I will not be staying here again arriving to our room it had a strong urine smell. It was unclean the small chair had stains on it

In general the room was okay. The towels that was provided in the bathroom needed too be bleached. White towels that looks grey … doesn’t look clean.

Thus hotel was very clean and staff was friendly always polite. However, we we in a double queen room and never received more the 2 towels even when requested. For most of our stay we had no isdues with noise. However on our last night we had to complain at 11pm for exsesive door slamming that even after we complained went on until 12 am. So needless to say we didn't get a good rest prior to our long drive home the next day.

The towels are no longer white, they are gray and very worn pretty thin. Breakfast was good.

We only stayed one night and felt comfortable. It was nice having a coffee maker and microwave. Although we never used it, it was still a plus.

Our stay was great the only issue is never enough coffee supplies in the room. Our room was clean, comfotable and very affordable. Will definitely use Supper 8 again.

Good value stay. Room was clean and quiet. A bit dated overall but I thought great value for under $100/night during brier weekend. Reading the reviews before our stay there appears to definitely be a ‘good’ (newer) half of the motel ( the higher part back from the service road) & the older ‘not so good’ part. Make sure you ask to stay in the newer/ higher section. The front reception was not surprised at all with this request- I assume that’s quite common. Unfortunately I think the lower/not so good part has all the ‘pet friendly’ rooms so if you’re travelling with pets you’ll need to live with the ‘older’ rooms. Breakfast was ok-omelettes with cheese and sausages for hot choice. Can’t complain though for the price of the stay.

Hotel is very dated the first room they gave was smelly couldn’t stay in asked for a different room which they found another right away much better. The breakfast very low budget went somewhere else for breakfast. Probably won’t stay there again.

Was in old rooms curtain liners duck taped full of holes Smelled either of old smoke or mold. Neither which was good. Will look for a different place next time

Our stay here was great! The front end staff member gave us a room upgrade to queen beds (rather than doubles) because they had a room available - they did it unprompted, which was unexpected, but appreciated. The room was extremely clean. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the fan/heater unit was simple to change & use. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we need to stay overnight in Regina again.

Second time at this hotel for business did not stay as they tried to over charge then argued manager was supposed to return funds charged as stated to myself and co worker and charges have not been returned definitely not returning nor recommend SERVICE IS EVERYTHING

The staff are excellent. Depending upon what floor you stay on you could be in their new and improved rooms which are fantastic. BUT, if you stay on the 1st floor they are dated and need of some TLC.

Booked a room on route with two queen size beds. Upon arrival was told that was not a pet friendly room. Since I prepaid there was nothing they could do to lower the cost to me they stated. they put me in a two double bed room that was freezing and dirty. This was advertised as a pet friendly hotel- but apparently only one option. The person in the next room played the TV loud all night. There was an annoying loud “mechanical humming sound” that didn’t stop the entire time we were there, not sure where it was coming from but not in the room. We didn’t get much sleep. The breakfast was not great. I only had a yogurt and coffee (which was terrible). When I complained to the front desk about the TV, the person said they knew the person in the room and only stated that the guest apologized and that the guest “felt bad”. No offer to comp me was made. I’m not usually a complainer, but this was the last hotel stop from a long journey and it sucked.

Hair in the tub, dusty nasty stuff in hair dryer, tub & sink so badly cracked. I refuse to shower as the bottom of the tub is badly damaged that a person coukd easily cut their foot. Stains all over the curtains
