Good location near Busch Stadium and The Arch. The place was pet friendly, but $50 extra for every night stayed is too high.

Jenny was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable upon check-in. By far the best part of our trip was the hotel experience. We won’t be staying anywhere else on our next trip back to St. Louis

Came to St. Louis to watch an evening Cardinal’s game. Check in was quick and found that our room was exactly as requested. Morning breakfast was tasty and check out was fast. Hopefully we will make it back in the near future!

Affordable, beautiful, conveniently located, great free breakfast, free buffet, drinks, & popcorn in the evening, pool, laundry machines, perfect daily room cleaning. What's not to love?
Highly recommend.

It was a great hotel in a great location.
However, my room had a view directly at level with the pool. When I first opened the curtains, I was staring at the pool and instantly made eye contact with someone. It was very awkward. Made me feel like I couldn't open the curtains the whole trip.

Everything was SO family friendly. Just wish we didn’t spend so much time waiting for elevators.

Everything was great from start to finish.

Was very surprised to find out upon check in that there was a free (well included) breakfast buffet as well as a dinner buffet. In addition, there were 3 complimentary adult beverage for each adult per night. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that only 1 of 3 elevators was working during checkout, so we (and I know many others) had to wait to take our luggage down. Overall a very positive experience.

2 words: FREE FOOD! And it’s decent. For a family with kids, this is a huge bonus. I wasn’t sure what to expect with the evening “appetizer” but guys, it’s a full buffet meal. Now this isn’t super fancy food, but it did the job after an exhausting day of walking around the city, when you’re not feeling like going somewhere else for dinner. It also changes each night, so for example the first night I wasn’t jazzed about the selection and said we won’t be eating here again, but the second and third nights were much better! Some examples: grilled chicken and Alfredo pasta, baked potato/chili bar, hot dogs (this was an option all nights), bbq pork sliders, green salads all nights, etc. The breakfast buffet also had options for everyone and always seemed fresh. The indoor pool and hot tubs were nice, with an outdoor patio right beside them with amazing city views. The pool could have been cleaner (so many kids so you can imagine), and the hot tub chemicals smelled mildly of gasoline which wasn’t pleasant. But the kids were happy, which is ultimately what matters! The parking garage is very easy access. Free popcorn is a nice touch, as well as the fruit water. Overall a great economical family choice for St Louis! If you’re into fancy hotels you won’t love it, as I’m usually this person, but sometimes you sacrifice for the kids. 😊

This hotel was great. It is located in a great spot. Only thing is hotel parking in the garage was a bit weird. But the staff were friendly and helpful. I love the perks of free breakfast, snack and dinner. The food was delicious also they serve it every day and night of your stay. The three complimentary drinks were lovely too. The room was a bit small and refrigerator was not that cold. Besides that the room was nice and bathroom nice, didn’t have a fan where the shower was though. Very peaceful and quiet. The pool was nice and two jacuzzi’s was a great idea. The rooftop was so nice. This hotel is worth the price and you definitely will get your moneys worth.

I was impressed with the staff. Bethany charged my phone because I forgot my charger. All the staff were friendly and helpful . The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Fresh fruit bowl and lots of choices. They had someone cooking pancakes on a grill instead of the gooey make your own waffles. The room was small, but we spent little time there so not a big deal for us. Great free happy hour with awesome food. The arch was across the street. Very clean.

Such a great experience. When we walked in we were greeted. Got very clear directions about the property. Great atmosphere. Room was very clean. Loved the dinner buffet and free drinks. Breakfast the next day was amazing. Parking was extremely easy and accessible. Our only complaint was the pool area was extremely loud and crowded no towels in either pool area or workout area. But other than that such a great trip.

The room was nice, the mattress could be replaced & firmed up. The elevators tend to be a hold up, they are constantly in use and while we were there one or more weren’t in service at times. The breakfast and happy hour features are a nice perk. Smaller pool, expect it to be crowded but the kids didn’t mind at all. Super convenient to the arch and walkable to the City Museum-

We had a great time at the hotel. We were there over spring break, and the pool and lobby during meal times were insane. Often no towels in the pool area and way too crowded to swim much. Room was comfortable, though a bit smaller than expected. The free breakfast, snacks, and evening meal were an amazing perk thought! And the location next to the arch is really great.

Very nice property next to Arch. Nice breakfast and evening kick off.

No windows and natural lights, except for an inner courtyard inside the building. Room was fine but we had some problems with charging of our phones, as our European power converters didn't quite fit in the wickets. We need some more USB charger ports please.
Great service with complimentary drinks and small dinner items. Fine and fresh.
Our breakfast could use some bacon perhaps as well as some better yogurts and fresh bread. Healthy options are available but you have to look for them and why drink coke for breakfast?

We always have a pleasant stay. Love being close to the Arch. Dinner is a definite plus as well as complimentary dinner drinks. We will stay again.

The property is an older 3-star quality hotel that hasn't been renovated for at least 5-7 years.
Great downtown location is the best feature of this property.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Discriminating travelers should know a rating of 4+ is too generous: it's only worthy of a 3+ until renovations are done, and more attention is given to overall cleanliness.

Booked a stay at the Drury, St. Louis by the Arch through hotels.com. Price was $259/night. Stayed for one night. When I checked out of the Drury, they said they would email my receipt. Didn't get it so I had to call, they charged me $369/night. Of course when you print your confirmation with hotels.com, no amounts that are on that page print even though it's on the final confirmation page so not a whole lot you can do, the hotel charges whatever they want. They said it was because it was a spring break weekend although it was still a weekend and spring when I booked over a month ago. And looking at prices on their website now, the highest weekend price for the same room I had booked is $259. Bad business.
