend this hotel. The big plus was the receptionist was very helpful and welcoming, the location itself was central and it gave shelter.

Great location, good and handy hotel. Loved that we walked everywhere within Wellington from the hotel and could shop, eat, view attractions all within minutes.
Rooms were not as big as I expected but tidy enough. Lovely, friendly staff willing to help with anything.

we were disappointed that there was no restaurant open over the weekend, we went to WOW for the weekend, over 60 thousand people come to Wellington each year, and nobody open for dinner, that was why we wanted when I booked, so disappointed. not enough tea bags

We enjoyed our two nights stay, close to shopping area restaurants and easy walking distance to the water front. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and beds comfortable and we even had a complimentary wine on arrival. Would highly recommend.

Hotel is a bit dated. Room clean but has old linens and mould on the window sill that sets off allergies. Otherwise comfortable. Accorplus members, usually get some complimentary water or acknowledgement but maybe thats just in Australia...? Great location, super friendly staff.

Very handy location.
Older style hotel but well maintained.
As to be expected in the area of the location, we could hear the outside noises of traffic .
