The employee at the check in desk was very unfriendly. The elevator smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, the wall in the bath room were dirty.

Shower sucked. Head came off nozzle, no tub. No fridge, no balcony. It did feel clean, and I did enjoy my stay. Very good price compared to other Hotels in the area.

I didn't stay , to begin the shuttle pic me up 1 hour and 25 minutes later than wat I expect giving me many excuses my wife and I had to call many times , wen I finally arrive the front desc person in charge of your property treated me like a garbage , never in my life felt more des respectful any were, all of this will be goin in all social media and your heat quarters,

We went with Ramada Sea Tac because of the honesty of Ramada Inn Spokane Valley, staff. They saved and returned a valuable item left in the room. We will not forget that!

Thr front desk representative was on her phone when we got there snd she had a terible attitude like we were an inconvenience. And the parking is abysmal

Hotel needs to be cleaned and updated. The lobby restaurant has mediocre food at best.

There isn’t much to the hotel. Basic rooms with small pillows. The carpet was pretty dirty. We heard really uncomfortable noises that I wish I could have kept my children from hearing

Decent for a cheap hotel outside of the airport for a layover. Free shuttle to and from airport.

The entire third floor smelled like Jamaica. There are vending machines on every floor, but they are all broken with the exception of the two on the lobby floor. The outside door of the stairwell was propped open with a brick, so anyone from outside could enter the hotel property from the dark alley. The sheets did not feel clean. The tub had peeling paint. I did not feel safe in the hotel.

No shuttle when we arrived. Tap in bathroom sitting on counter. Lots of cig smoke areas. We stayed there for a shuttle from airport. None was available. I we called many times and no answer. People at front desk were nice and nite guy very good and gave us another room because first room was so bad Would never stay there again.

I had called to make sure it would be okay to check in late due to life events. I was told it was fine if we checked in by 2am. Well, we got there in time and there was no parking. When checking in, I asked the front desk staff member about parking and she told me to park in the restaurant parking lot next door. Inconvenient, but fine. We get to our room and immediate disappointment. I reserved a deluxe king suite for me and my guy, I walked in to a basic double queen room, yet, I reserved the king suite. I went downstairs to ask the front desk about getting the wrong room and was told that she's only been there since 11pm and she's working with what she has. Once people start checking in at 2pm, it's first come first served. I told her that I didn't understand how the room that I reserved could be given away, especially knowing that I called to say we'd check in late. She gave me MAJOR attitude..."I don't understand what's so confusing. Do you want to cancel?" NO I wasn't going to cancel...we reserved the room for a reason. The amount of rudeness and attitude from that staff member had me shaking, I was so angry. We will NEVER go back.

The location to airport is about a 3 minute drive. They do have a free airport shuttle that is supposed to run every 30 minutes. When available and on time, it's nice. (The Link light rail stop is at the airport). We were told multiple times after waiting (at the appropriate time) that there was going to be a delay and it would be an additional 30 minutes. We didn't want to wait for over an hour so we just Ubered. I booked a NON smoking room. However, I was laying in bed and it smelled like cigarette butts. It was strong enough that it started giving me a headache. I looked up and someone had wrapped the smoke alarm in plastic so they could smoke in the room. I ended up moving to the other bed and sharing a bed because it was so bad. The shower drain would not stay up. The bathtub would fill up while showering. We put a plastic knife under it to keep it propped up. There is no hot water. The shower gets "warmer" cold. To the point where you're shivering and trying to shower as fast as possible. There is mold on the walls and in the shower. The elevators are really slow, which isn't a big deal, just something to be aware of. While we were there, a lady was sitting in the lobby vomiting into a bag and children running around barefoot. We checked out early and I specifically asked the front desk to have someone call me regarding our stay. I have not heard from anyone.

After trying many times to reach the hotel at the airport kiosk with no answer, I tried on my cell phone and reached someone at the desk. The hotel was noisy well past midnight.

The shuttle did not show up at the airport. Needed to take an Uber for $20. Staff impolite. Asian restaurant was nice. Kind owner.

The front desk woman was a bi***. I dealt with her twice. I tried to call them from the airport to get their shuttle to pick me up, and tried for 30 mins, but no one answered. Luckily I was able to hop on another hotel's shuttle which was next door

Took over an hour to get picked up from the airport, called with no answer multiple times. Not happy.

I paid extra to have a room with a fridge and confirmed by phone there would be one. I had breastmilk I needed to store in the fridge. There was no fridge in the room, the front desk didn’t believe me then seemed surprised there was no fridge. They swore all the other rooms were booked despite openings online.

It was quick and easy to check in. The front desk is never friendy tho and 5 times in a row now we have asked for a wake up and 5 times we have not got it. What is wrong with the front desk that they cant get it straight. Dosnt the front office care about this, i have complained 5 times now and nothing has changed.

Was quiet and very friendly staff, bathroom was a bit dirty and the shower head barely worked but otherwise everything was okay in the room.

Shuttle to airport was great. We were able to return our car early the evening before early flight. Room was clean enough. The whole floor reeked of pot.

Numerous strong odors walking through the halls. Something in the air/furniture that aggravated upper airway in less than a 6 hour stay.

The lady that checked me in was very rude, and gave attitude when i asked her to repeat herself because i didn't hear her. The area is convenient for air travel but is in a shady area.

Rude, short front desk staff. And despite paying for a non smoking room i without a doubt was put in a smoking room. Incompetent staff, trash in my room. The whole foor, the third floor smelt like week and stale ciggs, and my room smelt even worse. The tap water was so bitter and foul i thought someone was trying to poison the whole hotel, literally undrinkable. I will never stay here or any other ramada for as long as i live. And i will advise anyone possible to so the same.

Had I read all the recent reviews about the staff, I would have changed my reservation. The last thing anybody needs when traveling is to be greeted with outright rudeness. From arrival, the woman at the front desk was very rude and snapped at us about the check in kiosk not working (we didn’t know). The airport shuttle driver barely spoke to anybody and would not answer questions about which terminals we were pulling up to. We had zero idea if we were being dropped off at the correct terminal since he would not confirm. You would think that at some point a hospitality business would care about their hospitality. Also, the coffee maker is in the bathroom. Gross.

It is an older building that needs a lot of maintenance. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The best part of this place is the restaurant. The meal we had for dinner was excellent.

The hotel is run down and old, hasnt been kept up. Even as cheap as it was it should have been cheaper...decent for a quick trip esp if you arent going to spend a lot of time in the room. No amenities (no fridge or any appliances in the room for longer stays, etc). Not terribly safe...the back lot has a door that SHOULD only open with a key card but anyone can walk in and skip the lobby to get to rooms/floors.
