Blood on the bed sheets and overall cleanliness not great

Sooo gross.
Literally, sooooo gross.
First, the light switches - disgusting. You need to wash your hands after turning on/off the light.
Second, the chair that was in the room… the arm rest was brown. Have you ever watched one of those videos where they clean a brown rug and it miraculously has a pattern on it that you never would have guessed was there? …. That’s what this chair would look like if it was ever cleaned.
Third - the sheets were probably the cleanest thing in our room so we stayed on the beds the entire time, which is extremely sad because there was hair in one of the beds when we pulled the covers down.
Lastly, I’m not sure how this place passes inspections. We could see the prior sticky spots on the walls that I’m assuming used to be where the tornado and fire escape documents hung, but they no longer exist.

Ummm... outside and the lobby look amazing... room, pool...not so great. Pool is so cold it's like taking a cold shower after a night you don't want to remember, and the water is so cloudy you can't see the bottom. Don't worry about a hot tub because it's been covered by decking material. Rooms have been remodeled the cheapest way possible and lots of mold around the caulking, we can't even spend the money on fabulouso to clean that up to at least look better. If you want to sit on the toilet it doubles as a rocking chair but don't fall asleep. If you're cold you're in luck, the second bed is so close to the heater it acts as a heard blanket and warms up the blankets but remember to wake up at 2 AM to torn the heat down.
All in all, it's not worth the $389 for two nights, I'd rather rent a car and sleep in it, probably be more sanitary.

Good: Coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge was nice to have. Shower water was hot, heat and a/c worked.
Bad: Pool was closed, housekeeping came into room before we checked out, carpet was vacuumed, noisy neighbors and unknown sounds throughout the night.

Our room was nice. It would be a lot more enjoyable if their toilets weren't made for 3 year ols. I will definitely ask for a handicap room next time.
The breakfast was good, except for the watered down orange juice and the unfriendly server.

I would give all fives and I do go there several times a year. I don’t know if they got new mattresses or if just that room. (I love/loved their mattresses) BUt Omgosh it was a horrible experience sleeping. The most uncomfortable!!! Maybe they were waiting on a new one and this was there until the new came. I highly doubt it but I’m trying to think positive lol I’ve always had the greatest service it’s clean. I do love it there and Huckle back but if I have that experience again, I will have to start finding a different one, that makes me sad.

We checked in on NYE weekend due to plumbing issues in our home and not being able to use the water. The elevator was out, the vending machines take your money and then tell you everything is sold out and you can’t get your money back. The property is not taken care of and it’s obvious from the patched holes in the walls to the out of order laundry and elevator. The peep hole in our room was too small for the hole. The drawers in the room would not close. The towels were dingy/yellow color. Our room did not get cleaned one day even after we left. Also we had to go to front desk more than once to get our keys coded to open the doors again because they didn’t work. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

My family was discriminated against from the moment we got there. Hotel workers were blatantly rude, refused service to my elderly disabled grandmother and tried to ask us to leave a day prior to our reservation ending for no absolute reason other than it being “an accident.” I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and I encourage others not to as well. If you can’t pass a paper bag test I wouldn’t even try it.

This experience with out a doubt was 5 star hotel experience. Had up dated amenities- extremely clean bedding was upscale.free breakfast was a perfect touch👍most importantly the staff was sincerely professional always greeted with smile...I will most definitely be back... PERFECT 🤗

There is no vent in the bathroom. They had no Tylenol at front desk. First time I’ve ever encountered that at a hotel!

SHORT TRIP TO watch gramdsons sporting event. nicely greated by Jamie behind the desk, room appeared freshlypainted and clean. plenty of room in king suite. there were high school kids staying down the hall, but must be plenty of soundproofing. They did not distrb my sleep. slept comfortbly and stay was uneventful. I felt this was a good choice will stay again.

We checked in at midnight after a 10 hour drive and the hotel called my room phone at 7:28 am, then my cell phone waking everyone up to ask if we were going to want housekeeping that morning. They could’ve asked when we check in or just walked by to see the door hanger…

The hotel smelled wonderful when walking in. Very clean feeling. The room itself also smelled fresh & clean. Very nice. Most hotel rooms have a musty smell. Bit this one staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is tired looking and needs a remodel in a bad way. It has the worst continental breakfast I have ever seen.

Front desk clerk face timing on speaker phone behind desk and in dining room at breakfast.
Toilet squealed when flushed. Tub drained extremely slowly. All draws in room did not stay closed...even had tape on one drawer which was ineffective. Room was nice and clean and most staff was pleasant and breakfast was good.

I found Fleas or bed bugs on the bed so i went to the front desk to change rooms but the front desk attendant acted like he didn’t want to be bothered and offered no apology he acted frustrated that I asked to change rooms. I’m very disappointed on service

The room drawers wouldn’t stay closed, when you flush the toilet it started whistling. Screen on the windows are ripped, and pool was out of order when we arrived.

This hotel was very modern and had no typical musty smell most hotels have. Room interior was spacious for having 2 queen beds.The dinnig area was maticulous and well staffed for breakfast.Great job!

Very reasonably priced, good breakfast and comfortable room. My car, however, was keyed (intentionally scratched) in the back parking lot. That was disappointing.

Bathroom was FILTHY! Pee all over the toilet. Took a blacklight to the bathroom and was mortified. Faucet in room 102 was falling apart and all nasty, carpet was gross. Bed was hard as a rock. Will never be back! For that price we should have stayed elsewhere. Go look in room 102 in the bathroom on the toilet with a blacklight! It’s disgusting!

This was a trip for my grandson who turned one ! The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and gar away enough from traffic that you couldn’t hear !

There was dirt along the bottom of the tub. There was also dirt on the toilet seat. The floor was vacuumed. The face towels had small stains on them. The bed was perfectly made up. The facility smelled fairly fresh. Staff were a bit rude at front desk. Location was convenient. I would not stay here again.
