Make sure and bring your own can of raid with you! This motel has roaches!! The rooms are clean for the most part but that doesn't offset the fact that theres bugs in every room ive stayed in so far 3 separate rooms 3 separate stays and seen roaches each time!! Im not just talkin about 1or 2 no in talking like they come out of the woodworks its disgusting. I went to make me something to eat in the microwave the sec i turned it on hundreds of baby roaches started coming out of it i thought i was trippin at first but when i got closer and then turned on the overhead light i could see them plain as day they were everywhere! I about threw up lost my appetite for sure. When i told the front desk the rude ass lady gonna say im not denying the fact that there's roaches i just don't know what yoy expect me to do about it!! I said are you serious? Do you have any raid or anything i can spray cuz theres a bunch of roaches in that room now. She said i cant help you sorry then told me to talk to the manager in the morning if i wanted to!! Shes rude af and doesn't need to be working the front desk if she gonna be like that! Food for thought! The fact that i spent over $400 staying in this hotel to be surrounded by roaches no matter what room i was in and to be treated with disrespect from the night clerk is downright ridiculous.

Clean comfortable room.

People walking around in the parking area. I also had a non smoking room there was a cigarette bud in the toilet. And no towels in the room. Luckily i bought a couple of my own towels

Staff was magnificent. My room's ac cover was broken, the curtains held in by prayers, and tge sink drained to a leaky p trap (which I tighened and fixed, myself. It was a quiet night, though. Room was otherwise clean.

6 visits to the office, 3 different rooms, not a single one I would be willing to sleep in under any circumstances. front desk staff were nice, facility was terrible.

They need to buy more towels and wash clothes

The remodel of the room has been excellent. Very nice, clean and more modern. Beds are comfortable. Very nice upgrade. They just need to extend that to the office as that is the first impression

Beds had dirty sheets & comforters were stained. tub was filthy. Electric plugs did not work right. Pool was disgusting & black

There are 2 motel 6 on the same street in San Angelo. We were at 1601 S. Bryant. The service and accommodations were excellent.

The only good thing was the location. The pool was black with trash in it. The room has roaches. The TV remote was missing the battery cover. There was no ice bucket only a tiny bag to put ice in. The lobby had a torn apart ice machine that wasn't being worked on. The heat in the room blew cold.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.it was quiet and everyone was very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean . I would recommend stying there.

Air conditioning very noisy. Hard to control. No remote for tv. Nonsmoking room had a cigarette odor. Bed was fair in comfort.

I’ve stayed here before but maybe never again. The shower was so nasty looking I skipped taking one and the dead bolt latch was barely hanging on. ☹️

Rm 101 dirty sticky floors, used stained bed linens, one towel, no mat or washcloth, toilet barely flushed, most disgusting thing was the mattress, it was dirty, stained with all types of stuff ( looked like blood ), old and lumpy. No one answered the phone for me complain or get a new room. I had to try and sleep fully dressed and sitting on a chair, but was so upset that I couldn't sleep much. As an elderly,disabled woman I feel cheated and would like a full refund, how do I go about doing that?? I travel alone and have never experienced such bad service anywhere. If possible please help me contact corporate to file a complain with them about this motel. Thank you

Bugs and flyes in room thrash outside room manager was rude and i was awoke at 9 am to be aske if i was g oing to stay another when clearly i only booked for one night and che out was at 11thus place sux abd the people that work there are rude

Well to nosey had to go pick up towels no toilet paper

We were both very pleased with our stay no complaints.

No remote and phone didn’t work in the room . Only one set of towels and there was two of us.

When we showed up to our room, the sheets and pillow cases had not been changed. It was so gross. The floor had not been mopped or cleaned. It was all sticky. The toilet had pee in it. We called down and the front desk lady came up and apologized and fixed it for us. That was the only great thing about the stay. That she fixed the problems.

First there was roaches in my room second I had to go to the er due to a spider bite while at the hotel I didn’t even stay the 2nd night due to the hotel employee and her boyfriend fighting and screaming outside waking my infant up at 3 in the morning

Great location

We had booked a room with a queen bed, upon arrival we noted that the need in our room was a double. Notified the front desk was told, "that is our queen size." Was moved to a double room with 2 full sized beds, which would have been fine if housekeeping had been in to clean. The beds had the blankets thrown back over the beds and there was bags of trash on the floor. Went back to the desk, the employee appeared frustrated that we weren't happy with a dirty room. Finally got moved to a cleaner room, said forget it, and tried to sleep. We weren't there for a vacation, we were there for a family medical emergency, so it would just be the one night. Will never use this facility again.
