near IAH with good Shuttle service, clean and comfortable, there are free snacks, wine and beer from 5 to 8 pm

Room was very nice and comfortable! Great service! The parking lot is very bad though, huge potholes and not enough spots to park in camera views.

The only reason this hotel is getting this many stars is because how nice the staff was when it came to my situation. It was bad in the beginning but overall it turned out ok. I will say ask to see the rooms BEFORE anything to make sure everything is clean, especially if you have kiddos. Other than that, I had a pleasant time

It was one of the worst experiences in a Hotel. Noisy, unsafe area, the sink was leaking, air conditioning not working and none couldn’t solve it. We decided to check out and look for another hotel. Make yourself a favor and don’t stay in this hotel.

Would stay again. Spent one night with family and was able to get a early check in as our flight arrived at 5:30am.

The thermostat didn’t work and I was too exhausted to change rooms. It was warm and I had to keep the fan on all night.

Shoutout to Valerie for being the most welcoming person I’ve met! She went above and beyond to help me out and make me feel like home! Will be back to this exact location whenever i come to houston! Also not only her but all the staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile. You don’t get a lot of places with this kind of staff!

The room was great - it was so nice to have the kitchen even for a one night stay. The room was clean and just what we needed and the overnight staff person was friendly. There weren't sheets/pillows for the sofa bed. I asked the person at the desk and although they tried to help and looked in multiple locations throughout the hotel (linen and housekeeping closets), they weren't able to find what we needed. One other downside is that the lights from the basketball court stayed on all night and were shining right in our windows. They were very bright. We would stay here again.

Liked the suite/room.It was clean. For a Hilton some of the amenities were cheap like the basic plastic alarm clock, cheap kiddie phones not even hooked up(you could use your cell) even the tv was basic , crappy remote couldn't cast from your cell to tv even.Just didnt feel like a Hilton.

I liked Homewood Suites. I liked the suite itself, and the price. It had a large bedroom, a kitchen. a living room and an excellent shower. I liked the staff who were very kind and in most cases very helpful. All staff who work the desk however should know how to help their guests use the free shuttle. Two staffers I met at the desk had no idea how to help us. It's listed as a free service, and because of not knowing their job, we had to pay for a service from someone else that's supposed to be free. I also liked the complimentary breakfasts, and the two days of complimentary dinners. One other area I think that would help Homewood Suites would be to clean up the front yard. It's a beautiful hotel, but the front yard is a mess and it takes away from the hotel's appearance, and makes it appear a little unsafe. Overall, I enjoyed staying here.

The front desk staff was not helpful when trying to get to and from the property. There is nothing to eat nearby. This was not a great place for families.

I didnt like the fliuid stain sofa that was in my room and it took three days to get it replaced.The outside seating area, the cushions appeared as if the were never cleaned. I didn't like the Manager and assistant manager's "don't care demeanor", the cleaning staff didn't understand English which made it difficult to communicate with them. I did like the appearance of the lobby, it was beautiful.

The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel Homewood Suites by Hilton was by chance in that a shuttle was there waiting for someone else who never showed up. While the driver was waiting, she helped me call the hotel since I did not have cell service. We had to confirm the reservation number several times before getting it through to the hotel staff. Once we did, the driver said she would take us directly to the hotel so we didn’t have to wait for another shuttle. On arrival, the staff told us that we didn’t have the room I originally requested and reserved because the number registered to them to call was an 800 number. We were able to clear things up and afterwards had a very pleasant stay.

I checked in around 11:30pm and within the hour my hotel room was being overrun by cockroaches. They were everywhere! The headboard, the bathroom and kitchen counters. I mean everywhere! This place has a serious cockroach problem. I had to book a different hotel at 1 in the morning. Plus I had to throughly go through all of my things to make sure I wasn’t bringing any along with me. It was a nightmare! I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never had anything like that happen before. It was disgusting! I do not recommend this hotel.

We booked an accessible suite. The roll-in shower was properly equipped but there were no hand rails near the toilet---in a bathroom for a person with handicaps! Kitchenette was great, furniture was good but room had poor patches/painting.
