Disgusting place. Found mouse poop in the bed, pubes in the shower, someone else's socks on the floor, stains on the sheets.

I checked in and went out for food and a couple other things when I returned a lady was in my room because the office rented her my room she wouldn’t let me get my bag I returned to the office to complain they had to get my bag and put me in another room

Stay was unexpected. You get what you pay for. Blankets has burnt cigarette holes. Got a non smoking room but the whole room smelt like cigarettes. Got a room with shared door in between? Was pretty late at night so we didn’t bother to switch because we were gonna check out the next morning anyways. Kind of a sketchy area. Had street homeless people around and was followed to room so just be aware of surroundings.

I will like to let people no that this motel is not a good place to stay it was not a very good night trying to sleep I was itching all night look under the covers and found bedbugs had to sleep seating up I will not recommend anyone to stay there at all nesty hotel

I got charged twice once from groupon which was 100 dollars and the other price at the hotel was only 86. Im pretty mad i got charged twice and no one is willing to do a refund. Especially groupon...they charged way more than they should of but also the hotels fault for telling me that the groupon charge would fall off my bank statement and get that 100 dollars back but that didnt happen. Im very upset i feel like money was stolen from me and no one wants to do anything about it.

Asked for a non smoking room but there were cigarette smell all over. Crackheads having sex upstairs all night with heavy music till the next day morning. Could hear stripper walking around. Found ticks and bedbugs. Floor was super oily and slippery. The ceiling had red stains not sure if it’s blood or other unknot chemicals. Overall this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life.

The front office was very rude to me when I asked for another room because the room I was in wasn’t getting cool it was very hot in the room and I have asthma the heat with triggers to have a asthma attack but the new room was a little bit better but they need to update there cooling system they are very old and out dated.

This is a roof over your head and a bed, but not comfortable or pleasant. I chose this site because it was listed as having a pool, but the pool was filled in with dirt. There were roaches in the room. There was damage to the bathroom door that needed to be fixed. I felt sorry for the several homeless folks camped around outside the building. The only bright side was the beautiful park just down the street that had nice grass and river access.

It was a bad experience. It was a cold night. I woke up with a sore head and feet because it was so cold. The management turned off the heater trying to save cost. The bed got stain. The blanket was thin. You can feel the wind coming into the room. A very bad experience. It is not worth your hard earn money and not worth getting sick.

The room was infested with cockroaches and I had to go up to the office to request that do something about the cockroaches and they said the Maintenance guy won’t be in until tomorrow morning so I waited and he put down some bate to see if it would help or if they could move me into another room.

They advertise that they have: 1. a pool; 2. a bar; 3. central heat/air; and, 4; provide dry cleaning services. None of which is true. The pool is filled with dirt, I'm informed that there has never been a bar, I could not get my clothes dry cleaned, and the heat did not work in the room...it was cold. I would like a refund if could arrange that please. Thank you.

I'll never stay again . In the summer time the ac didn't work but heater did & now that it's cold the ac works but not the heater . Plus my room had many roaches . $120 room & no type of compensation offered except $20 which ain't going to cut it

If your looking for somewhere to be that is full of drug addicts this is your place! The room smelled of old clothes and smoke! The whole time i was killing flies oh and the cold air didnt work and it was old like the ones you find in ur great great grandparents house on the wall yea like that! I will never do this again!
