Cindy was awesome!!

It was a nice, quaint little place but the rooms were pretty small considering the price of the rooms. And the restaurant was nice but a little pricey. Could definitely use more options food wise. But it was a nice stay. No real complains.

absolutely beautiful location however it is a very old building. a beautiful building however very old... just know that going in. we had to cut out early because the room was "stuffy/ moldy" and my allergies could not take it

Restaurant food was horrible. Great location.

Beautiful location but the property is in need of upkeep. Many areas including our room are falling apart, literally. So sad to see this resort in such poor condition.

Loved the view. Quiet area of town. Comfortable room. Will stay here again

Really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are smaller than some and could use some upgrading. But the location is perfect. Beautiful view from our room. Easy walk to town and local attractions.
Check in and parking were very easy. Staff were very responsive to any requests.
We had breakfast at the restaurant which was quiet good too.
I would definitely stay here again!!

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were too firm. It could be better. The staffs were very nice.

Oh dear. The rooms we were showed into were appalling. Not clean and stank of weed. They were up at the top of stairs (no lift) and the carpets were really dirty.
One shower was hanging off the wall.
The manageress whilst pleasant was unable to help us to upgrade (we were willing to pay) as there was a wedding and we were obviously not important. The location is stunning and this is such a pity.

Overall enjoyable stay.
Had reserved a Superior room; it had wonder view but was basic, tired, bathroom small.
Hotel dinner delicious except for watery taseless chowder.
Found numerious hotel text unneccessry and annoying.

Great stay for our weekend in PTown. It was great to see all the wildlife right out our window. Easy to get downtown and out to Race Point Beach.

Great location and views. On site restaurant with good service and food. It’s an old inn but well kept. Not much they can do with the bathrooms which was difficult to manage due to cramped space, a small toilet tucked in a tight corner, and a very slipperytub/shower. Pluses far outweigh the minuses.

I like this hotel. I stayed there many years ago and things have changed quite a bit. It is showing age and my reservation got messed up. But the night staff was able to fix it and I got the beach view. This was the better of the 3 hotels I booked with Expedia,

We had a great time at the Provincetown Inn - the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was beautiful. We really enjoyed the murals and the old fashioned charm, being from the 1930s.
My only small complaint was that the breakfast was expensive for the quality.

The location is absolutely breathtaking but the motel needs a lot of love. We don’t typically feel the need to wear socks while staying at a hotel but we did here.

Love the location but was unhappy with my room this time. I asked to be moved but front desk wasn’t accommodating even though there was hardly anyone there after Labor Day.

Maybe they need to help the people and understand that guest with a baby should not be on top floor and dirty room

Nice location. Second room a little small.

The room wasn’t ready at 4:00 when we went to check in. We got to the room around 4:30. It was overall grimy, dirty, and dingy. I can’t believe they charge $400 a night for rooms here.

Away from the craziness.

Wow, I should’ve read the reviews in more detail — my room (153) was awful. I booked last minute right before Labor Day and had basically no options, but paid more than $400 a night for a “deluxe king” that was a joke. No carpet in the room, some sort of vinyl flooring. No door on the closet. Bathroom door did not close. Toilet paper holder comically situated 4 feet away from toilet behind the door. No hook for a hand towel. No wash cloths provided. Soap and shampoo pump dispensers in shower could not be opened/used. The only furniture besides the bed was a tiny table with two cheap hard chairs. The walls were so thin I heard every phone conversation my neighbor had. And the noise of the ice dispenser around the corner. The door from the parking lot was right outside my room and anyone opening and closing it shook my room door. The location is nice and so was the staff, but I wouldn’t put someone in house arrest in this room. It looked NOTHING like any of the photos on the website. The kind manager at the front gave me a small refund. But the owners should be ashamed of this. Go somewhere else.

At the west end, an inn with art and murals on the wall. Unique architecture. Most importantly, incredible staff that make you feel most welcome.

I thought we were in the rooms facing the bay by the jetty…the description of the room said bayview didn’t realize that it was the bay/poolside view But we enjoyed our stay🙏

Basically a 3-star hotel at 5-star prices.

Hotel was in a pretty and quiet area. The room was pretty nice, a few things needed repair (towel rack, etc.), but nothing major. The main areas of the hotel were a little tired, but overall a pretty good place with a great view.

The air conditioner in the room is noisy, which is an issue at night.
