The furniture looked like they came from the dump. And there was yellow liquid around the toilet.

They dont clean the room every day. Its suposse that you have to ask for!!!! But there is no place where it`s indicated.

It was very clean had all I needed for traveling for work. Location is great in between Salt Lake City and Park City. I would stay here again.

Staff responsive and friendly. Decent breakfast. We stayed 4 nights and only had housekeeping service once though. Good and free parking.

We stayed here during Sundance. While it's out of town and away from the festival action -- which we liked very much -- it's a third of the cost of the cheapest Park City accommodation. Save your money for PC dining (you'll need it) and stay at this super comfortable and convenient property.

The only thing I would say needs to be changed is the state of the equipment in the fitness center. The treadmill will not balanced and the exercise bike seat was hazardous. I was adjusting the seat to my preference and the seat fell hard on my thumb. The staff was excellent in helping me get a bandaid, antibiotic ointment and ice.

The service was great. The hotel was okay. The room had a pet urine odor. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was adequately clean. The TV had 2 vertical lines show if you wanted to watch something it was SUPER annoying. The continental breakfast was pretty limited and several of us were waiting for restocking at 8:25AM even though it closed at 9AM. Dark parking lot and limited parking.

Everything perfect. I love the 24 hrs pool, Jacuzzi, coffee and juice. Full breakfast and clean. Employees are friendly. Quiet place . Love it

Check is was quick and easy. We were just here for a quick overnight and this was perfect for our needs. The hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was usual fare for breakfast but still good. A nice variety from waffles to cereal to eggs and sausage. A lady was asking something as she had food allergies. The manager went in the back and got the answer quickly. We have stayed here many times before and won't hesitate to stay here again.

Room was not clean. When i got to my room there was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door, hair in the shower and on the toilet snd a big brown spot on the white shower curtain. Bed extremely soft and worn out as were the pillows. And then to top it all off the 3rd night of my stay i found a strange man coming out of my room
He said the front desk had gave him the key and gave him my room number. When i called the front desk to tell them what happened. The man at the front desk acted like it was no big deal even after i explained how unnerving itwas as a woman traveling alone. He never even apologized. I had to insist for the manager's number. I left a lengthy message explaining what happened on his voicemail and the manager never even bothered to call me back. 3 nights in a row i could not get into my room ehem i got to it because. They would only put one night on my keycard instead of my whole stay.

When we got back to the room around 11pm both of our cards didn’t work. So I went to the front desk. The lady at the desk scrolled us for putting our cards next to electronic devices because it deactivates them. I was gonna say, well my card was in my car all day, but didn’t. I was too tired. came to find out that other guests had the same issue. We had several people staying at the hotel.
However the gentleman that helped us check in and was handling the breakfast was amazing! He was very professional and helpful!
