We had a delightful four-night stay with our children at the hotel. The team there was incredibly welcoming, with one staff member kindly informing us about the Salmon fry event, which was a hit with the kids. The breakfast service was consistently energetic and exceptional, thanks to the dedicated server. Small conveniences like the coffee machine and water fountains made a significant difference for our family. The breakfast offerings were diverse and always fresh. The lounge’s inviting ambiance and spaciousness provided the perfect setting to unwind and catch a game. Our stay was truly enjoyable.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. when we arrived our room was not ready so they upgraded us to a King Suite for our inconvenience. The room fantastic, spa bath,bath robes, balcony and mountain views. The breakfast they supply complimentary has so may choices, amazing, but the best part of this hotel is their Staff and service absolutely outstanding.

Quick service, clear instructions, pet friendly, and parking for a UHaul and Trailer = great experience for a pass-through stay at Best Western in Valemount! Wish the vending machine was working as the restaurant was closed when we arrived (late).

I found the toilets very low and have to upgraded--also the beds are too high-can't sit on the edge and too cramped to use the chairs-

We stayed here on the last night of our 2 week tour of Alberta and BC. This was the nicest hotel, best bed, cleanest and nicest decorated room, mountain atmosphere, etc etc. The breakfast was a full hot fresh cooked fresh food variety...not your typical at all!! Beautiful lounge for drinks and food too.

Unfortunately it was rather noisy. Next to the highway and trains honking their horns during the night. There was also regular 'cluncking' from the water pipes. However, the hotel was clean, tidy, comfortable, had good dinner and breakfast.

We have stayed here many times. This year we were not informed of the restaurant changes at check in which caused major issues the second night

Modern comfortable accommodations next to a nature reserve. Excellent complimentary breakfast buffet. And the fresh cookies at check in was a nice touch. Liked the indoor hot tub but another guest with a young girl in the pool had her screaming with delight over and over which echoed throughout the space disrupting what could have been a peaceful soak.

Exceptional hospitality! EVERY employee we passed always greeted us kindly with a big smile...ALWAYS. Great accommodations and super complimentary breakfast. Backyard picnic tables and hiking trails were great. The front desk manager went out of her way to accommodate our early arrival…even coming outside to let us know when a room was ready.

We were disappointed that we arrived on a day when neither the lounge nor dining room were open and we had to go off site after a long drive already that day. Breakfast was great and all staff that we encountered were professional and very helpful.
