Stay wasn't bad at all. Would have gotten a 5 star review except there was roaches.

It's right off my route on i-40 west. The front check in desk is open all night for late check in. The outer doors are secured and require key card to enter. They have a decent free breakfast. I consider it great because of waffle maker alone. Great budget stay !

First room had a broken window . It was all the way broken that you could move it back and forth. Next room was better but bathroom had stain from upstairs water leak and some black mold . Now breakfast isn't as good as it was 4 years ago . The price for the rooms went up $30 dollars , but the new manager Roj promised they are trying to fix things up . Only time will tell

The property was clean but in need of repair. My window was cracked and had tape on it, the tv would not work very well.

It was quiet place. Needs updated or remodeled instead of slapping paint everywhere.

You couldn’t even get in the front door of the hotel without the person from behind the desk coming to open the door. The bed was not comfortable. It smelled like mildew in the room.

Air did not work and front desk people did not understand english

It was a nice hotel for the price. It may look a little rough on the edges, but the staff was nice, it was clean, and it was cozy.

100% has bed bugs!!! Woke up ate up from them, and have been dealing with it for days now! STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

Good luck on hot water…. Poorly staffed

The stay was fine- the hotel was not the cleanest and we found a couple bugs in our room. We personally one not stay again. Broken windows in other rooms, badly repaired bathroom, not the safest vibe.

Ray was very nice and friendly, he made sure our experience was exceptional.

Once renovations are complete this will be a great place to stay. I will stay there again.

The shower didn’t work. There were bugs in the room. Towels didn’t look very clean. Even the main room light wasn’t working. Another lamp was flickering and wouldn’t turn on. The only redemption was the bed was at least comfortable.

This was a quick few hour stay on my road trip...just a place to rest my head for a few hours. The room was not clean....the was a garbage bag on the floor by the desk. The bathroom was not clean... toilet was soiled and bath/shower had hair in it. There was no toilet paper there were no towels. Nightshift person on duty provided the missing essentials...but did not offer to change rooms. The window was broken (hidden by the drapes) and air was leaking in. Advertised "morning breakfast" was a joke. I told the daylight person and there wasn't a "sorry" delivered or any sort of compensation offered. Absolutely no decent customer service. Terrible experience.

The hotel doesn’t look fancy but it’s clean and fair price. They have WiFi and decent channels on tv. Place looks like it needs a little maintenance but over all my family and I had a great experience and it’s about a week later and we’re here again for a few days!

Its okay

This hotel was exactly what you would expect for a discount hotel. The rooms were sufficient, but nothing special. My card keys were only activated for one day, even though my stay was for six. I had to get the key reactivated fevery day. My room had some drywall damage that had been repaired and the room had been recently painted, but no care was taken to minimize the appearance of the repair, nor had outlet and switch covers been removed for painting, so they had paint on them. The shower/tub area was clean, but stained. The towels were thin, but clean. I saw several small roaches in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but the phone was damaged and the ac/heater unit would not let me keep the heat on with the fan running at night to reduce the noise in the hallway. If I wanted heat, the fan had to cycle on and off. The photos and description of these rooms show a laptop area, which appears to be a desk. The room I stayed in had an office chair, but no desk, so I had to work off the foot of one of the beds. Not a huge deal, but a bit deceptive. Breakfast was provided every day and was very basic. Toast, bagels, fresh waffles with syrup, fruity cereal, clementines, milk, coffee, yogurt and butter. There was cream cheese for the bagels the first day, but they ran out and didn't replenish during the remaining 5 days of my stay. Overall, this was an average hotel experience.

Not a bad place for one night, but keep an eye on bed bugs and cockroaches in some room. Furniture, mirror, bathroom door, or window might be chirped. Stained beddings.

Prepaid took forever to get me a room, light by door didn’t work, t.v was snowy had to have them come reset it, bathroom looked terrible. Bed was good, not much breakfast to choose from.

This property was very dirty inside and out.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was reasonably clean. The bathroom looked like there had been a brawl in there. Things were ripped out of the wall, holes in the walls, the shower faucet was ripped out of the wall and dangling. Definitely needs some attention.

AVOID AVOID Stay somewhere else.. I was tired and well I know know better Wyndham doesn’t always mean quality… roaches stained beds and pillows check your beds under the sheets and pull your pillows out… you will be amazed and disturbed at what owners allow. Simply AVOID AVOID THIS HOTEL

smelled like a nursing home, this was a total waste of money, we didn't even use the room it smelled so bad, we had to stay elsewhere, manager would not refund our money, spoke hardly any english, absolutely terrible

Check in was pretty simple. When we got to the room the first thing I noticed was the dated and ragged carpet. The second, the title from the baseboard was on the floor and no longer attached to the wall. Ok no big deal. I can deal. Third thing I noticed was the smell, it’s smelt very unclean, then there was a hole in the Halle kn the bathroom door as if it was punched. Walked into the bathroom and noticed a roache crawling across the wall. Went back to the small room and asked my oldest daughter to go to the various other hotels in the vicinity of the others (there were several pretty close) while waiting we noticed various stains on the beds. Daughter was able to find one that was a reasonable price. DonNOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. ITS DISGUSTING. I WENT AND REFUNDED MY MONEY. LETS SEE IF WE HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH THAT.
