We stay up and down the Eastern seaboard yearly and hands down this was the best hotel we have stayed at. Quality is over and above rhe affordable cost. Highly recommend!

First, I did not get the room I reserved! They said Expedia was supposed to notify me they did have the room I reserved over a week in Advance. They tried to resolve the issue with free dinner and breakfast but it was still an inconvenience and poor communication

Went to visit family. Not a lot around but staff was very friendly and hotel was nice. My kids loved the pool. Hot tub was under construction. Got a txt message daily checking on my stay. Located near industrial area so no restaurants around but nice and quiet and nice hotel would stay again.

The only thing I was disappointed about was the pool. It was closed the 2 days we were there, and my kids were looking forward to taking a swim. The staff were excellent, the room was nice, the location was good as it was right off the exit. I felt safe. Some other guests were smoking marijuana but it didn’t bother me since I was able to get away from where they were. The price was good, so I would definitely return.

The hotel was fine. It was a fire alarm on Sunday morning at 9:30. I understand it happens two or three times a month I think it’s intentional and the hotel should question their behavior.

The hotel room I was room looked out of date. The staff was respectful but I will not stay there again bc the room was not in my standard. The pet fee was reasonable as well

It was a nice place, but the rooms seemed pricey for the area. It was in an industrial area so there weren’t any restaurants nearby and only one place to eat in the hotel.
We were in town for a funeral so the location was convenient and the property felt like it was in a safe area. The first two days of our stay the staff didn’t seem friendly but on our last day there were nicer people working up front. Housekeeping staff were very nice and hospitable. They work hard to keep the rooms nice and make sure guests are comfortable.

Excellent & professional customer service. Alexander checked me in record time. He was wonderful especially given that I am deaf, he made sure to provide visual communication regarding all services and overall inclusiveness. He texted me once I was settled in the room to make sure the room was comfty and had everything I needed. Most customer services at other hotels tend not to provide efficient communication for deaf customers. Alexander was a rare gem! The property and room were clean, neat and in working order. I ll definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Dated and falling apart… particularly the bathroom vanity area. This hotel charged for everything and anything they possibly could… had a coffee maker in the room, but charged 2$ for a bottle of water. I watched a couple check I. And be handed complimentary watwr, when I questioned being charged I was told only Hilton members get free water and I have to pay 2$ per bottle. When I pointed out that the room had a coffee maker but no water- staff told me “I don’t make the rules”. The laundry at the hotel was coin operated, but not working- so I had to get that refunded. The hotel charged 15.99$ for breakfast- fyi Hotel guests were permitted to openly smoke maryjane which engulfed the entire floor. Keep in mind the majority of guests were there for youth lacrosse activities. The cleanliness was very poor - ants in rooms, and BG carcasses in the window sills at the dining room area. Generally speaking- the worst hotel experience we’ve had- based on several summers of travel for sport tournaments.

My bathtub drain did not work. Taking a shower was challenging since the water desisted slowly and left soap scum on bathtub floor. Which in turn made bathtub slippery. The room carper was dirty as well.

The staff was rude and guests are required to pay extra if room is cleaned daily. We had to go to the front desk every day and ask for clean towels. The furniture in the lobby is worn and frayed and carpet is stained & dirty. The price per night was very high for the quality of the hotel and the lack of service. The restaurant was very good and wait staff was very efficient. We will think twice before we stay at another Hilton Garden Inn.

I wasted 200 dollars a night to stay here. The lobby was the only nicest thing about the property. Carpet in the hallways were so old and had a weird smell also the rooms need renovation as this was by far the worst place I stayed. Also charge $25 dollars for late check out!

Shower area and toilet flashing doesn’t work properly. At our arrival ac system was not working but after we call and they fixed the problem. Over all is okay.

I had booked a room with king bed and got one with two queens. If I wasn’t exhausted from my trip, I would have gone back to the front desk for a change. The bathroom smelled weird, tub had a crack, couldn’t adjust the shower head. This place needs an overhaul.

Rooms are stinky, even though they look clean. Very Poor customer service, particularly from the day hotel manager. I had an incident with my credit card and he handled it poorly, it seemed he didn’t care. I left my credit card one night at the hotel restaurant after I used it to pay for my meal. I realized about it until next morning when the fraud department of my bank was contacting me regarding many fraudulent charges to my credit card. The hotel said they didn’t have my card, but I’m sure one of the restaurant’s employees took my card because there were no more costumers by the time I left the restaurant, so it was only me and the employees who were closing the restaurant for the night. I went straight to my room to sleep and didn’t use my card again. The manager seemed very defensive when I explained the situation and did nothing about the situation.

The only thing to say is about the condition of the shower. Not sure why we were in a accessible room but the parts of the shower were showing signs of mold and mildew.
