the floors look like they needed to be vaccumed and there was hair in the bath tub.

We had a coffee maker but no coffee or coffee pot. No ice bucket, no cups. We asked for hand towels and wash towels, but never received them. We stayed for 2 nights and our room was not cleaned after our first night.

Our room was a suite with multiple rooms so it was expensive. Above us there was a very loud family with multiple stomping and screaming children. It went on till 10pm and in the morning. I called the front desk, but it didnt change much. Staff did their best, very polite but not a good experience. Rooms are very dated and run down. No amenities. No coffee in the room, no breakfast, very bare bones. Beds were sagging and worn out. The blankets were terrible. Very bad, paper thin. Like cheap throw blankets from an outlet store. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendlyvand as helpful as possible, but i wouldnt ever go back to thos hotel. Truly awful.

We were accidentally given someone’s suit instead of the upgrade we were supposed have. But we’re able to keep it at no additional charge which was nice. The room was a little dirty, mostly the bathroom and whirlpool tub. The tv in the second bedroom basically didn’t work. For the price and the pool area it was worth it for our little kids. The arcade was ok but non of the 50-100 credit prizes were working so you had to have more credits to get any prizes. Our kids are getting older so this is the last time we will stay here, especially since they stopped doing passes for anything else.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Room was old. Someone else's long black hair was everywhere throughout the room. Fire alarms started going off at 3 am and continued throughout the stay.

This is the perfect place for us as we have toddlers who are unable to enjoy all the amenities of a bigger waterpark.
Perfect location. Not too far from anything.
You no longer get the free passes to noah ark nor knuckle head .
We had a jet room and floors are quite thin. I felt like the people above us were gonna fall through the floor on us .

Atlantis is our go to for a quick getaway. I’m a single mom with three boys two older and a younger one.
The resort is well priced giving me financial freedom to the other goodies that the dells have to offer.

Very very dirty. Food and towels all over the pool area. Our room was cleaned to the bare minimum. Found old towels laying around our room. Very outdated place. Our kids broke out in rashes too!

We came with our kids and grandkids. Staff was awesome. Only disappointment was the bar in the waterpark area wasn't open.

My experience was good they didn’t have any breakfast. I felt comfortable the kids enjoyed their self. Good customer service.

Nice service upgraded our stay for free due to our previous room smelling like cigarettes. Nice pool area for the little ones and no issues!

Our booking had listed and arcade card if booked before 1/31. We booked beginning of that month. Upon check in, we were not provided with such. Upon further inquiry facility acknowledged that they used to offer that but stopped 1/31 however manager claimed stopped in Dec 2023 and blamed Expedia for the mistake. They refused to offer any alternative perks such as credits in their arcade room & claimed rates were discounted to reflect not getting arcade card; however their site listed the room at an even higher rate while claiming it was only $98 - I paid more thru Expedia plus a resort fee to hotel directly & that was still less than if I had booked thru hotel directly or thru choice hotel membership, so clearly not true at the time of my booking.
On top of that heater smelled like smoke, cigarette butts on balcony, stains on carpet, one piece of furniture looked like it had been eaten thru by termites, and no towels in pool area.

Very fairly priced! Two pools open early and stay open late! Small towels at pools for your convenience.

Dirty nasty. The rooms. The halls. The pool area. Pool was chipping and falling apart.

Great little indoor waterpark for younger children and the water was warm as well. The passes to knucklehead was a great addition to our stay that the hotel provided.

This has been our second time staying here. Both times we got the suite with the jacuzzi. Both times the jets didn’t work well. The bed are not the worst but definitely feel the springs. We do like the kids pool area and the balcony. Overall its fine but can use some improvements.

Check in was easy and friendly. Was not many people there so we didn’t feel so crowded and felt more comfortable. Wish there was breakfast in the morning.

I liked that they put me close to an entrance and elevator (i have a baby) so carrying in everything and getting it to the rooms were super easy.

I was really surprised by the condition of the hotel when I arrived. There were good reviews. If you are ok with trash and uncleanliness everywhere then this is the place for you. I switched from my first room in the basement in hopes that it would be better. The whirlpool suite in basement was stuffy and had a terrible smell. There was standing water in the tub as if it didn’t drain or didn’t get cleaned. My phone didn’t work down there. I was going to call the front desk to complain and THAT phone didn’t work either!! Creepy! The next room was not better. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed and had stains on them. The hallways were not vacuumed and I saw some very questionable guests that looked like they had just been in a fight. I asked for refund and informed them I wouldn’t be staying. I was told to talk to Expedia, but they said I have to talk to hotel. I’ve received zero correspondence.

This was my third time staying at the Atlantis and they never disappoint! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The guests in the room above us were being incredibly loud during their stay: stomping, fighting, jumping, running, yelling - we talked with the staff and they handled it so that the rest of our stay was peaceful. We enjoyed the Neptune suite and highly recommend for families! This will be our go to in the future. Thank you for giving us such great service, we appreciate your kindness and attention to our needs! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Loved the water park and arcade at hotel. The theme they had was fun. Found cracker crumbs in the pull outbed but other then that it was great! Oh and we also loved the balcony.

It had a nice swimming area staff was great. I didn’t like how the room I stayed in the pull out couch bed sheets weren’t changed and had garbage in bed. Whirlpool tub had only one jet working

We have stayed here many many times and usually I have no complaints, however this time there were a few things I was not happy with. First, we ran out of toilet paper so I called housekeeping. There was no answer so I called the front desk and was put on hold without anyone even saying anything. After about 5 mins someone answered. I asked to be brought toilet paper. I was told there was no housekeeping and I would have to come get it. It was 9am, check out is 11am so how is there no housekeeping? I opened my door to go get toilet paper and there was housekeeping cleaning the room next door. Second, the noise level was insane, I know this isn’t something thats necessarily the hotels fault, but it was annoying. There were kids playing red light green light in the hallway for hours. They were running and screaming. My kids woke up a few times to ask what was going on. And lastly, the pool had soooo much chlorine. The water was cloudy and white from all the chemicals and the pool area was not very well cleaned. So sad as we really used to enjoy this hotel.

They have a hidden resort fee after your purchase of $25 per night. Their beds are in desperate need of an upgrade. Overall its a cheap fix for a quick stop for small kids. Any kids over 12 will probably not enjoy as much.

Hotel is clean and staff very friendly. We also received a 3-hour wrist band for the indoor rides at Buckleheads per guest. Convenient location to water and seasonal activities as well as dining and shopping.

We found stains on bedding, hair all over the place (floor, sink, bathroom and in the dresser drawers). They were up charging for tax like a dollar or more over what tax should have been for gift shop items and when I tried to prove it I was “in the wrong”. They also charged my debit card not once but twice

This is a nice family friendly hotel. The pool/water park area is nice. Has decent small slides and big main pool. The rooms are good size but need updating. The carpet looked dirty, found a used sock on the side of the bed, and some mold on the bathroom tub faucet.

Good location, price, and the room was spacious. Did not realize no breakfast was offered on site and other rooms/guests were quite loud well after midnight.

Went with my sisters and cousin on a girls weekend. We got a suite, so nice plenty of beds for all of us and we were able to be in the same room together. The room was newly remodeled and very spacious.

The resort gave free entry to Knunckleheads theme park everyday which was great. The two pool areas were large and heated but didnt offer much. The arcade was mainly broken machines. My sheets had a dark stain on them that appeared to be blood or poop. I had to make them change the sheets. I had to clean the filter on the Jacuzzi because it had hair and other stuff all over the outter part. Overall, for the price point it was good.

The pools temps were a bit chilly, but our suite was great for the price

I needed a handicap accessible room. I requested one. The bathroom had a regular bathroom tub. The shower head was not able to be used properly and sprayed all over the bathroom and the belongings of the handicap person. It was upsetting and made a huge mess. Due to a family emergency our first day was not used. No credit given, nor could it be added as an extra day. Both the day and night desk person were friendly and helpful. We did get extra blankets with no problem. Beware, more money was asked than what the site showed and they do put an additional credit card hold for that. A few guests were upset at the desk that the hold took longer to remove.

We loved our stay. The only thing that would elevate the staying, is having some blackout curtains in the rooms.
