It was non smoking room but I can still smell smoke and the bed was uncomfortable. Asked for extra pillows and they didn’t have any available. Won’t be back again.

Staff was very nice, but the property is in poor condition. Beds were not comfortable, and the bathroom had trim falling off and some held on by blue painters tape.

I called wrong #6 I wanted south not north Expedia wouldn’t let me talk to someone to change it , so me & my Shepard had to sleep in car I would want my money back for there not good customer service . I don’t know where north is I don’t know Fremont ! I’m 70 yrs old no bueno, good

Good hotel . Just one thing is not perfect is Wi-Fi . The signal is very weak in the room .

This hotel always has problems. Either the tub is not clean, or the drain is stopped up, or the refrig doesn't work, or the microwave is dirty. It's always something. Even the phone doesn't work in some of the rooms or it's missing. In one room they plugged the refrig into the back of the microwave vs the wall. It just seems like the maids don't check on everything and aren't thorough enough. Also, since we go thru hotels.com to book & pay, they won't give a refund or a credit since we used a 3rd party. They say we have to go back to Hotels.com and they need to call Motel 6 so that we can get a refund or credit. What a hassle.

They were redoing the asphalt parking lot this week 7/17/23 made parking a little harder but it wasn't really bad at all. They are upgrading the office and coffee area and actually looks pretty good.

Every thing very good. The only problems we had 1-room smelled like tobacco way too much. 2-Could not sleep good because of noise from neighbors until late night.

People live here instead of just staying a few nights. That's ok, I realize it may be the only option for some folks. Keep it down, stop yelling at your family and maybe control your kids after 9pm? Staff spoke to the loud people but nothing changed. The place is undergoing renovations so the plants are dead and the office was under construction. Nobody's fault.

The only thing i can really say that was nice about my stay was the close proximety to luckys and a few good restraunts. The property itself is in general disrepair with black mold in 2 of the rooms i was assigned during my stay. My "neighbor" would loudly feign coughing and other bodily sounds pretty much all night into the morning......the people kn the other side sounded like they had a metal fab shop running 24/7.

This property is right off the freeway, peaceful, and near everything. Gopi and Jeevan were very helpful. They make sure your stay is nice and comfortable.

We were very disappointed with our stay this month. The refrigerator did not work. They had it plugged into the back of the microwave. We lost some of our food. Also, there was no phone in the room. I couldn't receive calls from my family. When we told the front desk, no one wanted to take responsibility for these problems. Finally, after we complained several times, a manger got involved & we switched rooms. She told us to contact Hotels.com & they could contact the manager of Motel 6 & we would get a refund. I've never heard of this, but how do we get a refund?

The staff was all excellent- very friendly and helpful! My main issue was that the heater in the room didn’t work! Since we arrived so late at night and were so tired we didn’t have the energy to move all our stuff to a new room (and I was skeptical that the heater would work better in another room), since they seem to leave the units off in all the vacant rooms, the rooms are so cold when you first arrive in. That made our stay uncomfortable but the room was clean and again, the staff was wonderful. I do think their prices were higher than what I’d justify spending on such simple accommodations, too.

Called motel prior to booking to ask if they had laundry services, front desk said yes but when I arrived they didn’t have a quarter machine or any quarters at the front desk. Also no soap (out of order). Who carries $5 in quarters with them ? After acquiring the proper amount of quarters, the laundry room closed at 9 pm

For the first time we stayed in a deluxe suite .. the are corner units with lots of windows.. very spacious!!!! And came with a microwave and mini fridge with freezer... Anyone having there birthday party or something at this motel get the deluxe suit u won't be dissapointed
