Awesome guest services. The room was large but it was also very cramped. Couldn’t fully open closet door due to the end of the bed being right there. When the sofa sleeper was out you would have to crawler over the bed to get to the door to go out of the room. Which is not a big deal if you don’t need the extra bed.

Many kids running around hotel. Loud. Toilet plugging up & phone in room did not work. Bathroom in poor condition

The place was nice and clean. I wish somewhere when you book rooms you can ask for all your rooms to be by each other. I thought two of my three rooms would be connected but they where not. We had to change them all around so they where on the same floor at least.
The handicap room was very nice. I like that the beds where not as high up as the beds in the other rooms.
I wish the meeting rooms could be included if you book three or more rooms instead of having to pay another 250.00 for half a day. That's a lot to pay after having booked three rooms.

We stayed here based on pictures that it would be a suite. No. We could not use the pull-out couch because it butted up against the king so no one could walk through. There was no separation to makenit a suite. Also we had to ask several times to have the handicap spots salted. My wife and mother in law are both disabled and my wife hurt her back slipping. Would not reccomend if you are looking for space for a family.

Clean rooms. Well designed rooms, we fit a lot. Comfortable beds and coach was also very comfortable.

Hotel is under renovation, but they did not disclose this at the time of making the booking. Most of ground floor tarped and plastic sheet off to limit access. Fans blowing everywhere. Nice hotel, even better whenever they are finished with their renovations

Property was under construction-it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Noisy Fire alarm was set off at 12:30 am Saturday morning do to remodeling. Phone in room to front desk did not work. Had to climb down 4 flights of stairs only to find out it was a water alarm. Then had to climb 4 flights back up again. No room available on 1st or 2nd floor. My husband has Parkinson’s and sister in law has a bad hip. Navigating the stairs were difficult. Had infestation of box elder bugs in the two rooms we had 429 & 431. Had them in bed/window/carpet.

worst stay in 10 yrs at a hotel numerous problems and issues no pool ,, hardly no breakfast seating and out of food and juice rooms with no work station p tac not working in room construction starting at 730 - 8 am

Extended stay for recovery after surgery. Room was great - comfy, quiet, spacious. Conveniently close to many restaurants. Would stay again if needed in the area.

Nice rooms-- very clean room. Hallway dirty but undergoing renovations so I attribute dirty carpet to that. Excellent breakfast options. Excellent rate. Comfortable suites!!

They are doing a refurbishment. Despite communicating that work would only occur between 8:00am - 5:00pm, hammering was happening above my room shortly after 7:00 am.

Rooms were very comfortable. Though there was a lot of banging noise coming from areas unknown. The parking situation was terrible as the parking lot was full of trailers and blocked off by cones.

Very nice hotel- only complaint would be the room felt a bit cramped, and there’s very limited seating for breakfast. Otherwise, clean rooms, comfortable beds, good shower pressure.

Staff is amazing. We had a wall leak from an upper floor and were offered a transfer to a sister hotel, however it was late and our last night of a 3 day stay so we opted to stay as we were told the leak was stopped. Staff very apologetic.

The hotel environment is beautiful, quiet, safe to walk, safe for kids and families, but they need to remodel the hotel is quiet old, the suite is small , breakfast was great

Nice property for the price. Nice to be so close to a big mall and grocery store.Breakfast was typical but kept up well by staff. Only complaint was carpet in room had a large stain and couch seemed dirty/old.

Location was fantastic . Rooms were great for the price , breakfast decent but small seating area . Hall carpets were in need of an update but overall a good deal for the price .

The lady at the front desk was awesome! Great service. Great place to stay and relax away from the busy downtown Minneapolis. Place was clean and peaceful.

Great area to stay in, hotel is a bit dated but in good condition. Breakfast was good, but there was very limited space for seating (in the past there was that back meeting room opened to provide for more seating when it was busy but this time it was not).

The staff was awesome especially the woman in charge of the breakfast buffet. She was on top of the food making sure it was stocked as well as cleaning tables as quickly as they turned over!
If the staff were enough I would return here next month. Unfortunately the condition of the hotel is in serious help. Our room had a whole the size of a door knob in the bathroom wall. It made it VERY uncomfortable. Sorry, not staying here again until you get some repairs done!
