Delightful stay (again). Good room, nice breakfast once the coffee machines were working. Helpful staff and even a free drink when we arrived 2 hours before official check in and our room was still being serviced. What is not to like?
A box of tissues would have helped, oh and a loo brush!!
Highly recommended.

One of the worst welcomes I've ever had. Front desk staff were like grumpy zombies. Property was in disrepair for being 10 years old. Room nice but crazy complicated tech in the room. This hotel is very efficient and shiny but I was not impressed. Keep looking. It's not as nice as it looks and maybe it was the poor staff attitude but not a good stay.

We had to wait a while upon arrival for check in as the hotel couldn't find our booking. Breakfast was ok but dishes were not clean and the eggs were not cooked when requested for the cook to order chef. Work was being done for the duration of our stay on the room next door so it was quite noisy. The pool was too cold to use and indoor spa had to booked with an hourly rate applied. The hotel is nice and in a nice location, but is not worth the price per room. Would not choose to stay here again

Beautiful facility with gorgeous views over the Atlantic. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever enjoyed at a hotel. Rooms are big and comfy with a private furnished balcony with sea views. This Parrador is so worth a visit!

Great clean room, super breakfast and location perfect for enjoying Cádiz

Beautiful location and property! The views from the terrace are amazing.

Ok room, slightly narrow but nice to have a balcony facing the sea. Missed coffe and tea making facilities but at least there was a bottle of water in the room upon arrival. Good breakfast and real fresh orange juice (some hotels serve horrible juice). We chose the Parador mainly because of the parking garage.

Capacity for breakfast was poor due to refurbishment of the restaurant normally in use for the morning meal😎 The rest was excellent! We’ll be back!

We had a two night stay at the Parador De Cadiz. Fantastic is the best way to describe this hotel. We had a suite with amazing views over the harbour and the Atlantic. The hotel is very modern and chic which is a great contrast to the amazing Old City that it is located in. it is also incredibly relaxing after a hard days sight seeing. It was very quiet while we staying and it was great to see that the management where taking the opportunity to undertake maintenance, which didn't impact on us at all. we only had breakfast at the hotel. It was a full buffet and part of our room and well worth it. I would highly recommend the Parador De Cadiz.

Stunning hotel, stunning location, stunning view, amazing pool(s) and the staff were wonderful! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. It cost a bit more but backed it up in every way!

This hotel is five-star in every way possible. We stayed for one night and would have gladly stayed longer, if our travel schedule had allowed. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view of the water. Breakfast was on point. The location is very convenient to the old town of Cadiz. The staff was polite and very helpful. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Cadiz, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Spacious and peaceful modern hotel, with amazing views and steps away from the historic old city center. The staff was very kind, helpful and professional. We changed our breakfast reservation to the latest seating at the last moment and it was very crowded. Go earlier and enjoy the great service…

Beautifully designed hotel right on the water with a spectacular pool overlooking the ocean — just breathtaking. Great bar with attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast was superb with a wide variety of hot and cold items and a chef to make whatever you wanted. The hotel sits next to a stunning botanical park which was easily walkable. Spacious private hotel parking lot.

Very good location and great views from the balcony. Some elements of the hotel are a bit tired and not looked after, especially around the pool area where the decking is broken in a number of places and one of the umbrellas broke and cracked my partner on the head.

We stayed in a junior suite which was perfect for three people - a very large king bed in one room and a large pullout sofa in the other (very large) room. We had two full bathrooms which was unique for a junior suite. The rooms are ultra-modern (almost to a fault - who puts a bathtub in the middle of the room?). The only bad side was a very strong sewer smell from the bathroom the first night - if the toilet wasn't flushed every ~hour or so, the water would turn brownish and smell horrible. So we spent the first day flushing the toilet a lot. I told the front desk the following day and I have no idea what they did but they immediately fixed the problem. Another small issue - the pools are beautiful, but to use the hot tub involves a fairly substantial spa charge - would have been nice to have that included.
The included breakfast was very good and quite extensive, and the restaurant had great food and a beautiful view of the Atlantic. In the morning I had a great run down the boardwalk out to the San Sebastian Castle - an incredible way to start the day!
So overall great, except for that weird toilet issue which was fixed immediately after I let them know. I'd definitely recommend the Parador at Cadiz.

The staff were excellent and were treated very well throughout.

Good location with moderate to short walking distance to restaurants and main attractions. Nice rooms with sea view. Easy parking with own garage. Breakfast was mediocre at least for the price that we paid.

We had a great stay during Carnaval. Great to wake up to views of gardens and the ocean. The breakfast buffet was also very solid.

Fantastic location. A bit too much automations in the room, but nothing to be a problem. Just a great location, modern, clean.

This parador falls a bit short for me because it lacks the usual parador charm. The sleek modern features come across for my taste as rather soul-less. Also, although the service in the bar was fine, the food was dreadful. We had just stayed at the parador in Carmona a few days before, and the contrast was stark. That said, the staff were wonderful and the attention we received met usual parador standards.

Everything was great except for the food in the bar (staff was great but food was not as advertised); beds were great; room was super but lighting was rather dim; overall staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful. We would come back!

Hotel is dated and requires a major upgrade.

We opted for the junior suite and were blown away. Two full, separate shower/toilet areas (and I found the rain shower one of the best I'd ever had); 2 TVs with Chromecast already set up; large terrace with a view over a beautiful park; comfortable bed and furniture in general; water every day.

The hotel was mostly great, really liked the pools and spa area. The biggest disappointment was the quality of the food - I understand catering en mass is challenging but the food was less than average, the fresh pasta bolognese was inedible.

El mejor hotel de nuestra estancia, insuperable la vista y la tecnología que tienen en el hotel

After cycling from Seville to Cadiz the pool was a welcoming sight when we lifted the blind in the room. Lovely rooms with equally good views, garden or pool & ocean .
The pools are fabulous with a decent length to swim plus fountains which provide a good massage!!
Breakfast good with a cook providing individual service for cooked items
Good location on the sea wall & close to the old town & cathedral
