The room was as expected. It wasn’t fancy but the location was close to everywe needed. The breakfast was excellent. It was better than most hotel breakfasts and was served early even on the weekend.

Stay was good and all facilities in the room worked perfectly ok, however there is room for improvement during breakfast time, since there weren`t enough tables to all attendees and there werent any labels in the food to indicate what was inside the packages so food waste could be reduced.

The hotel is really nice! Lobby is very cozy and has a snack bar. The breakfast was complete and variety. People at the front desk was a very helpful, definitely i'll be back!!

Wonderful hotel with a different breakfast each day. Only problem we had was one night we returned to hoyel to find out hotel had no water. Their adjoining property was able to put us up, however, we wished we had received a phone call informing us so we could have returned earlier to change rooms. Very nice hotel, however. We would stay there again.

The Hotel is great, Breakfast was delicious and rooms are very spacious. The only bad thing I have to say is that we stayed there for 3 day and our beds were never made and room did not get clean. The first day they went to service our room like at 5pm so we only asked for clean towels and toilet paper. The second day they did not go at all, the third day they went while we were gone and only took trash and gave us clear towels but that's it, our beds were not done and room did not get clean.

For the first time in a long time I actually enjoyed my stay at a hotel. Room was clean not musky!! Bed and bedding was fabulous!!! I especially was in awe of the Dove soap and dispensers in the shower!!! My kids really enjoyed the breakfast. I have no complaints!!

Spa water was yellow and dirty foam when jets started. .Pool is outdoors and very cold for winter. Bathroom sink water had a rotten egg smell.

Overall it was good. The room was clean, service was friendly, the WiFi worked, all amenities in the room worked. Only minor issue was the water pressure in the shower was low. Very accessible to the freeway, easy to locate.

The lady who checked us in, was very nice quick and pleasant. However, the room was dirty, the bed had prominent divots on both sides. Very uncomfortable. There was a fire evacuation and then told I had to leave… no help given… people left on their own to find another place to stay.

The only negative comment was the desk clerk at check in was not very friendly and a little rude

Other guest were loud, could hear them from door, not sure if they were in their room or in hall way or both. By 12:00am had enough called front desk and she sent security and the problem was taken care of.
