Everyone of the staff was was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and kept that way during our stay. The kitchen staff was very friendly the only negative was Sunday morning breakfast things kept running out , because the hotel was booked to capacity and the kitchen staff was understaffed for the crowd. And some more parking spaces had to be added because there’s no spaces left when they were at full capacity. And two thumbs up to the kitchen staff for their best efforts on trying to keep up with Sunday mornings crowd.

It wasn't in a scenic area. BUT we liked everything else! The room furnishings were clean and well maintained. The sheets were soft and so were the pillows. Julia, who made the breakfast, kept everything stocked and hot. Eggs with cheese, pancakes, pork or turkey sausage, delish coffee, plus more! And the outside pool was fun too.

Stayed a second time at this property. Welcoming staff. A solid hotel. Bed is comfortable and supportive. Room is pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast is a nice perk. Decent little area to eat - some healthy options. Front staff and kitchen staff pleasant and helpful. I would recommend for your stay.

Travelling with my husband and 6 years old son who loves swimming, unfortunately, the pool is closed so it is a big disappointment for them as we pick this hotel for that reason. Breakfast is somewhat good though we have to wait a little because there is no hot food left when we first arrive at 8am.

I liked the fact that they provided soaps, shampoos, conditioners, etc. in pump bottles installed right in the showers. Bar soaps are so inconvenient. Clean and the hotel itself was quiet. The only drawback is it is so near a busy highway. But regardless, I slept very well. Outside noise was at a minimum.

Currently, the elevators don't work.
Tried taking a shower early morning and the water was cold and wouldn't warm up. No hot water from faucet either.

Room clean, hot water was a issue had to wait 5 min to warm up. Construction on 4th floor . No elevator access to upper floors only steps . Had to take double queen room on 1st floor .

The shared room door next to us kept clicking, when we opened our side the otherside was completely open super creepy, when we checked in we told them about our terrible experience at the hotel previous to this one and they still gave 2 girls a room with an anjoining door to another room , super unsafe, weird noises all night, staff was 9dd when we checked in. Whole time we felt incredibly unsafe. The shared hotel shampoos are gross, the water in bathroom was ice cold for showers. Absolutely do not recommend staying here.

My family was dissatisfied with the whole stay and it was only one night. My wife explain to me that there was no hot water and when it was brought to the front desks attention. They advised her to keep the water running for twenty minutes. And that didn’t work at all, so my wife and children were forced to remain shower-less for the whole stay. Not to mention the front desk kept hanging up on my daughter. The next morning they went for breakfast in the eating area. Breakfast was late and when the breakfast was finally served, there wasn’t enough for everybody. So my wife was only able to split whatever was left between my two children, so my wife didn’t eat. And my wife stated to me that my kids said the breakfast was cold. In a nutshell, the service was horrible and I would never book a reservation there again. And I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either.

Got here a few hours early, hoping to get into my room so I could watch a game. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. And my team won!

Very disappointed. No hot water, directly on a very busy highway, max thermostat heat was 68 degrees. Also, charged credit card extra $50 when checking instead of just having a card on file. Told card would be credited in a few days.

We stayed in the new addition it was very clean and comfortable
The dining room area laminate floor needs to be replaced immediately. !!
Chairs and tables are tired and worn-out Food was good.

We had to change our trip at the last minute because of some very sad circumstances but we didn't want to cancel the whole trip because we were trying to see our college freshman for Parents Weekend. Dorsey at the hotel was amazing getting everything changed around. Hotels.com was not able to help us but they directed us to the hotel and talked to them about the issue. It was the first time I felt like people cared about what was going on.

We had a great experience at the Holiday inn. Jay the front desk mgr was so helpful making suggestions in the local area and friendly. Also the weekend day shift woman I missed her name was So pleasant and helpful with questions and advice . The room was wonderfully comfortable as well and breakfast staff attentive and did great keeping things clean and stocked

The staff was very helpful and pleasant / friendly. Made us feel right at home. The room spacious excellent shower water pressure. Comfortable beds and bedding. Especially important because we are an older couple so supportive mattress with clean white soft linens. Air conditioning worked fine kept the room comfortable temperature. Furniture nice/ a desk and stuffed leather chair with ottoman. Fridge in room and microwave and coffee maker. Free standard breakfast in the am / coffee all day. TV nice and big worked fine with easy to use remote and convenient tv channel list. Would definitely stay again.
