Handicap shower had a crack in the wall halfway across the whole shower soil, allowing water to leak into main room and get all my clothes wet. Also, the handicapped shower handle was broken and was not usable for its intended purpose very disappointing

Reception upon arrival was excellent. Check in was super quick and easy. Girl at front desk friendly and had great personality. Bed comfortable. Strong water pressure in shower. Everything is good.

Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. For a Courtyard Marriott I would have thought they would offer free coffee like most other hotels but the paid coffee was good. Arrived late around 11:30 pm. Nobody was at front desk upon arrival and when she did come out of the back she wasn't very friendly. Other than that the place was good.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay really thank you guys for a wonderful overnight stay.

I had to move the first room because there was no internet. Then the second had no heat and they told me they would give me a small heater. I two kids in the room so I didn't want to move again so I said forget it. But besides that I stay there all the time and usually it's awesome

The property was typical Mariott except the elevators didn’t work. Not convenient when you’re attending a wedding. Also the heat going on and off all night kept me awake for most of the night.

check-in was quick and easy. The room was ok but there were some issues with the toilet. Otherwise, it was clean and well kept.

The facility had no hot water when i arrived. Said it was going to be fixed in a few minutes. I had a 7pm meeeting and needed to shower and had no hot water.

When we check in around midnight. The front desk lady was not pleasant at all. She seems like is force to work. We had to call out if someone is there. I am sure, there cameras in your property to monitor people. Why we had to call out and wait to be attended also same incident occurred when we were checking out.

Television did not work and no one offered to help fix the issue. Also, windows were not insulated. Heard the wind howling all night. Then when I woke up room temp was 61 degrees so heat did not stay on

Property is decent for the price; great customer service. I would suggest following improvements: - Need more white light in the room. You can hardly see yourself in the mirror and it was particularly challenging for my wife to put on makeup. - Bathroom needs an exhaust fan??? - plz upgrade you hair dryer, it’s 1980s tech - Having a microwave in the room would be very convenient

First off, I have to say every member of staff was extremely nice and welcoming. There were several issues however. The window in the room had a broken lock. The window could fully open with no screen and I had 3 kids with me. The maintenance person came up and moved the safety lock over so it couldn't be opened more than 4 inches or so. The toilet didn't flush unless you held down the handle and even then it didn't fully flush every time. The room itself was very clean and the hotel looked for clean and welcoming in most areas. However the pool was horrendous. It was extremely cloudy and we could see our foot prints in the grime or dirt on the stairs when we got in. We didn't go under or stay very long. This is a shame because we paid extra to find a hotel that had a pool. Our thanksgiving had to unfortunately be in a hotel this year and we wanted a pool to make it special for the kids. Lastly, we were offered a rollaway bed so I accepted. Several hours later it had not shown up so I called down to the front desk. They brought up a bed a few minutes later, but it was an air mattress not a rollaway bed. My 4 year old slept on it and it was completely deflated when he woke up on the floor at 230am. With how friendly the staff was, I wouldn't have expected these issues. Honestly I am extremely disappointed the most for the pool after we specifically spent the extra money on this hotel because of the indoor pool.

Great hotel, clean, and in a nice convenient area. We came from the DMV to go to Supercharged Go Kart Tack which was only about 10 mins away from the hotel.

It just seemed like the room could use a bit of maintenance and a deep cleaning. We had issues shutting our door so we had to slam it. We also ran out of hot water during our shower on Sunday before we left. The staff was friendly and professional.

The pillows in the room were flat. I had a frequent odor or pot in my room and the noise from the hallway and other doors slamming were loud!
