Very worn interior. Curtains were thread bare and falling off rod. Bathroom door would not close, door frame for bathroom was rotted at bottom.

I like that i can park right beside my door. I did not like yhe toilet which constantly smelled like a septic tank.

Two play structures for the kids were fun! The TV’s could be better quality and more channels would be a welcome addition. Staff was friendly and helpful and addressed our issues promptly. This was our second visit in a year, good value and close to the highway, quiet as well.

Needs renovation badly. Peeling paint, not enough lighting, dirt encrusted legs of washbasin counter, dank smell in washroom.
Although the fridge is new.

Nice quiet location just outside town. Dated but everything worked ok.

I drove 2,300 miles to Kingston to take my daughter back to school. I booked because some of the reviews were good and because I’m fine with staying at dated looking hotels/motels. But this hotel is about the worst I have come across. I was booked for another night because I paid ahead of time and there is no refund on hotels.com…. but I just dropped the key off in the Dropbox and left a day early. Sleeping in my car would have been more pleasant and comfortable. Room shows absolutely no sign of care.. Unfinished patched hole in wall, broken light fixture, curtains falling apart, old terrible mattress, dark and dingy room. I understand you can charge more because it is a return to university and holiday weekend, but this was absolutely a massive ripoff at over $400 for two nights. I spent another $350 on another booking just to stay somewhere else for my second night where I can get some sleep. I am pretty surprised hotels.com keeps this place listed. I did attempt to speak to someone at the hotel before I left but the office was locked and no one in sight. I sent a message through Hotels.com and no response. I just really feel ripped off and super disappointed I threw money in the garbage.

I travel a lot and have stayed in many places. By far, this is the worst place I have ever stayed at. It was beyond filthy and in a horrible state of disrepair. I went back to reception. After a discussion, he handed me 4 keys and told me to pick the best room?? He offered me a full refund but unfortunately because it was the weekend, everything in the area was booked,.
I was there for a conference so I had no choice. The high end hotels in the city center were the same price as this one. The picture on the site is not accurate.

Good friendly staff ready to help.

The property is looking a little tired. The paint was peeling off the bathroom door in many places. The bathtub was worn. The caulking needed replacing. We had a king bed - it was quite comfortable.

Not recommended specifically for single travellers, looks isolated. Lots of misquotes, fly & a big legged spider. For the price that I pay, not worth it. I will stick to brand names that also include breakfast.

Very tired looking and in needed of a very good clean. Curtains barely stay on their trails.

Staff were great, friendly and willing to help. Bathroom sink had poor draining and not great water pressure to wash long hair.

Staff are great and accommodating. What I don’t like and not acceptable in the property are the disgusting bathroom with dirty sink and bathtub. There were 4 of us and only 2 set of bathroom towels. The unacceptable is the hair on the pillows in one bed. We didn’t use their beddings as we are disgusted about it. We arrived late 2:30 so there’s no reason for the room not to be cleaned. I took a picture of pillow for reference.

rooms need alot of maintenance.

The rates were inexpensive for a night’s stay. The sheets and bedding were clean.
Mattress was stained. The microwave was burnt smelling inside. The carpet on one side of the bed was patched with another piece of carpet with duct tape and the headboard had hand imprints all over it. The bathroom fan has never been cleaned and the tub was rusty. The window screens on the back window were torn out. Cheaper is not always good

Me and My friends stayed overnight after visiting 1000 islands. Places is 10km from kingston downtown and 20 minutes drive from Gananoque National Park. Room was clean, towels was well arranged and washroom was clean. Overall very well customer service.

Room was in poor repair. Caulking around tub was moldy. Tub was dirty. The pictures display on website are not true to the real place. Very deceiving!

We were looking for an inexpensive room to sleep overnight that had ample parking and close to the 401 highway. The host was very hospitable and accommodating.

Very accommodating staff and receptionist, she gave us a room in a far, quiet area like we asked. Our next door neighbours(who arrived later that day ) were old and quiet like us. We appreciate the thoughtfulness of receptionist
Good beds but no coffee machine and no breakfast.

The fridge and bath tub were quite dirty. It was evident the rug hadn’t been vacuumed. Curtain tracks were held up by tuct tape and curtains hanging off. There was a broken bottle embedded in the dirt outside the door and broken glass. The front desk staff was friendly.

The unit was poorly equipped, crawling with Bugs .But most of all Very overpriced. $549 for 2 nights is ridiculous

Staff was very nice and the room itself was fine. The bed was cozy, but the bathroom had a bit of mold. Also the tub had some rust in its corners, and the water from the tap did not taste right at all. If you go here maybe bring your own water and drinks and you'll be just fine. Id give this place a good old 5/10. Great place if you need to stay somewhere in a pinch.

The property is good for the price you pay. We liked the location, the size of the room and the privacy. Our comment would be: the air conditioner in the room was laude and did not quite work well. The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in earlier. It was a good experience overall.

This was our second stay. The first time was a few years ago and the room was clean and comfortable. New owners since our first stay and the room was filthy, wallpaper pealing from the wall, old curtains, scratch marks on the doors, no kleenex, etc.
