The service was remarkably wonderful. I had no issues with my stay it was quiet and comfortable.

Veey nice and comfortable place. Bathroom and floors were clean. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage patties, waffles, juices and breads. Good hot water.

Room was not booked. I had to pay with prices line to sercure a room. Your booking never took place becaue it was a complementary room. You suck hotels.com

We got there and the owner, I believe he was immediately took our key card and moved us up to the thrilird floor to a “better room” . He was super sweet . The bathroom had not had a deep clean in a while. You could tell they did regular maintenance but the grout in the shower was white higher up but brown and pink the lower that you got. Bedding was clean and super comfy.

The room was dirty and supbar cleanliness. Shower floor looked like it was ready to cave in. Took forever to check in. Was not a good experience and would not recommend. Food was quite disgusting according to my kids from the continental breakfast; even my puppies would not eat it.

There is a problem between Hotels.com and the Choice system; they did not have my reservation and I had to stand around waiting when it was midnight and I was exhausted from travel.

Overall my stay was enjoyable. Staff was very courteous. Guest need to be prepared to pay a extra $100 ahead of time, just in case of any mishaps

I must be honest. The smell of mildew and dank hits you in the face when you walk into the room. The shower handle was broken. The phone was so disgusting it needs to be thrown away. The housekeeping was good until they knocked on the door and I informed them that we needed 30 more minutes. Well they never came back to clean the room that day or the next. The bed was comfortable and the TV was nice. I was thankful for the frigid, but the microwave need to be replaced. I can’t see myself ever staying there again.

Not a great place to stay. The rooms are not cleaned well. There is red algea in the shower, and damaged floor tiles in the bathroom. Also the room was not cleaned well, bottle caps on the floors, beds not made properly. Sorry i had my family stay here.

upon arrival I found my bed to be dirty... the front desk guy was helpful to change my room..we went to a 2nd room, bed had hair and stains... We found a 3rd room, okay bed was clean...the next morning when I got up to shower,the tub was dirty and the towels were stained....The noise from the hallway was loud and I didn't get much sleep within the 6hours of being there...never again for any QUALITY

There was no gras for my dogs to pee on only dirt.
In our room there was a parftial container of chinese food emptied out into the night stand between our beds.

Looks nice from the outside. Needs major deep cleaning…baseboards, walls, garbage cans, floors…. Room was decent. Smelled of cigar smoke. The floor was sticky. I felt like the bed was clean, but they need to deep clean everything!

They did not have standard cable channels. The phone to front desk was on the nightstand but dysfunctional. The elevator smelled of electrical burning.

Little over priced for what it was but so is everything these days so it served it’s purpose. It was clean in the rooms but hallways just had a powerful stanch. .

We arrived for a late check in and early check out to catch a flight leaving at 5 in Atlanta. We wanted clean, quiet and comfortable. None of these applied. The hallway and into the room smelled of sewage and cigar smoke. The room was FILTHY and walls were paper thin. This is not a “quality” inn, rather a roadside motel for loud patrons who travel all hours of the night.

The hotel is dated and dingey for sure and smells the smoke really bad. The walls are thin and you could hear others in the rooms talking most of the night. Definitely what you pay for.

The staff was nice. The hotel was clean for the most part. Upon arriving to the 2nd floor there was a strong smell of marijuana. I realize it was not the hotels fault, but it was a non-smoking room that I paid for. Luckily the smell was not overpowering in the room. When we arrived back at the hotel later, we got ready for bed and there was alot of noise, talking loudly in the hallway. We just turned up the TV to drown out the noise. I realized that there is a whole other element of people that use this hotel. I will not be staying here again. One night was enough for me.

Definitely needs updating. Light bulbs hanging, shower/bath fixtures sticking out. The water was beyond hot!!! Like scalding!! Breakfast was ok... Waffles were good. Bed and pillows were comfy. Staff was nice
