It was okay. The TV didn’t work and it was noisy. The bed made lots of noise when getting up and down to use the restroom.

Basic hotel room but it was clean and comfortable with adequate toiletries. Right on Sunset near Hollywood blvd, lots of eateries, Walgreens and Target as well as nearby freeway access. I def appreciated the free parking. I would def stay here again. Staff was friendly enough.

Location is not the greatest - we started to walk in the evening and their were tents for homeless nearby. The room was pretty clean, the bed comfortable but not the pillows. Okay for an overnight stay. (Close to Kaiser which was a benefit for us.) The manager was friendly.

The overall stay here was satisfied，except when I was checking out. I got into the office but nobody was there. I left the keys on their desk，then I couldn't get out. The door was locked. We shouted，no one come to help. After a while，I found a door behind the desk to go out. While I was moving out，a young staff run to me，yelling at me angrily without listening to my explanation. How could he behave like that？He shoud apologize for locking me in their office for a long time. Actually the old manager was very nice and helpful，only this young staff made me feel very bad，I shall never come to this motel anymore.

The aesthetic of the motel could use some much needed cosmetic upgrades. Check-in was smooth. Beware if your party has more than 1 vehicle: the parking lot is limited & the spaces are compact. Street parking is available. The room I was assigned to (214) has some cosmetic damages from previous guests, the ac/ heater unit is loud, the mini fridge is loud as well, cable channels are available but limited (I used my laptop to watch my shows), and the light for the bathroom flickers before settling on. My favorite part of the room was the artwork of DTLA above the bed. Beware the walkways are a bit slim especially when the maids’ cart sits in front of the room door for an extended period of time. I did find a small piece of a balloon in the bed sheets and the soaps provided (hand pumps) were low. For $350 I had a little higher expectations (the pics shown were misleading). I think the company should invest more profits into the cosmetic maintenance to increase their property value and quality. Based on the aesthetics and price, I would not stay here again.

It was clean, but the smell of the cleaning product they use is sickening, there is no coffee machine in the room (all the other hotels I booked before have one). The windows let in the lights, as in the photo (it was taken at 01:00). The neighborhood is very noisy, difficult to sleep.

I stayed here while visiting a brother who was in the hospital. The motel was walking distance and provided a comfortable place to stay. While the place is dated, the room was very clean and had a comfortable bed, good shower, and cable television. the staff was friendly and very helpful. I was so impressed that I recommended the motel to a sister who came into town after I had left. She stayed there and was similarly impressed.

i packed brand new white socks. After walking in the carpet for five minutes, the bottoms of the socks were filthy. Five minutes. The carpet is disgusting. There’s mold in the bathroom. And I was sharing a room with a cockroach.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was really nice and they helped us getting a Uber for our way to the airport. The rooms get cleaned every day. The cleaning ladies are really nice and our room always smelled nice. Our room was near the pool and we were a little bit surprised because the pool was quite clean and we loved the pool area. I would definitely go back. We stayed here because our Airbnb canceled and I am so happy that it got canceled because this is way better and cheaper than an Airbnb. The pictures of the room looked a little bit different, but we didn’t mind as long as the room has a comfortable bed, is clean and has an AC. The only thing that you have to remember is that this place is in East Hollywood. Hollywood isn’t the safest neighborhood but we did not have any bad experience. There are just some homeless people around the area but they’re around whole Hollywood. I want to thank the staff for making our stay as comfortable as possible.

The bald man who checked me in was unpleasant but was very nice to the people before me. Maybe because I don’t speak Spanish. He made me feel like I was going to destroy the property and kept telling me about incidentals. The room was clean but very old and run down. The floor looked dirty so I kept my shoes on. They also use a very strong deodorant in the room and it will get in your mouth; it gave me a headache. But it’s close to the action of Hollywood and the venue I visited for a concert. Not terrible or great for $143. Would stay again if I was in a bind; keep your expectations low.

The place is kind of beat up, has all the amenities for a quick pit stop then head out. Parking is very scuffed, one or more times, front office looked at my car and license plate on where I parked. Double checked with them on where I can park and they still proceeded to check my license plate.

Convenient and easy to find. The staff have been super nice and the room is what I expected. Looking forward to a hot shower and a good night sleep before heading home tomorrow.

Just down the street from the main Hollywood activities. Close to restaurants and easy access to highways. Functional rooms. Bed was AWFUL and needs to be replaced ASAP. Pool was convenient and private
