One of the few hotels on the beach in the Patong area. Excellent breakfast, plenty of variety. Many restaurants nearby, 2 shopping malls within 15 minute walk. Very nice room, would like to have had dedicated shower instead of bathtub/shower. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 6 days and it was amazing. Everyone was extremely friendly, the food at the restaurant was good and the location can’t be beat.

Considering 4* rating, room was very unclean, and tatty. Bathroom tiles were all covered in soap scum and water marks, cobwebs all over the place. Bedsheets we’re stained and ripped. All table and side surfaces were covered in a greasy film. We found a dead cockroach in the room, and was hoping that housekeeping would remove the following day so that we didn’t have to touch it… they didn’t. We lost all water pressure one night (which wasn’t great in the first place), so we couldn’t shower. Reception didn’t communicate at all on when it would be resolved. When there was water pressure, the water out of the tap was a lovely brown colour. I tried to use the laundry service… on the paperwork it says that items received before 10am would be returned the same day, on bringing a few T-shirts and underpants to reception at 8am, I was told that they wouldn’t be returned until after 4pm the following day, which was after we were checking out, so no good to me. The reception staff said that they would speak to the manager about the issues when we raised them, and would have a route to a resolution for us. On checkout there was no resolution, and no issues had been communicated to the manager, so the reception are ok with lying to your face. I tried to raise with hotels.com during the stay, but customer service not working via the app. I got stuck in a sign-in loop and couldn’t speak to anyone.

The Property needs some maintenance. Towel rail falling off wall. Around bath mouldy. Staff pleasant and helpful. Not worth the money they are charging.

Right on the beach location. very convenient

Staff was very nice and helpful security made me and my motor bike feel safe without worry. Room was a little bit dated but still clean and nice. Property was very nice and clean.

Hotel perfectly located right on the beautiful Patong beach. Very nice and accommodating staff. Very good breakfast. Could be a bit noisy at night due to sound systems of the beach clubs around but still acceptable for Patong. Points to improve : bathroom, especially showers No tap beer at the bar

Location to Bangla road is great. About 10min walk if that. Place and rooms little dated and looked like they were repairing some of the buildings the a/c was definitely in need of replacing. Room was cool at night but during day the a/c struggled to attempt to cool the room. When called the sent someone quickly but they seemed to think the a/c was working well.

Property was great. Staff spoke good English which was great. The property is right on the beach so the location is fantastic. Just a short 3-4 min walk to Bangla St. Tons of shops for shopping. The nightlife in the area was impressive.

Everything was great about the property except 1. Shower Water temperature was Luke warm and times cold, so it was little uncomfortable;e taking showers. 2. Breakfast buffet options were limited.

Great hotel, reception staff very caring and helpful, nothing to much for them.. housekeeping always clean very throughly and make sure that you have everything to make your stay more comfortable. Fantastic pool area and views

Probably the worst 4 nights stay I've had in the past 20 years! Apart from the location, there is nothing good about this hotel. - Room is old and rusts on all metal surfaces - Mould throughout the ceiling, bathroom walls and sink - shower drain is blocked so you have to walk through a puddle after a shower, - Hot water is warm at best and even cold at some point, - the room is secured by a lock that is not even fixed to the door. - curtains are full of stains and glass is so dirty you can't see through them. - I watched house cleaner just rinse my coffee cup in the sink and put it back in the shelf. didn't even bother washing the tea spoon. - the bedsheet was never changed, just tidied up. - don't even bothered about the Breakfast, you get much better food across the road at a fraction of the price. I complaint about this each day and yet nothing was fixed or another room offered... For the price I paid, I expected at least a 4 star experience, I don't even rate this 2 stars.... Ruined my stay at Patong...

The property is in very good location with private access to the beach. However, in terms of the rooms, it is very dated for the price it’s still being listed on. This is only a 2.5 or 3 stars at the most. As a VIP expedia member, I didn’t receive the extra perks I was suppose to get. The hotel didn’t even mention anything. And when I asked they didn’t even honour it. Food - Breakfast was included with our accommodation. It was decent with lots of variety. I’d give them 4 Stars here. Try to check out other resorts if you can before booking this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Enjoyed the stay overall. A few issues with a smell in the room and staff being a little off but these were all resolved with an apology from management

Staff was excellent and extremely accommodating and nice. Room was clean. Location was great. Property needs a little more upkeep but I’m assuming that’s what they are doing since there is some construction work.

Right in the middle of Patong Beach. Probably the only hotel in Patong with direct access to beach. Beautiful trees, garden and pool area.

Good hotel nice staff

Hotel location is the best, steps from the city centre and from the beach. Housekeeping not so good, they just did the bed and tidy-up the bathroom, no swiping the floors or dust cleaning. Breakfast should have more variety of fruits (only 3 types, watermelon, Pineapple and Papaya with the choice of just 2 each day). The service needs some improvement or better training, almost every morning I had to ask for the coffee to be served. Outdoor sun umbrellas and bases in need of replacing or refurbishment. In general I did like the hotel but it needs some updates in some areas aswell better training on their satff.

Rooms were spacious but not what i paid for. They combined two twin beds to make a pretend king bed because they had no more they said. But we paid for a king bed as our anniversary. They did not give us any special requests we had for our anniversary. We requested ocean view even if we paid and they did not give to us. No music, no bar, breakfast staff was rushing us everyday. The only nice people was security. The atmosphere was horrible.

I would have given 5 starts but for the check-in experience a d staff behavior on the last day. I booked a room with bathtub but wasn't provided at checkin. Only after expressing my displeasure, they changed me to a room with bathtub. I don't understand why would they do that if they have such rooms available. Unfortunately that room had a leaking roof which they fixed upon following up for 2 days. Next, i asked for the pool towels which were not replaced. On the last day, during checkout, the staff doesn't believe and was adamant that the house keeping replaced the pool towels. The look of the staff and his behavior was not at all welcoming. I offered him to check my entire luggage if he doesn't believe me. He says ok but don't believe me. Except for these experiences, the resort is at a wonderful location and has a pvt access to beach. really loved the location. u can easily walkup to bangla road, restaurants etc

Great location, breakfast and staff. Pillows a little too big/firm for me. Main thing is to stop using tiny shampoo bottles - please make some effort to reduce plastic waste!

Beautiful place. The most amazing thing was that due to a late evening flight, the hotel provided us in the evening with a room to have a shower after beach before we fly, complimentary! Amazing service and Smile is the BEST receptionist!

Omg….. this place is one of the worst hotels on the beach I have ever been too! The ac was horrible, room was so humid, towels are so old and outdated! Sheets too….. why not spend $$ on rooms instead of the beautiful property?? Staff was absolutely outstanding and none of my review is about them. I checked out early due to the fact the room SUCKED!!

Lovely place, right on the beach. Pool is great breakfast is great. Ive stayed in a few places in patong before but this is the best so far. They also somehow knew my birthday and they did this which i thought was a really nice touch

Amazing location on the beach and walking distance to everything. Having some maintenance & service issues - guessing this is due to COVID. Hopefully they get back on track soon.
