A special resort with very friendly staff. The Fijian staff are so obliging and happy. There is quite lack of communication between staff and depts.... A lot of requests and food orders going astray. I did note a lot of weeding needs to be done. Otherwise always a pleasure to be tucked away at Bunker Bay resort

We love staying at Bunker Bay for some rest and relaxation. The pool area is lovely and we love the breakfast. It suits both families and couples. It can be very expensive so we don’t stay as often as we would like to.

The resort is situated on a beautiful beach and surrounded by forest. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. The villas are modern, well equipped, clean and spacious. They are private and quiet. The view from the restaurant is stunning. Will definately be returning.

Stylish units in a bushland setting. Quite and seculded. Short walk to a long beach of white sand. Infinnity which is heated. Food was fine.

Tap beer was flat. Room service took two hours, then were charged 8$ for delivery which is a joke in itself. Lights around the property were not working. "Happy hour" was lame, cocktails and beers were only scouners. Do better.

I had such a fabulous time during my hotel stay, and I cannot praise the staff enough for their exceptional service. From the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out, they truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Not only were the staff friendly, but they were also highly professional and knowledgeable, providing me with all the information I needed about the hotel amenities, nearby attractions, and dining options. Their insider tips and recommendations definitely enhanced my overall experience. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable accommodations and a lovely atmosphere. The amenities offered were top-notch. Overall, my time at the hotel was nothing short of fantastic, and it is all thanks to the incredible staff. Their warm hospitality and outstanding service truly made my stay memorable, and I cannot wait to return in the future.

Had a great stay at Pullman over the weekend, its good to see they have really worked on their customer service in the last 6 months and gotten rid of alot of dead wood they had. Dinner was amazing on our first night, the buffet breakfast was well stocked each morning. All the staff seem really happy to be working there! Keep up the good work!

There are many employees from Fiji who are so nice and make you feel welcome. The restaurant is not great. Breakfast is just ok. The bay is wonderful and the hotel grounds are nice. Not best value for money in Margaret river though.

The staff bent over backwards to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

My wife and I had our honeymoon at Pullman, and absolutely loved it. Felt very luxurious, while surrounded by nature. Checked all the boxes...and felt well taken care of by the staff :)

This place would have been 5 star a few years ago but you can see it needs some TLC . The beach is a short walk through resort grounds . The reception staff were friendly but when it came to get a drink before dinner forget it , the staff asked us to take and seat and they’ll be over to take our order , they never came so we went elsewhere.

The beach at Bunker Bay was a highlight for my family. Such easy access from the resort. The kids loved the heated pool and the staff were so friendly.

Fantastic stay. Pool and beach are fantastic and our villa was very comfortable and cleaned every day. Lots to do in the area and Dunsborough is fun. Breakfasts were great but otherwise food at the resort mediocre.

The location is lovely, with just a gentle stroll down to the beach. We also found the bed and pillows to be very comfortable. The accommodation itself could do with a bit of a face lift. We had holes in one of our bath towels and the grout in the bathroom needed a good clean. We also found the food at the restaurant below average, which was disappointing given there's nothing else around for dinner.

Booked a romantic few days to end our trip to WA. Splashed out and treated ourselves to the Pullman and paid a bit extra of a premium experience. Alas it was basic and disappointing. 1. Accommodation - we had a studio apartment which had dated furnishings, kitchenette with crockery that had seen better days. And a fridge that didn’t fit in the allocated cupboard. Shower was temperamental with the hot and cold mix. 2. Dining - breakfast service staff are friendly if a little too enthusiastic - they pounce on you when you put an empty cup down or have an empty plate - makes you feel rushed and that they are eager for you to leave. Dinner was a massive disappointment. Pasta was bland. Fish was over cooked and service was lacklustre. Noted a few others had issues with food that evening. The host hovered over the tables too, which was off putting. 3. Pool - nice view but pool bar was closed then the pool was packed with people and the table service only offered food. 4. Spa - rang the spa on both full days we were there, a few times to book in a massage for us. No answer. Not impressed. All in all - it was a disappointment and not what I would have expected for a Pullman or the price tag. I’d save your money and go elsewhere to be frank.

It was nice but too expensive for what you get. It was not a five star experience.

An amazing location with the most beautiful views and beach. We will definitely be back regularly. Maybe the restaurant menu could be extended and when they get more staff they can clean the rooms every day. But great staff, so friendly and professional. Amazing bar staff with great cocktails. So for me 9.9 out of 10

Having stayed at the resort before I thought what better place to go for our mini honeymoon/baby moon. Firstly - Getting in contact with reception, house keeping or the restaurant over the phone be it from an outside line or from direct phone in the room is proving to be impossible . I actually was calling from both lines and it took 4 minutes for my outside line to be picked up and the internal room phone went unanswered as it had done multiple times with no function to leave a message . 2. On arrival our room appeared to have not been fully prepped for our check in with the most basic amenities such as hand soap so we had to request these. 3. Despite being given a lovely letter at check in that talks about their cleanliness measures- turns out basic room cleaning is on request only . This would have been fine had it been communicated to us - which could have easily been done on the two previous occasions where I asked for either soap, fresh towels and it was only when I called to ask again as ants were now in our room . 4. Multiple guests had dirty dishes left out in the beautiful gardens for DAYS!! I completely understand and am sympathetic to possible staff shortages but you’d expect for the price you pay ( over $1200 for 4 nights) and the reputation of the resort a better quality of service is offered . On a side note - booking way in advance for dinner at the restaurant is a must as they only do 5.30pm and 7.30pm sittings .
