Awful. They have mites and bed bugs. Never again

Filthy, asked for none smoking, only had smoking- upstairs people lived at hotel were drunk, loud, cops called. We left earlier with our kids because this place was not safe!

Room had no refrigerator or microwave. The noise from the highway was the worst I have ever experienced.

The stay was ok. The beds were clean but the floors and bathroom needed attention. The air didn't really work so we bought a fan to use.The refrigerator hardly kept things cool. I love the location of the hotel but just wish the rooms were cared for a little bit better.

Was scary, drove up to check in and 4 police cars, we drove back out, lots of people and confusion,

Was in town to spend time with family, made the mistake of looking for a bargain, Floor hadn't been cleaned in quite some time and was overall just dirty!! 2 small pillows, was told there were no extras. Fridge didn't work, no stopper in tub or sink. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!!

Dirty noisy roaches

The room was filthy, the towels were worn out and very small, the floors were dirty, the shower floor was filthy and the sheets were not even close to looking clean. I will never go back to this over priced, filthy motel.

The room was disgusting. Everything from the bed to the bathroom to the table to the towels. When I turned on the ac it made the room stink and I had to open the room door to air it out. I wore plastic bags around my feet or just wore my shoes the whole time because that’s how nasty the room floor was. The sink had soap clogged in it from a previous guest so the water didn’t drain. It honestly looked like the room wasn’t clean from the previous guest. The worst part was the odor from the Ac vent. Whether it was heat or trying to make the room cool it emitted this odor that was horrible. I appreciate getting the shelter I needed for the days but that first day I walked in the room I wanted to throw up. If you do stay buy some disinfectant spray and some Clorox wipes to clean the surfaces. I also recommend bringing your own towels and wash cloths. There is a target around the corner or you can go to dollar tree down the road. I also recommend using your own pillow. I only slept at the foot of the bed because even the sheets stunk. The shower was disgusting too. The shower curtain had an odor too it and I used one of their towels as a shower mat because the shower floor was brown. I’m just being honest and not trying to tarnish anyone’s business. My experience was nasty and the room was filthy. Again it’s manageable if you have your own towels, wash cloths, pillow etc. And bring some cleaning supplies to wipe down any surfaces.

Real friendly staff, comfy bed. Heater in room blew air but no heat, and the heater had an old bent screen with caked-on dust. Neighbors very loud throughout night, and at one point I heard pounding on their door and a voice announcing the police!

They could not edit or change the reservation, while/when I was at the property. Was not rude but I felt like they could have been more helpful or found a way to accommodate

HORRIBLE!! We booked a room through Expedia for 1 night before we boarded a cruise ship the next morning. First room they put us in had bedbugs - see attached video. I took a bedbug in a napkin down to the office to show. Lady didn’t look at what I had, just said throw that away as soon as we walked in the door. She put us in a second room which was worse than the first - see attached pictures. Went back to office to get a refund and was told I had to call Expedia and have them call the office to verify a refund. It seemed off so I called from our car which was parked in front of the office. The receptionist would not answer the phone from Expedia! Expedia called me back informing me they would not answer and asked if I’d go in the office and let them know they’re trying to call for a refund. Went back into office with Expedia on speaker phone and spoke with a man this time. He stated that no one has tried calling. The lady from Expedia spoke up and said she had been trying to call…the man looks at the hotel phone and says oh, it’s unplugged. UNREAL!! Never again!

Location was great but everything else was just okay.

I left the hotel. The cigarrette smell was horrible. Roach over the bed. No water. Dirty beds.Dirty walls. I dont was expecting a 5 star hotel but at least clean.

The room inside is old. Floor was dirty. We killed three bugs in the room. Hardly any water pressure. Mattresses old and the pillows. Would not stay there again.

unsafe locking mechanisms on door, unclean showers, furniture is severely damaged, beds were not clean and found a body hair from previous guests on the pillow

Moldy. Gross. Paper thin walls. Overpriced. The receptionist was on the phone with the cops when we checked in. I think that says it all right there.

Room needed some repairs; Bed was not a queen as requested.

The front desk wasn't answering over 5 different calls got there it was a sign on the door got there cops were in it every corner i turnt letting me crime was in play and the beds needs to be upgraded as it slept wop sided and uncomfortable the shower is made for a kid or a little person these rooms without microwave or fridge should not be priced more than 50-55$ a night

I had no microwave or refrigerator in my room how to use my card for the door four times to open. I will never ever go back there.

Everyone was really nice, and made my stay a fun one.

Upon checking in phone in room not in working condition wires had been cut I let front desk know they were supposed to bring me another phone they did not I felt very unsafe that night Although they did bring one sometime the next day. I felt unsafe overall at this property and definitely not worth $91 a night

It was basically clean and good stay except for some of the other guests were loud and arguing till late into the night.
